The very first time we came to incline I walked in, and the front desk person, Dez, was laughing and eating, gossiping with another parent while I stood and waited for 5 minutes at the front desk, wondering what we should do/where we should go. Eventually she said "Can I help you?" in a tone like I was bothering her. I let her know it was our first time in the facility and she rudely just let me know to come inside, no welcome, nothing. Each time we came in after that she was equally unfriendly, and unwelcoming. Even over email it would take her nearly 4 days to respond to a simple question and just say "it's been busy" The teacher for the preschool class was really kind, completely different vibes, but for a lot of classes we did there seemed to be way too many kids for one person to handle. Rarely we would have two teachers, and that seemed to be a better ratio for sometimes 10 kids. Overall, we left the facility because of how rude Dez was. We would have stayed if she wasn't like so.

The boys team focuses on form and strength. And the current coach to student ratio is great.

We have been at Incline for 2 years and absolutely love it. The environment is a perfect blend of community, kindness and motivation. Many athletes travel up to 60 min to be a part of this community 💜🩵

This place is fantastic. Not only are they affordable, they are fantastic with my girls. Both have learned so much and excelled in no time. They’re happy every single week. 10/10!

We love incline gymnastics! Our daughter has been in the preschool class for almost a year and she truly enjoys her time. Not only is it a fun class, she’s also learning great foundational skills. I’ve seen great improvements in her movement, balance and strength. The coaches are hands on and provide specific instructions and training. We have tried multiple gymnastics programs and this has been our favorite by far!

🌟 5-Star Review for Incline Gymnastics 🌟
Our two daughters, now 9 and 7, have been attending Incline Gymnastics for over two years — and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The coaches are incredibly supportive and skilled, creating a fun yet challenging environment where our girls have truly thrived. We’ve seen amazing growth not just in their gymnastics abilities, but also in their confidence, discipline, and love for the sport. The facility is always clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch gymnastics program!

I don’t know why we haven’t heard of this place until now but we love it! The front office staff was extremely helpful with finding the right classes for my kids and explained the price structure and fees clearly and let us know about the withdrawal policy upfront - love the transparency. We did a free trial class and decided to sign up. The multiple kid discounts are awesome. The coaches are focused, attentive and kind and the facility is clean and bright. Highly recommend!

My children have thrived at incline. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, uplifting, and have become my kids favorite part time parents lol. If you don’t bring your kids to incline you are doing them a huge disservice! Thanks Stacy and all coaches who work so hard!

Signed up with a price of 75 a month, next month it was 100, following month was 125. Never gave me a heads up or said why.

Inappropriate. There is coercion involved to stay quiet so others don’t find out what happened to you and an air of threat for retaliation.

Cons: communication and follow up, minor concerns about abiding by Safe Sport guidelines, cleanliness, professionalism (occasionally).
There are a fair amount of young/teenage instructors for the rec. classes. They all seem so great with the kids and are talented! The kids seem to really like the younger instructors so not sure if it's a major, "con" but some people might be used to other studios/gyms who require their teachers and subs be 18+.
The younger instructors at Incline demonstrate amazing patience and energy with their students. :)

Pros: great preschool/parent tot, and open gym program, Miss Steph was amazing when she was part of the preschool rec. program, multiple class time/day options, talented and respectful team athletes, and my daughter likes being part of the team program. She feels challenged and motivated and is excited to start competing.

Things changed over time. I do not accept the fact that my little girl is feeling upset about the lesson and crying. In addition to that I got feedback from my friends who told me they were witnesses that attention from teacher to my little kid is biased.

I have two sons on the boys competitive team and Incline does an amazing job with them! Not only are their prices better than the competition, but so is the training. It’s so clear they care about my boys and both their well being and their progress. The boys coaches are incredible and work so hard to see the boys succeed. Their level of expertise, compassion, drive, and love for the sport is very apparent. We couldn’t be happier with this gym.

