Having worked with Jeff for 3.5 years now, I can confidently say that he is the best trainer that I have ever worked with. Jeff created a training plan that has elevated my strength and power in the weight room, something that I credit much of my athletic success to. Coach Wilson does an incredible job balancing his personal training business with his coaching for the University, making you the priority when he is working with you. I would highly recommend Jeff if you are seeking a personal trainer that can be personal, flexible and intelligent with how to develop your strength and become a more powerful athlete.

Jeff Wilson is someone who will be supportive of your goals regardless of your experience as a runner and athlete. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff throughout my time as a runner on track and field and cross-country teams in school. Not only was he able to handle the challenges of working with large groups of college athletes but was able to successfully help my teammates and I navigate injuries, address areas of weakness and become overall better runners. Upon my journey running post collegiately, Jeff recognized my want to go all in on running and understood that I still had more to accomplish in the sport of running. He sees the potential in me and understands how challenging it is to navigate lingering injuries and will develop a plan to address them head on. Throughout my time as a collegiate athlete, I was always burdened with injuries, even to the point of needing surgery. For me specifically, my knees and ankles always seemed to be a point of concern. Because of the exercises he has given me, I am no longer dealing with pain or do these areas limit my running in any way. There have been few times in my running career that I have felt as confident and fit as I do now, and Jeff's training is part of the reason as to why. Whether I am preparing to run the Pikes Peak Ascent or am preparing for road racing, Jeff's extensive knowledge helps me to feel confident that I will be at my fittest.

Jeff is awesome. He's incredibly professional and fun to work with. He's a natural coach. He has tons of energy and passion for what he does. He's super knowledgeable about health and the body, practices what he preaches, and really cares about his clients. I started training with him to get stronger and address weakness and chronic pain in my lower back. He listened and easily found ways to address my issue, and I was amazed at how fast I got results. Working with Jeff is easily one of the best decisions I made in 2024. If you're considering getting a trainer, don't hesitate!

I've been working with Jeff for just over three years now and I can not say enough good things. I am an endurance athlete who primarily cycles and runs. One of the biggest goals Jeff has helped me achieve is building lean muscle. Being an endurance athlete, it's often difficult to keep a good weight on, and that is why I came to Jeff. His background in endurance sports is obvious when working with him as he has a great understanding of what the demands of it are physically and mentally. What I appreciate most is his willingness to explain why we're doing something. Everything we do feels very specific to what my goals are as an athlete. Outside of just strength training, Jeff has exceptional knowledge of nutrition and injury prevention/ mobility work which are both crucial to being a well-rounded athlete.

Working with Jeff as a college athlete was only the start of our journey together. My time with him then was awesome even if the overall program was specifically tailored to each individual as he was responsible for 30-40 athletes but I still knew I wanted to work with him post-college because I believed he was the best strength and conditioning coach I could've possibly worked with.
Working post-college has been nothing but achieving my goals and getting stronger/better as a runner/athlete. Arguably the most important accomplishment of my running career post-college working with Jeff was qualifying for the USA Marathon Olympic Trails. That journey was tough and challenging but Jeff kept me extremely honest and diligent the entire journey and I commend him for his efforts and it would not have been possible without him as my strength and conditioning coach.
One of the best things about Jeff is his ability to listen to you and work with you. All throughout college I had Achilles issues and that was one thing that I wanted to work on a lot post-college training/running. We had set out a plan to really work on that issue in my leg and make sure we did all we possibly could and then one day it hit me. My Achilles/calf area had never felt as strong as it did in over 4 years since my initial injury back in 2020. That was the crowning moment working with Jeff that I believe he truly helped me get that part of my body healthy and strong again and to a point where I was super confident in it.
To this day, I am still working with Jeff post-college while chasing my dreams and goals as a runner and believe that Jeff is such a great coach.

I've been blessed to not only have Jeff as my personal trainer but to have him as my son as well. Jeff has been my personal trainer for several years now. I've been running for 55 years now and Jeff has done an incredible job with my weight training as well as my running by giving me new ways to make things so much better. I have been dealing with Parkinson's for several years and he's done tireless research into giving me new things to try to keep me motivated. My running gait is a problem from the Parkinson's so I am only able to do limited running with walking. Jeff has been great with helping me make adjustments that give me a never give up attitude. I'm so proud of him as he gives everything he's got to me and countless others to make our lives better.
Thanks Jeff.

I met Coach Jeff on a massage therapist’s recommendation after more than two years of trying different things for chronic shoulder pain. I tried massage, rolfing, chiropractic treatments, ice packs, heat pads, a physical therapist and steroid injection. I had no improvement. A doctor said it was the rotator cuff and suggested surgery. An MRI revealed it as bursitis, but no one had a treatment aside from telling me to “rest it”. Jeff began by listening to me and respecting my concerns. After working on my overall strength, and moving past my fear of continuing shoulder pain, I have greater mobility of my arm, diminished pain, and I am in the best physical shape of my life. I wish I had come in for strength training sooner. I am certain it would have prevented my shoulder pain. Working with Coach Jeff is helping not just with my bursitis but with my overall health and well-being.

Jeff has been a phenomenal personal trainer! We work together and adjust what I need based on goals and progress. Jeff is very knowledgeable, respectful, and motivating. My schedule doesn’t allow me to come in as often as I’d like so we do a lot of hybrid workouts from home and coaching that way. It’s been a really great way to stay on track when I can’t make it to a session every week.

Committing to personal training has definitely made a big impact in my life! Highly recommend.

“Jeff Wilson is highly trained and knows how to apply that knowledge in a unique way to each client. He specializes in being able to personalize each training regimen, and tailor it to the needs and desires of each person he’s working with. Jeff is not only naturally gifted as a trainer, but he is a genuinely caring and fun individual to be around. I have benefitted greatly from his expertise and appreciate his talents and friendship. Being an older adult who had previously never exercised on a regular basis, I am now in the best shape of my life!”
