Future Proof is amazing with great trainers! I have worked with Forest since the beginning of 2020 and seen phenomenal results. At the beginning of the shutdown last year, I couldn't find the motivation to workout. So, I went to future proof to see what they were all about. I quickly realized they were the real deal. Forest helped me identify what I wanted to accomplish: flexibility, strength and endurance. Through his structured program, I have been making awesome progress. I would recommend Forest & Future Proof to anyone looking for motivation to get stronger and improve your heatlh!

I would highly recommend Future Proof Movement and here's why:
Jesse and his partners are highly trained, caring professionals who genuinely desire to help clients improve their fitness and reach their goals. I had worked with Jesse for a couple years even before the start of Future Proof Movement. He helped me gain strength prior to a full knee replacement, and with rehab afterwards. I was happy to follow him when he opened FPM for many reasons: his focus on functional movement which has helped me gain flexibility and strength; his superb ability to create physical workouts that address all necessary issues after checking in with a client's needs and energy each session; his caring and supportive personality; his small but personal and functional studio which limits the number of people in the space, and the attention to cleanliness, both of which are critical in the middle of the current pandemic. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I started a training program with Forest almost 2 months ago in order to fix weaknesses I had noticed while engaging in numerous mountain sports. Previously, I had been loosely following a training plan for mountain athletes but it obviously fell short in addressing my unique physiology. Working with Forest has been a game changer, I'v noticed clear improvements in core strength, glute engagement, mobility, and overall stability. Overall, I'm very impressed with the team at Future Proof and would recommend them to anyone (not just mountain athletes).

I started a journey working with other personal trainers at another Boulder gym in 2013. Thank goodness I landed at Future Proof Movement. I moved to Boulder about 4 years ago and began looking for a fitness program that would increase my ability to enjoy all the outdoor activities the area has to offer. As a sixty-something individual, my major goal was to assure that I was mobile and fit enough to hike and snowshoe now, and for many more years. It was important to me that I was working with trainers who were knowledgeable about all facets of exercise and movement. Jesse and the other trainers at Future Proof Movement fit these requirements to a "T". The approach they use focuses on the integrated function of nerves, muscles, and joints. The results have been remarkable. My core strength, balance, and range of motion have improved dramatically. I have added muscle mass and lost body fat. I’ve always been a fairly active person, however a couple of years ago I could tell that age, genes, and long hours at a desk were starting to make me a very stiff person. I knew I didn’t want to end up like my relatives in the way they would walk around, so I started going to Futureproof and working out with Jesse and eventually Forest. Over the last couple of years, they’ve taught me how to listen to my body, as well as get it moving in ways I have not done in years. Additionally, they supported me while I trained for both an amateur boxing match (and victory) and a half marathon. I could not have been as successful at those feats without Futureproof. I highly recommend anyone looking to set there bodies up for the future to start working out at Futureproof!

Future Proof and my trainer Jesse, in particular, have been nothing short of life changing for me. I am 65 years young (more so now!) and with the sudden passing of my husband 5 years ago, knee surgery and a real set back in what has always been a very active life, I wondered if I would get back to that strong vital feeling that I missed so much. My mass-media-informed opinion of personal training led me to believe most trainers were macho and too intense (esp. for me, my goal wasn't to lift or bench a ton of weight); therefore, I never really thought I'd engage with training. Jesse and the team at Future Proof Movement thankfully shattered that perception :P Jesse is easy to work with, and thoughtful about where I am (mentally and physically) before leading the workout. Yes, he will push you! But never too far where you feel unsafe or at risk of injury. I appreciate Jesse's passion and knowledge of health / well-being (learned a lot over the past ~7 months), as well as his program's focus on balancing active movement with healing/restorative movement. I enjoy our 2x/week sessions - I am happy to see and feel progress towards reaching and maintaining my goal of "being fit"!

My wife and I were looking for a "holistic" gym (and by that I mean a trainer / facility that looks at the whole person and their goals, not you fitting into one of their programs)... one that combines Yoga, HIIT, lifting, mobility, and other disciplines into one rounded experience.
We found that with Erik and Future Proof - it fits our needs perfectly! Erik and crew can fix you if you over do it in your favorite sport (ours is usually skiing / tennis and he can fix muscular issues or even tweaking a knee/elbow) and can build you up to prevent future injuries.
The training is not just lifting, but (for us) a focus on mobility, strength over mass, recovery, and if we want even massage and physio. They work as a team so if your question is beyond your trainer, they reach out to others in the facility that have a different specialty.
I can't say enough good things about Future Proof!

Great place, great atmosphere, great staff! Their program is awesome and effective because it is a 360 approach that takes into consideration all the aspects of a human life (workout, stress management, work environment, sleeping patterns, existent conditions, food, etc..). I've been working 1-on-1 with Casey on my lifelong back/knee/neck issues and I am seeing visible results in just few months. The work feels like in continuous evolution so it never gets boring or repetitive and it allows to raise the challenge bar higher and higher in a gradual, gentle and above all sustainable durable way. Highly recommended it.

Working with Casey at Future Proof certainly exceeded my expectations. I first visited Casey as a result of disc herniation in my neck and a history of lower back issues due to a disc injury years ago. Casey spent time explaining how each exercise was designed to promote lasting improvement. He worked closely to make sure that I performed each exercise to achieve maximum benefit. Ultimately, we navigated through exercises covering both the upper and lower body. An hour workout left me tired but energized and well worth the effort. I would highly recommend Casey and Future Proof as a better way to achieve lasting health benefits through mobility and strength conditioning.

I've been working with Abby now for 8 weeks and WOW - what results! After just 2 weeks friends were noticing the difference but most importantly I had a ton of energy and felt great. I've worked with trainers in the past and of course seen results (albeit not as fast as with Abby). But I burned out, either because of an injury or aches or just boredom.

Abby's workouts are multi-disciplinary: dynamic movement, yoga, core, kettlebell, dynamic stretching, TRX, myofascial release and physical therapy type movements, balance/coordination, and interval training. Maybe that's why I haven't been injured (or bored!). She works harder to keep her clients happy than any trainer I've met. Thanks for all of your hard work, Abby!

Jesse (my trainer but Im sure all are very good) is incredibly knowledgeable and able to really "tune in" to what is happening with my movement -- he can see and point out things that I've been unaware of. Just got done with a session with Casey, the Primal Warrior himself. For years now I've had issues with a really tight back and the other trainers or doctors I went to haven't been able to help. After a single session with Casey my back felt more open and loose then it has in a long time and stayed that way the entire day. Armed with exercises he showed me I'm now in a position to make long term changes and become Future Proof. Highly recommend checking this place out to anyone who wants to keep a healthy and able body.

I have worked with Jesse and Erik and both are highly knowledgable personal trainers and fun to work with. Whether you are looking to get fitter, stronger, or rehabilitate from injuries, they help you get to your goals and keep you motivated.

The fitness club also offers rolfing sessions after workouts. I have done many sessions with Hanja who has helped me get great pain relief and increased mobility in my rehabilitation.

This fitness club is so good! I was so tired of going to a bigger gym. Working with a trainer when you know it's about mutual goals is far more satisfying.