DO NOT JOIN THE BOYS TEAM!
Level 8 and up-Favoritism is inevitable and your kid will feel it. Just give it time- we left because the treatment is not worth our money. Nothing is done about your frustrations but they will happily take your money. Certain coaches always seem to be in hot water with the law as well. There is no organization, but plenty of drama to go around and the owner takes no initiative to acknowledge parents’ concerns. Dont waste your/ your kid’s time! Again this is only regarding the boys team. The girls gym seems to be ok 👍🏼

Incline hosted the state Special Olympics event today. It was incredibly well run. They had a lot of fantastic volunteers, kept things moving, and made our athletes feel at home. Another mom said that was the best Special Olympics event she had been to.

I travel to Denver for work and usually stay with my sister and her daughter my niece. I have been there numerous with my sister picking up my niece.
My niece was using incline gymnastics until my sister started having problems with the management and there lack of respect for paying customers. The director was smug and completely not helpful, they do not answer phones or emails and really don't care about parents questions and concerns, thinking they know what best for our children. My sister and I, highly recommend staying clear of that gymnastics training center.

We are so blessed to have chosen this gym! While it is a rapidly growing gym it still has the community feel of a smaller gym. We’ve been part of the Incline family for 18 months. Our son started as recreation and is now on the competition team. I love that the men’s team has such a solid presence in the gym and the coaches, Iggy, Ben, Zane and Chris are all fantastic! At 6yrs old our son has gained so much more than just gymnastics skills; this program has helped instill a foundation for self-discipline and the importance of supporting/cheering on others. The coaches do a great job balancing structure and fun for the younger boys. They also do fun family events throughout the year such as lake day and trunk-or-treat. Incline is a second home for us and is well worth the drive from Castle Rock!

Incline competitive team is a big family. My daughter is in the JO Optionals program and they are such a tight-knit group. The older gymnasts mentor the younger gymnasts, the parents are friendly and not clicky, and everyone gets along. Seriously, couldn't ask for a better gymnastics experience. The coaches are great with the girls. They care about their success, not just in gymnastics, but outside of gymnastics as well. They are truly invested in the girls and they have the perfect amount of pushing them toward success without overworking them until they burn out. Truly the best gym in all of Colorado. <3

Great place. We tried other gyms and they were more focused on singing songs and dancing. Here, they do obstical courses and build their physical abilities. My 5yr old and 3yr old son are in the same class and both are loving it

If I wrote everything I wanted to about this amazingly wonderful community, you maybe wouldn’t be reading this because you’d see a novel and skip it...so I won’t. Here’s what I will say: This community has been one of the greatest blessings for my daughter, and I know that what she’s learned in LIFE from these amazing people will carry on for her entire life. The culture is most visible when you see how the athletes support and encourage each other - just beautiful. Really. Thank you all!

We have been at this location for 4+ years under the old brand and now under Incline. Our son is now a Level 6 Mens JO and we are super happy with the new ownership and the renewed commitment to the Boys Program. Coach Chris is great with the boys, intentionally striking a balance between hard work and fun and he is getting results. Our boys and our teams are regularly in the top levels at competitions and the boys love going to practice. There is a great energy around the gym and we have built great friendships among the parents. Win Win Win ! Thank you Lisa & Christi (Owners of Incline Gymnastics Training Center)

My daughter is in the USAG Junior Olympic Program. When new owners and coaches Christi and Lisa became owners of this gym, we followed them. They are talented coaches. They do not yell at or belittle their gymnasts. They absolutely expect hard work at every practice. They also believe in promoting traits that the girls will take beyond the gym: teamwork, graciousness, a strong sense of self, and how to support others in the community. When the girls are having a bad day, they give them a pep talk. When they feel they are hurt, they make them stop, ice and address the issue. They are teaching my daughter how to be a successful gymnast while teaching some life lessons along the way. Priceless.
