Depending on your personal fitness goals you’ll receive customized workouts with one-on-one coaching in a laid-back atmosphere, without the limitations of working out in an uncomfortable gym environment.
As a local freelance certified personal trainer, we meet together at your gym or home, or workout at my location in the Edwards Riverwalk plaza (Elevate Fitness)

I have been working with Mike at Rellim Fitness one-on-one for over a year.
Mike provides superb customer service- quick responses, always on time, always ready, and always flexible around my needs.
His gym offers remote workout plans, in-person one-on-one sessions, and more. Remote plans are custom tailored to you and your goals, with real-time guidance around any questions you might have.
When in-person, you are the only client present in the gym and everything you touch is sterilized and sanitized as you complete each section of the workout.
We pay a lot of attention to movement, form and technique on each exercise and while working on each of the top-notch machines. Rellim is simply the cleanest and safest gym around.
Mike is attentive and builds a thoughtful plan for each session, gradually building up well-rounded strength and conditioning such that each workout brings a challenge.
I started at Rellim Fitness as a complete novice and struggled to make it through even the body-weight warm ups in the first weeks.
The atmosphere at Rellim is always motivational, positive, and purposeful. I feel like we’ve worked hard week over week, through good days and tough days. I’m surprised at how much our work has improved not only my physical stamina, agility, and strength, but also mental stamina, self-motivation and clarity of mind.

I have been working out with Mike for three years now. He is an amazing trainer! He really takes the time to find out what you want to get out of your workouts and tailor a program specific to you and your fitness level...no cookie cutter workouts at Rellim Fitness! His workouts are challenging and fun...they will definitely push you, but in a good way :) Mike is very easy to work with and has a great attitude. I highly recommend Mike and Rellim Fitness!

I have been working out with mike for 3 years. Used to be small group but now is 1:1. He is very knowledgeable about targeting the workouts to fit what you're trying to get out of it. He knows how to push you to your limits but not too far. He is kind and easy to work with and always accommodates schedule changes if enough notice is given. His rates are way cheaper than the large corporate gyms and you get a better workout. I'm 33 and I'm in the best shape I've been in out of the last 10 years. Go see his gym and meet him and try a workout and you'll see the reason he has so many clients.

Everything Hurts. Mike puts together well rounded routines, allowing for modifications, that challenge your physical limits. I have never walked away from a Rellim Fitness workout thinking I could have done more. Mike also is a big advocate for stretching to limit tightness and promote physical recovery as well as meditation for the mental recovery. I can't thank Mike enough for his guidance and expertise.
