Training with Blenda at Naturally Defined Fitness has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my wellness journey. Her group classes are energizing, supportive, and thoughtfully structured to improve strength, balance, and mobility. In our personal sessions, she tailors every workout to my individual goals, always keeping safety and progress top of mind. What sets Blenda apart even more is her expertise in Professional Stretching and Muscle Recovery/Rehabilitation Therapy. She’s helped me work through stiffness, recover from minor strains, and feel more limber and pain-free in everyday life. Her stretching sessions are incredibly effective, and her understanding of how the body heals and moves is unmatched. The facility at Naturally Defined Fitness is fully equipped, clean, and welcoming. Offering everything from strength and cardio machines to recovery tools and space for stretching. Combined with Blenda’s personal attention and deep knowledge, it’s the ideal environment for anyone looking to stay strong, flexible, and active later in life.

I’ve been happily working out with Blenda for several years. She is not only extremely well trained and knowledgeable about body structure/ form but is able to adapt that knowledge to any age or specific problem with grace, humor and empathy. Her small group classes are designed to let everyone work at their own pace while insuring exercises are done correctly & safely or modified to one’s needs. Highly recommend her services to anyone who wants to improve their health in an effective, non-threatening and fun environment.

Blenda is a WONDERFUL exercise teacher!!! She is clear, specific, easy to follow, and she is FUN!! It's so obvious how much she cares and it shows that she LIKES what she does. I have gotten many great workouts with her and think she has PERFECT ENERGY and drive to do what she does. It takes a lot to be a good teacher around exercising. Blenda knows her stuff!!! She ROCKS!!!!
