I went to a boot camp not knowing what to expect and I loved it so much! They can be so intimidating but this one was filled with fun and laughter and a great sense of community. We were all clapping and cheering each other on. Highly recommend!!!!

I’ve been training with Ashley in a small group setting for a year. This morning, while carrying loads of my family’s heavy gear to the ski base, I thought: “this is why I train!” I’m a lifelong cardio enthusiast but Ashley’s guidance and programming have made me so much stronger and fitter in my every day life, especially skiing and hiking. The group setting offers me accountability and so much encouragement. I love her new space in Evergreen and can’t recommend her training programs enough!

Ashley is an amazing trainer and KARVE Fitness is the best! I was brand new to lifting before joining KARVE and Ashley made everything super approachable and the culture of small group classes are so welcoming and fun. Ashley helped me coordinate a fun birthday event for me and some girlfriends. Many of us are postpartum and she was so helpful getting us back into our groove and offering modifications and adjustments for our comfort levels. We all had a blast and are so excited to have this type of gym in Evergreen!

I’m only three classes into Ashley’s Muscle and Motion class and I’m obsessed. I already feel so much more confident in my movements, have improved my form, and can lift more than I could just two weeks ago. Ashley is so knowledgeable about everything from form to food! She’s the real deal and so fun to train with!

Visited KARVE for group workout for a friend’s birthday and we had so much fun! Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable and though we all lifted weights in the past we hadn’t recently and she really met us where we were ensuring we were lifting safely but also getting in a good workout and having fun! Hoping to go back soon!

What an amazing addition to Evergreen! I often find gyms to be intimidating, but KARVE fitness offers a comfortable space while Ashley’s knowledge and positivity encourage you to push yourself and elevate your fitness routine. I’ll definitely be returning!

Went to the open house boot camp and had a fantastic workout. Not only that but it was super balanced, every exercise bad a corresponding companion exercise so all muscles got worked equally. Ashley keeps the fun and intensity up with lots of knowledge on how to adapt any exercise to fit an individual.
