Kuthuta Yoga is an in-person and virtual yoga studio offering private and group Hatha yoga classes. The Hatha style of yoga involves balancing heating exerting and cooling restful movements as the word Hatha comes from the word βhaβ which means sun and βtaβ which means moon.
A typical class starts with a: moment of silent meditation, thorough mindful head-to-toe warmup, all round body conditioning in sun salutations or a standing series, balance, core strengthening, class focus poses, twists, sometimes breath work, deep relaxation in corpse pose, closing silent meditation.
Kuthuta Yoga was founded in 2009 by Towani Clarke.

My wife and I joined back in early summer of 2022 and I've been learning from Towani and Kuthuta Yoga since then. Her knowledge and gentle teachings are just the right speed for my wife and I. She is patient and very good. I highly recommend the training that we have been receiving along with the social vibe which has been great.

Itβs been a little more than two months since i joined, and my experience with the Yogi is one that absolutely resonates with my energy! She is FUNNY, super knowledgeable, very welcoming, and will definitely make you feel like you belong! She brings both accessible and challenging skills while educating you all along! The diverse atmosphere creates a welcoming and comfortable community feel - both before and after the sessions- making it hard to leave often. I absolutely love my time there!
