Ive had an awesome experience at Hotworx in Grand Junction. Working out in a hot sauna was daunting at first, but after my first class, I realized how great of a workout I was able to get in such little time. I also loved the recovery classes like the yoga and hot stretch. The staff was very informative on all the health benefits associated with the saunas and answered all of my questions. Jade particularly, was so sweet and helpful that I signed up for a membership and ditched my commercial gym that day!!!

Great place to work out! Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Everyone that works there is always very nice and helpful. This is the most consistent I’ve been with working out. Great experience! Haleigh was able to get me signed up and explained membership very clearly to me! Always feel welcome when i walk in. The app makes for a easy user friendly experience that helps encourage me to come in, always looking to see when i can squeeze in a good sweat. I NEVER enjoyed working out! I rather have my gums scraped. However since I joined Hotworx in Sept 2023 I have developed a love for the process. The no judgement and trust the process has help me develop self confidence and esteem that helps me navigate in a World outside the family of Hotworx’s people. I never thought it would happen! I found a place that actually inspires me to want to work out.
From the awesome saunas, motivating coaches, uplifting and encouragingly staff to the comfortable and inviting little location. I'm completely hooked!
Now the negative...
I'm moving to a state that doesn't have a hotworx, yet. Maybe I can help change that. My only fear would be that I would fall short of delivering the kind of experience Jen and the rest of the grand junction staff gave me.

Love the Hotworx concept and the workouts. All levels of fitness at thia studio and its a judgement free zone. Everyone supprts each other! I've made new friends at the Grand Junction studio and it has a family feel. The staff is welcoming and so supportive. Always call me by name when I walk in and helpful when I need it.

I read other reviews about some rude members. I've not experienced that and also have never experienced the staff making a sell over customer service. They do sell during staffed hours and I find it fun to help. Some trial members have worked out with me and I answer questions, etc.

Only thing I’m not a fan of is when you want to cancel your membership you are charged a bunch of money. It’s something to consider before committing because I wanted to cancel and now I have to pay for several months before I’m allowed to fully cancel. That’s a lot of money and definitely will deter me from signing a membership in the future. It’s clean and nice, however, the workouts get a little redundant during the week. Not as much variety as a full gym. The sauna is a nice feature but they get small quick when you’re in there with 2-3 people.

Hey, I just wanted to praise the people at Hot Worx!! I signed up yesterday with Jesse and he’s amazing. I did my first work out today, and he was completely compassionate, amazing, and took his time, and he was already off the clock. He explained everything to me more than once, when I asked and he was so kind I can’t say enough about him and then Jen is the one I talked to originally on the phone about signing up and she was kind and took her time with me and even called me back to give me answers to all the things I was asking!! I also spoke to her at the anniversary celebration!!Adelia was also someone I spoke to on the phone twice and she was very kind too! I’ve always felt like going into gyms-or places to work out is intimidating especially when you’re not skilled!! I didn’t feel that way at all. Today was my first workout day and I just felt really good about it and I can’t wait to go back. I’m so thankful for the people at Hot Worx thank you thank you so much.!! and also I met the owner, Cynthia who was exceptional as well!! my highest praises going to Jesse though.. what a great guy, and he also served his country proudly!! It’s addicting!! Tried a session and joined after a friend told me what a great workout it is. So glad I did! I’ve always loved working out but this is a different level!! Nadia set me up with a trial session before deciding to sign up. Jenn was there for such a warm welcome. Was able to try out two different session - both Nadia and Jenn helped me understand the ins and outs of this gym. Clean, beautiful, and spacious little gym to workout in. I've been doing hot exercise for over ten years, and the IR heat at HotWorx is the absolute best I've ever experienced. The workouts are outstanding, and the 24-hour access means I can schedule my workouts around my schedule rather than the gym's schedule - that has totally changed my life. I've truly never felt better, and I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to sleep and feel better while building strength and endurance. I love this gym/workout place. I hate calling it a gym because it is not the same. At gyms, I used to have a big phobia of everyone judging me and some people did. HOTWORX is super welcoming and I have never once felt judged or treated differently. The ladies who work here love to empower everyone to do the best they can and accept you as you are. You always feel so refreshed and amazing after you get out of a session.

I have asthma and I find that I can workout and breathe easier while in the sauna. I can push myself further without having an asthma attack which will hopefully help me reach my goals sooner! If you’re questioning to join, just do it!

Facilities were clean, equipment was new and high quality, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I did Hot Thunder and Hot Core, both of which I really enjoyed. The video instructors went at a good pace and gave clear instructions/modifications. I would recommend for anyone looking for a gym that is 24/7, has a sense of privacy, and wants short workouts (15-45min). Definitely worth a try!
