I have been a member for over a year. This is a great gym. The people that work there are very kind. I recently added my autistic teenage sons because they told me they wanted to join mom at the gym. Adding them was a breeze. The young man at the desk was very inclusive and happy for them to join. The only down side to this gym is the dance studio is no longer available for use, and I love dancing for cardio. The equipment is always clean and I like that I can go at any time.

I worked out here for a year and was very bothered by the owner on a regular basis. Staring, creepy smiles, jumping in front of my equipment to say "hi", staying in my area of working out just watching, always creeping around as he's there everyday. Please know I am married, over 50 years old and never responded to him. I had to change gyms to not be bothered. After paying the yearly fee I thought that any random charges too my account would be done but besides the 60+ that I spend on two memberships they wanna start charging me service fees. They're crooks, the gym isnt nice enough too be charging someone more than 100 a month. Matt (the owner) has always treated my family and I like his own. The last few years I’ve been out of wellington in different states, and every time I’ve been able to come home, Matt always is willing to let me use the gym along with my parents. Been going for quite some time, pretty sure around 5 years or so. I can confidently say this is the best gym in Wellington. The equipment and workout areas are always clean and neat. The owner and community are all super friendly and welcoming to anyone. My personal trainer Allison is simply the best for encouragement and regiment. She has helped me and continues to do so in achieving my fitness goals. This really is a great gym. The facility is kept clean, and from the moment you walk in, from the friendly staff to messaging in the foyer, you feel like your at home. The owners continuously bring in new equipment, upgrade the equipment or promptly fix equipment to ensure the best workout possible. The Yoga instruction is absolutely excellent. The display info ads about the gym are incredibly informative (about whats new or coming) and showcases instructors, trainers, etc... Awesome gym. Huge assortment of equipment, free weights. Several workout areas and people to help if needed. I havent walked in a gym in over 20 years and of course was terrified but they made it such a comfortable experience with zero shame or judgement. Just a guppy in the ocean but the staff took the time to teach me the proper use of each tool, answering all questions thoroughly. You rock kyla.

It includes a variety of high quality equipment (and they are constantly adding more), two free weight areas, a large turf room, a studio room, 24/7 virtual classes, a tanning center, and more! They offer a variety of classes for people of all ages and have the most friendly and knowledgeable coaches. The facility is always clean due to the great staff. There are separate spaces for cardio, Olympic lifting, boxing, weightlifting, etc. Trainers are skilled in multiple areas from basic fitness, TRX, nutrition and much more. Pretty neat little facility. It has cardio, weights, a group fitness studio, and a Tyre turf studio. The only things it is missing is a pool, sauna, and racquetball courts. Open 24/7, friendly staff, and reasonable rates.

A variety of exercise options, classes, and equipment for a number of interests. Personal Trainers have good customer skills as well as knowledge and focus on safety. Open 7x24. Also offers child care, massage, nutritionists, and soon, a physical therapist. Looking forward to the new additional space for classes.
