I absolutely love HOTWORX! I was really needing a change up in my routine. HOTWORX is 24hrs which is perfect for my crazy schedule. The studio is always spotless and the staff is so kind/helpful. 10/10 recommend the infrared energy was a new concept to me but now I don’t know what I’d do without it

I’ve worked out at a lot of places and I have an idea what works. This compact gym has everything you could possibly want and the sauna aspect puts it over the top. Super clean, and Lauren who works there is just the best!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. The staff, including the manager and the owner, were completely unprofessional, disorganized, and showed no concern for the customer experience whatsoever.

I was double charged without my consent, and when I brought it up, the owner blamed me even though it was the systems and staff's mistake. There was no apology, no accountability, just deflection.

The lack of professionalism and basic respect was honestly unbelievable. It is clear they do not care about resolving issues. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Take your business somewhere that values honesty, accountability, and basic customer service.

“You are at college now and would like to cancel your account, but we can't do this for you - you can do this online or in person. I'm sorry this is so upsetting to you but it is for your protection so that no one can terminate your membership without your permission. We wish you the best of luck in the school year and know that we will always be here to welcome you back!”. I have actually been needing to cancel my account due to the frustrations of this location. You do not know my personal or educational situation, so please do not put that out there. I was really excited about this in the beginning until the double charges came. My friend never even signed up!! She never made an account. So everyone - do not sign up for the free first session unless you want to get charged!!!! :) Your response clearly shows how you do not value the customer experience.

HOTWORX has been a great fit for me! I had never heard of a gym like this before and was skeptical about working out in a sauna. I have now been to the gym 5 times thus far and all the staff have been so friendly and welcoming. The place is always extremely clean. I really enjoy the variety of workouts they offer in the saunas and they have been challenging. I was sure I’d be sore the next day after trying different workouts but I have not been sore yet. It’s amazing! I also love the flexibility of being able to pop in for a quick 15 minute cycle class last minute. Overall, I have been extremely happy.

HOTWORX is the only fitness routine that I’ve been able to stay consistent with while starting a new job and planning a wedding. The HIIT classes are my favorite as they’re only a 15 minute commitment and they run 24/7. The staff is always friendly and the studio is pristine. I highly recommend it for anyone who is struggling to find the time for the gym!

Hotworx is an amazing workout! This location is very clean and has the best staff. I fell in love with how the sauna made me feel and was inspired to get a portable one at home. They also take feedback to heart which is amazing for a growing franchise. Their app needed work and the HQ listened. I highly recommend this studio and workout.

I LOVE Hotworx Arvada Ralston Square!! The location is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. The owner Emily is always so nice, helpful and very responsive The staff is helpful and nice also! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great workout!

Horrible experience. I travel for work. I’m a fitness competitor. I’ve been to Hotworx in Reno, Vegas, SLC & Boise. All offer a 4 day pass. This location didn’t know how to help. They wanted to charge me $69 for a 4 day pass when the daily drop in rate is $20. An up charge? The other studios offer a $45 4 day pass.

I joined this location in November and have enjoyed coming here! Emily the owner is so kind! This location and clean and well maintained. I love being able to come whenever I want since I have a weird work schedule, this makes getting in a workout on MY time so convenient!

I signed up with this location when it first opened and have been going weekly ever since! Emily and the staff are always friendly, the saunas are clean and the equipment is cared for. They always are welcoming to new guests as well! The sauna is my happy place and being able to compete with the rest of the Arvada hotworx community through the app adds friendly competition to the workout! They give back to the community every month and give out prizes to those who donate. Being able to work out in a private sauna with my boyfriend/friends is the best part!

I started going about 3 months ago and never thought I would fall in love with working out again as I have. The sauna and infrared lights with the workout leaves you feeling not only a great workout but completely detoxed. All the staff Reina, Callie and others are amazing and will help you out whenever needed. They make it so much more fun and give me the energy needed sometimes to be there. They get to know you and your name and if you go when they are scheduled to be there they will make sure the saunas are ready and remind you which ones you signed up for and to go into. So glad to have found this fun intimate place to workout and not feel like I am just another membership.

I looove coming here to workout. I was so excited to take my husband to try it out with me. Unfortunately no one told us that employees were not going to be there on Saturday. I tried calling and just thought that they were busy. We showed up to no one and online it said you guys were open from 11-4. If your hours change please put that in your voicemail so that way we don’t waste our time driving down here.

I never thought I would like a hot workout but I have fallen in LOVE with Hotworx! I love the system and variety of workouts. I utilize the free weight area too which is a huge bonus. It is so clean, which is really important to me. I was nervous at first because it was so new to me, but the staff did a wonderful job answering my questions and making me feel comfortable. Highly recommend hotoworx and this location especially!
