🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 This is hands down the best gym in Arvada! The equipment is always clean, well-maintained, and there’s plenty of variety so I can get in a full workout without waiting. The staff is super friendly and makes the atmosphere really welcoming. I love that it feels like a community—everyone is supportive and encouraging, which makes working out here something I actually look forward to. If you’re looking for a clean, supportive, and well-equipped fitness center in Arvada, this is the place to go!

My Gym is fantastic - super clean (especially for a children’s space), organized, and great teachers who are truly wonderful with the kids. My kiddo attended several winter camp days along with classes for about a month. She struggled in the classes, and the My Gym staff were great with offering solutions and trying to find a way to still let her participate through the end of our contract. The reason I knocked off a star was for the contract itself - specifically the requirement to pay for the following month when you cancel. I understand needing to ensure proper compensation, but it’s a stiff fee to pay when your kid isn’t even going to class, or you’ve moved/left town, etc. Of all the activities we’ve enrolled in, this was the only contract I’ve seen like that and I paid it out (and knew I agreed to it during signup), but it wasn’t my favorite. That said, we also didn’t anticipate cancelling as quickly as we did, so there’s that too. I hope we can try again in the future and I wish this location nothing but success. The staff truly are so, so great with the kids.

We absolutely love MyGym! My 2.5y old goes bananas for each of the stations and fun apparatuses throughout the studio. The instructors are truly engaged and so enthusiastic ! Every week there is always a new skill station that challenge and delight. Keeping it interesting for kids (and parent!) The little puppet show(s) is adorable!!! Truly. Such a gem of a place.

My Gym had been essential in my nanny kid’s growth and development! He’s learned so much in both gymnastics skills and independence. Our days at My Gym were the highlight each week. Ms. Lauren, Ms. Ash, and Ms. Taylor showed endless patience and love to my little one. We will miss them dearly as our time comes to an end and he begins school!

Just a heads up they require 30 days notice to cancel your membership which was pretty surprising for me. They won't let you try the class without signing on to a trial membership which turns to a regular one automatically after trial. I've canceled today and even though next payment isn't due for 12 more days they will not stop payment before that and I'll have to pay for another month of membership.

Membership agreements that are needlessly punishing to customers are a particular pet peeve of mine. We were just planning to do a break due to a temporary change in my schedule, but this has made me decide not to renew membership at a later time. Thought I'd share in case it influences anyone else's decision.

My son goes here for ninja gymnastics. He has a blast and his teachers are great. He’s had a lot of fun and made some good friends. I highly recommended this to other parents looking for a fun and fit activity for the kids.

Had my daughter's 5th year birthday party and was sorely disappointed in the instructors. When asking me to sign the waiver for my older son, she stated "Be sure to sign the waiver for 'What's-his-name'." This felt dismissive right away. Neither instructor introduced themselves to me or my kids until we asked their names. There was maybe 20 mins of instructed playtime, the rest was free-for-all chaos. There were times that I worried a child would get hurt. When I asked a teacher if she would lead some structured activities with them, she said "I'll just tell them to calm down." Not sure this person has ever worked with kids before.
The space is great and has potential. The Highlands Ranch My Gym is much more engaged with the kids.

We have such a wonderful time at My Gym and recommend it to all our friends with little ones. The teachers are so very welcoming and my son Jackson loves all them. As a ex-gymnast and ex-gymnastics coach, I highly recommend this place for your little ones. I love the consistency of the coaches and the mix of structured activity and free play. I really love that it's a dedicated space for one age group to play and learn. My toddler loves coming here and looks forward to it every week!

We absolutely love My Gym. Our daughter goes to a toddler's class once a week. She has been very shy in new places and around a lot of new people. The teachers there are amazing! They let her grow at her own pace, make a very positive and fun environment every week. Now a couple months in and she talks about her teachers from Gym every day! The facility is always clean and taken care of. Classes are fun and they come up with such creative activities! Thank you guys, we love it!!

I’ve been taking my 2.5 year old son here for a few months, we have not done any of the classes but we do most of the parents night out and the camps! My son absolutely LOVES this place. He gets really excited when we pull into the parking lot and he runs in and all the coaches greet him and make him feel super special. My son is not potty trained yet and this is one of the few places where you can drop your child off and they will change diapers. They are very accommodating and all the girls are very nice. I feel so good dropping him off somewhere that I know he is going to have good time at and be treated well. Thanks guys! - Melissa Spare

We are member at My Gym, and decided to let them throw our son his 2nd birthday party. OH MY GOSH! I am still crying over this party. This team is kind, friendly, organized, knowledgeable, FUN! They worked with us during the planning phase, and when we told them we wanted a black and cow themed birthday, they DELIVERED! it was amazing. They decorate, they help clean up, they have games, and stations for kids of all ages. They sang songs to my kid. ugh.....perfection! My husband and I were able to relax before during and after the party. Our son had THE BEST DAY OF HIS LIFE! And our guests enjoyed it as well. It was TRULY MAGICAL! I cannot recommend this place enough. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

We attended the free first class here and have never looked back! Our 18-month old daughter loves it, and the staff has been reliable, friendly, and good-humored during every visit. The activities and gym layout change from week to week, which makes it a new experience for our kiddo each time, and the parents have been nice and welcoming as well. The facility is clean, and the environment is both safe and climber-tot friendly.

