Not good business. Outdated and worn equipment. Owner attached extra fees to membership without approval

As the other reviewers have said before me Michele lies and misleads. She takes advantage of her customers when writing and discussing the contract. I am not the first reviewer who has said this, please read the other other reviews. Give your business to someone who has an honest business. Stay away from Main Street Fitness...please.

Best deal in Canon! Very quiet and nice gym that has everything you need to be successful. Not sure on the negative reviews as you’re not going to find a better deal with amenities anywhere else. Has rules like any other gym and the owner went over every detail with us. Seems like if you follow the rules and what you sign you’ll never have a problem.
Michelle very nice, friendly, and professional.
We will pray her business grows and can stay open for us, and our community.

Not a fan. The facility is mid and the management is sketchy. Go to elite family fitness down the street. It’s much better

Owner is completely annoying. Repeatedly tells us to wipe down the equipment but refuses to actually provide paper towels (all dispensers were out), then turns on the fans herself and gets annoyed at us when we don't turn them off for her.

Visited this gym for a day while vacationing in the area. Michelle was very understanding and was willing to give us an exception by giving a day pass even after staffed hours. The gym was nice and had a good balance of free weights and cardio/cable machines. I hope to visit again!

I went to basic training in 2020 and canceled with Michele and signed the paperwork. After I have completed basic training a looked at my account I see that I was charged $500 dollars of fees. I spoke with Michele on the phone and she told me that my membership was never canceled which made no sense to me since I clearly spoke with her. She told me I was going to have to come in person and cancel it. I told her that was not possible since I am being stationed somewhere else. Do not go here. They will steal money.

I would never recommend this company to anyone Michelle is a very poor excuse for a owner, manager, or business woman, she lies and will tell what ever she thinks you want to hear, nothing she tells you can be trusted if you choose to do business with her you better make sure you keep copies of all the paper work and receipts.

As a person who is in a wheelchair I found that Mainstreet fitness 24/7works best for me because it has equipment that I can use for my upper body and my lower body. Another thing I like about Mainstreet fitness 24/7 is the aqua massager having spina bifida my back hurts if I don’t stay mobile and when I do the aqua massager it helps relieve my pain.
Mainstreet fitness is an all inclusive gym for me. The owner makes you feel very welcome and I like it also because if you become a member which I have been for a couple of months you can go in when you want and it’s not overcrowded either. I recommend mainstreet fitness to anyone who uses a wheelchair.

I would definitely recommend this gym it is super comfortable and happy environment. The owner Michelle is the most nicest person and easy to talk to. In the months of June and July there were issues with a new card system in which she was always in contact with me and fixed my payments that were missed. This gym is always open and has wonderful equipment.

I love going to this gym because they have an aqua massage machine and an infrared sauna. There's even a separate room for women to work out. It's clean, well kept and friendly. They have great workout machines that are easy to use. There's even going to be a CrossFit room soon. Also affordable.

If I could give a negative star, I would. My husband joined this gym. He didn't like it and decided he was going to cancel. He tried to go before COVID lock-down and no one was there to help him. Because the company got rid of their credit card processioning the, auto payment for the monthly subscription stopped. We received a text message (around June early July time frame) telling us we were delinquent and would need pay a late charge. My husband spoke to Michelle and set up an appointment to go in and cancel and pay the balance before the next month charges would begin. My husband showed at the appointment, Michelle did not. She sent my husband a text message telling him that she was in Pueblo for the day. Another appointment was scheduled. Michelle was able to show up for this appointment. Because they still are not accepting credit cards, my husband (who didn't argue about the late fee) pulled out cash to pay the balance and signed the cancellation forms. Then, end of July, we get another message from Michelle that says because we didn't cancel in time (because she no showed her own appointment) we would be charged for another month. Then today, August 12, 2020 we received another message stating that we now owed for June, July and August all with late fees and our delinquent account needed to be paid. She was told via text message that it was handled last month and she asked for the cancellation paperwork. I spoke to Michelle on the phone and she made the excuse that direct TV and spectrum and the phone company had her TV's out, which is why she couldn't figure out what happened last month. Whatever you do, do not do business with Michelle personally or with join this gym. Keep your paperwork. Keep everything in writing and don't trust anything said verbally.
