I don't live in Trinidad, but popped in for a class while visiting the town for a few days. This studio is lovely, comfortable and "a vibe," as the kids say. I'm a "YouTube Yogi" and had never actually been to a live class before this one, but Sonya made me feel comfortable and included in a group of regulars. I left feeling rejuvenated and revived. Highly recommend!

Hot Yoga on Main is a beautifully decorated and serene studio. Treat yourself to a 90 minute hot session with Sonya who will expertly guide you through meditative moment. She is phenomenal, and honestly she has challenged me to become more introspective. Check them out!

When I lived in Trinidad for 8 months, I would go here almost everyday with my mom. The place is always clean and smells very welcoming(yes I know weird, but it does!) the kids class is also very good. And the hot yoga is super good.

Excellent studio~ This guy below is an alchohol, tabacco and pharma user who became upset because, as proscribed by my wholistic doctor, I VAPORIZED, not even smoked, vaporized, Gods Holy Tree of Life, OUTSIDE, near the skating rink (nothing to do with Hot Yoga Dude....) also~ this trampy guy is talking about himself as "Joe Dirt"~ no-one who knows me would ever say that about a guy who showers twice a day, dowses himself in sandalwood and wears Italian Cashmire is 'Joe' anything, that guys was just jealous of my $300 skates and the fact that his drunk butt couldn't skate out of a barrel~ 😃😂😃😂

HYOM is a great studio with fabulous instructors. There is a wide variety of classes to suit all ages, levels, and desires. I've been doing yoga for over 40 years - primarily in Denver CO at a wide variety of studios - and HYOM is by far the best place to practice yoga. So grateful to have this wonderful studio in Trinidad CO
