I’m 45 years old and needed motivation to push myself back into shape. Although I’m picking up weighs far lighter than anyone there, I don’t feel judged. What I do feel is encouragement and motivation to keep going at my own pace, which seeing the possible results in the kind people working out around me.

Life changing. I had surgery last year and came back to my main sport, rock climbing, stronger than before. By the end of the 2.5-3 months I was in edwards taking this class, I deadlifted and squatted more than I ever have, in addition I had better overall balance, core strength and stability. And, taking the class made me more confident in my outdoor pursuits. I can’t say enough about how awesome GOAT is!

I can't say enough great things about these instructors. The are so strong but offer no judgement. They only care about helping you grow from wherever you are. I took 4 months off working out bc of a rough pregnancy and gained 40 pounds and Brooke was just happy for me and made me a modified plan. A lot of gyms would have looked down on me. They care about you getting correct form to be able to stay healthy for the long haul rather than getting huge so you get a ton of pointers on form. I just love how much they really care. And last time I joined here I saw such results. I quit for a bit bc it is pricey, but no where compares to the results you get here with their plan, so I decided it's worth the price and I'm back. I feel lucky to have such a resource around.

They slowly build up your strength, focusing on form and injury prevention. It has a great community with coaches that really care about you and your progress. I could not suggest this gym more. It's a combination of lifting, interval training and many workout types combined for optimal training.

It is a great place to get fit and have fun. The program is unique and very intentional to get you the best results with the most efficent methods. The gym is mostly locals so you are building a great community of fit friends.
