House of Strength is one of my happy spots. Kyler is a great coach. He keeps me moving but also gives grace when a hard workout isn’t in the cards for me. I love that the workouts are always different and I never know what’s coming. It keeps me on my toes. The variety of movements ensures that I don’t get tired of the same thing.

My wife and I have been working out at House of Strength (HOS) for a couple of months now, and we absolutely love it. We go three times a week, and it’s incredible to already feel stronger, more flexible, and just overall healthier.

The staff is genuinely kind, and the other members we see regularly are just as welcoming. There’s a real sense of community, which makes going back week after week something we actually look forward to.

Sean is our trainer, and he’s fantastic—always upbeat, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to guide us through every exercise and ensures we’re doing things the right way.

We’ve also been inspired by a couple of HOS clients who’ve been going for more than five years. That longevity speaks volumes about the experience here, and we hope to eventually see ourselves still going strong 5–10 years down the road.

Kyler does an amazing job with our 14 year old son and 11 year old daughter. We started bringing our son to House of Strength as part of his rehab from a surgery to repair a broken leg. Not only did Kyler take the time to put together a plan to help increase his strength, but truly cared about his progress during his rehab. It has been several months now and he still loves coming to work at the House of Strength. His overall strength and confidence has improved tremendously. Our daughter started working with Kyler a little over a month ago and absolutely loves it! Kyler does an amazing job helping our kids get stronger while making each work out productive and enjoyable. Matt addresses each individual client at their level and address each concern in order to push the client to the next level of fitness. The workouts are always challenging and I feel like I have accomplished something each time I leave the House of Strength. Our 14 yo daughter trained at In House Fitness with Matt once a week over the summer. It was a great experience. She was able to improve her strength, balance and vertical. Plus she really enjoyed the type of workouts Matt created and mainly working with Matt. His attitude and humor with our daughter made her look forward to her small group sessions each week. For every session, Matt will have prepared a different exercise routine especially designed to strengthen my legs and lower back to help with my balance problem and with my walking. Matt was my trainer about 9 years ago while I was in LA for a few weeks and we continued (in a ground breaking type of virtual training 3000 miles away) when I came back home to NY. Albeit, not the same as in person, but recently we reconnected because no other training I did reached the level Matt brought me to. Now with zoom training once a week since last May, I feel that I’m gaining my core strength back, I feel my posture shifting and standing taller, more confident. Being that I appear to have developed a ‘middle aged, Covid body’ over the years, I feel so grateful to have the zoom classes in the privacy of my own home.