As a heads up for families with more than one child: because the structured classes are divided by age group, many have restrictions on sibling participation for brothers/sisters that are older or younger than the class age, presumably to keep it appropriate for the children’s development levels. There are some blocks and a kiddo table in the front area, but overall I think I’d advise only bringing the child that’s participating in the class if possible, especially if it’s one for younger children that involves parent participation. (It’s located in a shopping center with other stores around, so having a partner do an errand with Kiddo Two during the class might be a good workaround!) I think this is mentioned on the website, but it’d be something I’d want to be sure I knew if I had two or more in tow.

Wonderful place to bring your kids! The staff here are so kind and make the classes fun for the kids to participate in. These classes help younger kids learn to how participate in a group setting, gain confidence, and boost their social skills as well as motor skills. We definitely recommend this place!

We absolutely love it here, both my kids go there and they have learned so much in the few months they've been there! My daughter talks about Miss charity all the time at home she absolutely loves her! We do love all the stuff though, all of them are so good with my kids. They create a really fun safe environment for kids to learn does fundamentals of gymnastics, along with getting all their energy out for the day!

My 4 year old twins have been taking classes at MyGym for a few months now and look forward to going every week. Their agility and confidence has improved. I'm always amazed at how well the instructors remember all of the kids' names...I feel like my kids are truly in good hands with any of the instructors. Great job entertaining the children for an hour before cake time.Would have received 5 stars if more flexible in allowing the opening of presents before conclusion. Slightly rushed. My son has been going here since he was a year and half, he is now almost 4 and loves it. The teachers are amazing. It isn't easy for me to trust many people around my children but these teachers really love the kids and my son adores them all. The classes give my son such a confidence boost. We have been coming to My Gym for a couple of years now. My 5 year old and 2 year old LOVE this place and look forward to their classes each week. They're very organized and keep the kids interested and challenged. They also offer parent nights out which are so awesome! Ms Alex knows ALL of the kids by name as do the other instructors. The negative review sounded like they were just trying to have a freebie play-date. Yes it's a Gym of sorts with a monthly fee, pretty standard. They've always been upfront with membership fees, cancellation, etc. we found a lifetime membership on groupon for free and pay our monthly dues. For us it's totally worth it! We love My Gym!

I enrolled my daughter in a pre ballet class that had very little ballet at all, mostly just running around. Since this was not what we were looking for we fulfilled our 2 back to back session contract (which she didn't even attend several of the classes) and called to cancel. No one said anything about us needing to come in and sign a cancellation form so when I called to inquire about it when I saw them debit my account after the fact the owner was very rude. I immediately went in and signed the document and when I told her I didn't think it was good business practice and that I was going to post a review about my experience she had a very "I don't care" attitude just like another mom had experienced (read back through their reviews). When I went to watch a couple sessions they did not have good control of the class and the owner stated her ballet instructor has formal training even though I don't even remember seeing her at a couple of the sessions. Most of all I was disappointed that whoever answered the phone did not give proper information and the owner didn't care at all and didn't seem to mind having a bad review. But I guess every business owner has their own level of integrity. Lesson learned :)

Description of my one experience... Signed my 10 month old up for the little bundles/tiny tykes class free trial. I posted it to my Facebook page to see if any other local mommies wanted to join. There were 4 of us total who signed up for the free trial. We were the only ones in this class. The girls who were running the class were young and nice (I believe their names were hope and Hayley). We started out signing some songs and doing little baby workouts and movements with our kiddos on the floor. Then we had a minute of play time while they set up the first activity (the place is big with a ball pit, trampoline, slide, etc). We did the first balance type activity on a mat. Then the girls set up the second activity which was swings suspended from the ceiling. The third activity was sliding sort of like you would down a snow hill (on a board). In between you can play with all of the other equipment. We did the swings one more time after the slide then they brought our a huge machine and we sang a little song. All in all the class was good. One of the girls handed out a flyer and spoke of more information about the classes and schedule while we were playing on the swings. At the end we were putting our shoes on and getting ready to go...that's when they pushing happened. The two girls working there started asking each of us what we thought of the class and if we would like to sign up for future classes. There is a membership fee and if we had signed up before January we get a discount on our first month of classes. We each declined. One by one. The next girl would ask the next mommy. Then, a lady who I'm assuming was a manager or owner walked over and asked us all again if we were interested in signing up for the membership and classes. It was very uncomfortable for all 4 of us and we couldn't wait to get our of there. I most likely will not return for 2 reasons. The membership fee. And the pushy sales attitude. I want a welcoming environment. Not one where there only trying to get our money. A punch card would be nice. Or even just a monthly one time fee for 4 weeks of classes would be good. But a fee just to sign up. Plus monthly auto payments. No thank you. I can find better classes that are closer to my home for cheaper.

My daughter started going here at 5 months and had a great time. Unfortunately, with traveling for family events during the summer, caused us to miss 7 out of 12 weeks. The only option to make the classes up were to come to the Thursday mid-morning class in addition to Saturday's. This does not work as we are both working parents. So instead of providing one free month in the future (missed almost 2, asking for 1/2 that back) they said we are sorry and made it seem like "you paid already, got what we want, thanks".
