This place wants a late fee from me for a class I never confirmed sign up for. I put in my children’s m information and decided before I hit confirm or “sign up” it was too much for just trying something. My children have never attended classes because we didn’t want to spend the money on something they weren’t sure they would enjoy. That’s insane. If I didn’t confirm, and my kids haven’t been to class, why wouldn’t they call for one and for two why would there be a late payment? Yikes.

Great place for coaching, competition, and overall fun. However, for payment, kinects violates:

Colo. Rev. Stat. §5-2-212
(1) Except as otherwise provided in §§24-19.5-103 (3) and 29-11.5-103 (3), C.R.S., no seller or lessor in any sales or lease transaction or any company issuing credit or charge cards may impose a surcharge on a holder who elects to use a credit or charge card in lieu of payment by cash, check, or similar means. A surcharge is any additional amount imposed at the time of the sales or lease transaction by the merchant, seller, or lessor that increases the charge to the buyer or lessee for the privilege of using a credit or charge card. For purposes of this section, charge card includes those cards pursuant to which unpaid balances are payable on demand.

AND

The Durbin Amendment of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act prohibits surcharging debit cards.

The lackluster ability for this gym to keep up with applicable technology/law is severely understated and should make you reconsider utilizing them for your youngster.

Love it here. I thought it would be short lived & the kids wouldn't want to stay going after a couple months. But they both loved it so much, we've now been going for over 2 years. My son does team gymnastics & my daughter is in a general training class. They both love their coaches. I've also done many birthday parties here & everyone loves it. I've recommended quite a few people here & will continue to.

We love kinetic for both gymnastics and parkour! It is especially hard to find a competitive boys/mens team and Kinetic’s is great. The coaches are both caring and knowledgeable and the facility is top notch. Highly recommend for both rec and team opportunities.

Best place on the Springs for parkour!

Recently, this gymnastics place has been building a well equipped parkour gym. The head of the department, Coach Stefan, is highly knowledgable, passionate, and quite the exceptional athlete himself. Highly recommend for all ages!

Stefan is fantastic, this is my daughter’s first gymnastics class and she loves it, she loves her coach and truly just enjoys being there so much she counts down the time until class time on Fridays. We will never go anywhere else, highly recommend!

Went for a Birthday party! The lady was Fun and Nice she helped show us what everything was for and how to use it. She even let my Husband be a big kid and Play! As parents started cleaning and putting chairs away she said that's my Job you go have Fun! Wish I lived closer to bring my boys more!

My daughter enjoys it here for the most part. It seems a lot of the employees don't really care. Her coach has them doing stretches the 1st 30 minutes of her hour long class so she always feels unfulfilled like she hardly got any time to actually do gymnastics. For 18$ per class for only 1 hour I was hopeful for more here.

Beyond the dirty, hairy blue benches (which is the only comfortable seating there is), they Wanted to charge full price for a 1yr old who can’t even fully access most of the space/equipment. At some point, value being a compassionate human being over a business bottom line! That’s like the movie theater charging a 1yr to look at the screen though they don’t even have their own seat. This place charges to much for classes that they can afford a discounted rate for the 2-3 one year olds at open gym that otherwise have to sit on the sidelines to watch their siblings

No one EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE !!!
If you leave a Msg the call won’t be returned til a day or more after . There is no way on knowing what days are available to make up classes .
And also if you miss a class u can’t just add it to the rest of the classes u have left over (already paid for) you HAVE TO USE IT On SAME weeks u already have class 🙄😪 so Ur small child will have to do 2/3 classes in a week instead of spreading them out .
Anyway my daughter enjoyed her class she has attended . Maybe they just need a secretary? 🙄 because the phone and scheduling thing is A mess .

Called numerous times to schedule a training session to help me with an Army school. I kept getting the runaround and reassurances that they'd call back, and they never did despite four calls over the span of three weeks. Now time's up and I'm underprepared for my school (specifically involving a combat roll over a bar). They had the time, they said they had the trainers, but they failed me.
