Garcia Fitness Center is a training facility catering to Soldiers, families, retirees, and veterans on Fort Carson.
The only gym on post with access to competition powerlifting, strongman, and weightlifting equipment! Our facility has unique access to Atlas Stones, calibrated plates, Texas deadlift and power bars, Pendlay weightlifting bars, and so much more.

One of the many gyms on Carson that has every exercise equipment you need. Besides Waller, Garcia Gym is one of the best. As mentioned, Garcia Gym has the majority of equipment for your needs from Olympic, Power, or general strength building.

This gym is probably my favorite on post. Although it is not the largest, the atmosphere and staff make it great. The gym is laid out well, clean, and has everything needed to get those gains. My only complaint is that they are now closed on the weekends but that is out of the staff control.

It's always steaming hot in this gym 💀 But honestly, it's one of the better gyms on post. Ivy doesnt have enough weights and Waller is small

By far the best gym on Fort Carson! They have great equipment and enough of it for the gym rush hours. I would also say this gym houses the more experienced/serious gym goers.
