I have a significant leg length difference that has limited my progress on meeting my fitness goals for 15 years. I have been doing corrective exercise with Christina for 2 months and she is problem solving the ways I can push past imbalances and scar tissue, and actually build muscle. I'm so excited about how far I'll be able to go, and so grateful for Christina's patience and expertise.

After dealing with knee pain for over 8 years, I never thought that pain-free workouts were possible, but Vincent changed that. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach have helped me get stronger and stay active. I even hiked a fourteener while managing my knee pain!
Vincent and Christina are super friendly, accommodating, and they really take the time to understand and support my goals.
I highly recommend Full Spectrum Movement to anyone looking for a supportive and effective trainer.

A hidden gem. The personal trainers there are so amazing and knowledgeable. They gave me a full work up on my body and informed me about ways to correct it with exercise. I've been to their strength training and Saturday pilates. I also saw that they provide so many more classes and training.

Christina is personable and knowledgeable. I had a fall several years ago and hurt my hip. Thanks to Christina I am walking with a normal gait again.The Pilates class she offers is a lot of fun. This is so much more than regular fitness. Highly recommend it.

He is easy to work with and always prepared with a work out plan for each of my sessions . Keeping my goal in mind and making sure I
will not get injured. I love working out in the comfortable atmosphere of full spectrum movement with a great, knowledgable personal trainer.

Have been working with Kay Powell as my personal trainer for about 4 months now and I have loved it! Kay is flexible and works with me to reach my goals while pushing me hard! Full Spectrum Movement gym is great! Very clean with great equipment. Would recommend to anyone looking to reach a fitness goal or rehabilitate a previous injury.

I have been going to Full Spectrum Movement with Kay and Christina for about two months with the focus of increasing power and aesthetics in preparation for bodybuilding. I have seen massive improvements in my lifts and aesthetics and despite being heavier than I have ever been I still feel as agile, quick, and explosive as I've ever been. Cannot recommend enough.

I have been coming to FSM for a few months now and Christina is simply amazing. She's very kind and patient with you as she helps with corrective movement and exercise. I've always had lower back pain, and since seeing her my lower back isn't in pain anymore. It sounds like an exaggeration, but truly my lower back hasn't felt this light in a long time. I highly recommend this place for training, physical therapy, corrective training...Christina and her staff are remarkable!

I had an incredible experience over the 3 months I worked with Christina. She's professional and highly knowledgable in what she does with corrective exercise. I was coming off of a recent ankle injury and dealing with multiple injuries (shoulder, knees, ankles, back etc) and with her guidance and direction I was able to perform in the gym and outside that I hadn't believe I would be able to again after my injuries. I'm feeling better and my body awareness (especially foot mechanics and ankle stability) and my posture of hugely improved. Thanks Christina! Highly recommend

Christina is extremely knowledgeable in how the body moves and works. She has more medical based knowledge and approach than any other trainer I know. She used to train me in pilates and deadlifting and is great at knowing when to increase difficulty, as well as always making it fun.
