There are a lot of people working in the fitness landscape, but Lexi is an exceptional outlier. With a MS in Exercise Science, she is uniquely qualified to work with people of all fitness levels and those with different medical histories. She is truly a pleasure to train with every week.

I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and came to Lexi with very limited ability to exercise. She met me exactly where I was—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly encouraging. Over time, she’s helped me rebuild strength, lift weights safely, and get back into cardio. Lexi is absolutely amazing. She cares so much about her clients and is beyond knowledgeable. She knows how to put together programs, which stretches / moves to have you do when experiencing some tightness or pain, she watches all the movement details, and she corrects form with even the smallest of changes that can make a big difference. I have worked with many trainers in various cities, and she is for sure one of the best I have ever had. My daily life is better because of working with her.

Lexi was recommended to me by my occupational therapist. Lexi has helped me train through surgical nerve releases, multiple GI procedures, ganglion cyst removal, a broken foot and a busted knee. Lexi taught me how to move and maintain my body safely. I've never had a trainer be able to work with my deficits in such a focused and effective manner. I've learned how important the little muscles are to strengthen the big. Lexi focuses on her clients as a whole. Mind, body, soul. One of the things I love most about Lexi is her desire to continue to learn and better herself. She keeps herself up to date on the science of fitness and is always looking for expand her knowledge and services. She is at baseline, a wonderful human. She has a vested interest in health and fitness, and teaching you to love it just as much.

I worked with Lexi to train for my first Triple Bypass bike ride (120 miles and over 10K feet of climbing through 3 Colorado mountain passes). This was also my first ever century bike ride attempt. Lexi’s training program involved building my base strength and then methodically increase load as the training progressed. I also had weekly in-person sessions at her studio, which immensely helped with form corrections, discussing questions, concerns etc. All of this helped me finish the triple successfully and faster than my original anticipated time. I don’t think I would’ve completed my triple bypass without Lexi’s help. Lexi is a great trainer to work with and I highly recommend her!

Lexi is extraordinary! I had spent over 3 years trying and failing to sort out some issues on my own and not running or really doing much for my fitness at all during that time. In just a year, Lexi took me from doing nothing to running my first marathon! I could not have done it without her. Lexi has a truly unique ability to peel back the layers and get down to the root of your problem. I've recommended her to 3 of my friends already. Lexi works with my dad who has severe balance issues and is deaf. Lexi is beyond amazing! She creates a tailored program for him to help with his mobility. She is creative in finding ways to communicate with him. The work she has done with my dad has changed everything and given us a chance to keep him at home versus having to look for long-term care. We would be lost without her! My dad’s favorite hour of the week is his PT appointments!

I had attended Orange Theory for years, but struggled with chronic shoulder pain prior to FITT Performance. Within a month of starting sessions with Lexi, she helped me eliminate my shoulder pain by focusing on strength-building and proper lifting techniques. Throughout the past year, Lexi has been attentive to any issues/pains that have cropped up as I've learned how to activate my muscles properly - some for the FIRST time! I think Lexi is the smartest person I have ever worked with. She has so much knowledge about body mechanics that she can just “see” what I need down to the 1/2 inch of correction in a movement. I have worked with her for the past 3 years and she has helped me correct chronic issues that I thought unfixable and she has helped me through more than one medical condition that impacted my fitness. Lexi is amazing. I worked with her after progressing through traditional PT after a ski-accident and ACL surgery. I was an avid runner before the accident and fearful I wouldn’t be able to use my body the same way after my surgery. But Lexi coached me back to peak shape, including multiple PRs. Lexi is amazing! For years my body was using the wrong muscles to function and now she has helped me correct them. With her help, the right muscles can be activated and strengthened then used correctly which is so much better for my overall well being. Grateful for her knowledge and expertise! I couldn't be happier with Lexi as my coach. She developed a great program for my high country hunt which has given me the best strength and stamina I have had in years. I used to work out with Lexi in her gym but I moved and I now enjoy my video workouts. Lexi does a great job monitoring my progress and making revisions to my plan. I am so happy with my results. My next challenge is to run a half marathon in 2024. I know Lexi will develop a great plan for me to achieve my newest goal.

Due to infection and injury after my hip replacements in 2021, I struggled to make meaningful progress in physical therapy. Only 13 months after my 2nd hip replacement, I had hip surgery number 4 to repair torn gluteus minimus and gluteus medius tendons. I spent 8 weeks non-weight bearing and started physical therapy—again—in February 2023. I was weak, in pain and depressed. While I had some good results from therapy this time, my gait remained wonky and it was significantly affecting my balance and self confidence. When my allotted PT visits ended in May, I was still experiencing pain and weakness. A friend of mine, who was a client of Lexi’s, recognized I needed more help and highly recommended I contact her for an appointment. After performing an assessment and chatting with me about my concerns and goals, Lexi designed a home strengthening and stretching program for me. After only 3 weeks of Lexi’s training videos, my gait showed marked improvement and I was walking and sleeping without pain for the first time in 3 years! In August, I completed a 3 mile hike in Vail. I continue to gain strength, endurance and flexibility using the weekly programs Lexi tailors for my current ability, schedule and needs. I love the flexibility rehab at home has given me and how responsive she is if I have a question or if I’m experiencing any discomfort.
Lexi is a gifted and enthusiastic coach and an empathetic caregiver. Her program is top-notch and, without a doubt, has changed my life.
