Jeff is great! I Was recommended here by my father who suffered from severe knee pain which Jeff helped him with tremendously . I came to M powered for mild lower back pain and to develop a solid fitness routine to get back in shape after not working out for a while, now I feel like I have solid foundation to stick to, and my lower back pain is gone. The app they use combined with the in person training makes it super easy to build a routine and stick to it. Thanks again. highly recommended

I had been struggling with chronic knee pain for years which was interfering with my active lifestyle of hiking and cycling. The pain progressed to the point that climbing stairs or a simple walk around the block was becoming increasingly difficult. Jeff was able to promptly identify the biomechanical issues and I started seeing immediate results without resorting to surgery or other invasive procedures. Jeff is a knowledgeable and talented strength training and PT professional. Itβs so great to wake up in the morning pain free. Thanks Jeff!

After an incredibly positive experience doing PT at Mend with Kristin Carpenter, I came to MPowered for strength training. Jeff Ryg has been professional, knowledgeable, and kept things fun. He crafted my fitness program to suit not only my goals but other factors, like my access to workout equipment and the amount of free time I have in a week. This has made the program he created for me feel accessible and attainable. Not to mention, after just a few sessions I was already feeling stronger! I have been very happy with my personal training with Jeff Ryg. I am trying to build my strength to keep my running practice injury free and it is nice to work with a doctor so I can be sure that we are not doing any exercises that might cause harm. Just finished my first 10K in 14 months and I am delighted by my performance!

When I started personal training with Jeff Ryg, I had been strength training for years with very little success. building muscle. I have free weights at home and my form was terrible. After only 5 sessions with Jeff, I feel stronger than I have in years and I've signed up for an additional 5 sessions! :-). His instruction and demonstration of the exercises is easy to follow and he makes corrections to my form throughout the exercises. I like that I can take what I've learned with Jeff and continue working on it at home. I feel stronger when I hike, run and do other activities that require strength. All in all....a 5 star experience. Thank you, Jeff.

Jeff is a fantastic doctor of PT and the concept of dedicated personal training he has created is a big plus. I enjoy the M Powered space as its all private and not the typical gym space. Jeff customized the program for me to start at my level and slowly progresses from there. Jeff is really patient and makes modifications when needed. I have learned a lot from my sessions with him and he really has eMpowered me to continue to keep strength training.
