I have been going to this gym for awhile. I decided I needed help getting stronger in areas that a physical trainer didn’t seem to be helping. I talked to Josh, the personal trainer there, and have been working to get stronger. He had shown me ways to work the problem areas. He is knowledgeable in many areas of fitness and it has been nice being able to work the areas I am weak in while trusting help me to trust the process and time it takes. Definitely recommend Josh to help a person develop and understand the process while getting to where they would like to be physically.

I have used Josh for both an individual exercise program as well as a 12 week nutrition program. Josh is very knowledgeable and tailors each program to fit the needs of his client. He answers questions in detail and simplifies the process. I have lifted weights and ate healthy most of my life and Josh has taught me so much more. He follows up each week but is not overbearing. He allows for his clients to take his programs as far as they want. I was plateaued with my strength and weight before starting Josh’s programs and I am thrilled with the strength and knowledge I have gained. 10/10 recommend utilizing Josh for both personal training as well as nutrition coaching.

The fitness trainer, Josh, is amazing and I have absolutely loved training with him. He has helped me better myself physically and mentally. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is extremely nice and patient. He is someone everyone would love to have as a trainer. I wanted to work with muscle growth and physique and he couldn’t have helped me in a better way. My form has improved so much in the past couple months thanks to Josh.

Terrible service and frequently broken machines. They charge a fortune every month and give you no communication when there is a problem. Terrible management and how they run their business. Maybe daughter should get more involved with her business to straighten out the poor customer service.

Update- very disappointed in the service this business provides. After trying to have a civil conversation with Keri at this business I was pretty much told to piss off and good luck. After paying for several personal trainings I am owed money for not utilizing what I have already paid for. Would not suggest paying this business any money for services, you would better off going to the other fitness place just a few miles away and save money and headaches.

If you're going to have a Cleaners pick up and drop off service, please be sure there is someone up front and available. At least 25% of the time I come in, I can't find anyone or have to wait and hunt someone down. This isn't the service people want for a Cleaners facility. Came in today at 5:15 PM. Stood up front and rang the buzzer for 10 minutes. Back to my car and called the phone number. Lady answers and said she was in a meeting. In a meeting??? You're a cleaners drop off facility for goodness sakes. Please have people available and watching for customers up front.

Place is lacking all around. Equipment is miss-matched, broken, outdated, or even dangerous (e.g. weight belts with velcro that doesn't hold, carbiners that are not rated to hold weight), which can't be stressed enough.

Facility is well equipped with cardio equipment, but is woefully lacking in weight training. There is not even a proper squat rack (everything is a smith/cable combo).

Essentially closed on the weekend (closes before noon on Saturday, not open on Sundays).

It is horribly disorganized, which leads to crowding. The business has moved locations at least 3 times, and has only marginally improved each time.

On a positive note, the staff is friendly and they keep what they have clean, so at least you probably won't get MRSA.

Much more affordable options in the area that don't require contracts to keep customers; other establishments rely on great service.

Save the extra money and try other gyms; you won't regret it!
