Being a very busy person that is always going from one thing to the next, I was starting to find that I was never present in any of my activities. I meditated here and there, but never had a consistent practice. I wanted to get a consistent practice, but didn't make the time. Then I found Erin! She was such a joy to work with, and was made for this type of work. She is a good listener, which allows her to customize each session to the individual, and her calming voice is what takes her sessions to the next level. Not only were the sessions amazing, she followed up with custom meditations that I can use on my own for life. I highly recommend New Leaf Mindfulness Coaching if you are wanting to get a practice, but not sure where to start.

I love the energy of this studio. It is calm and happy. I finally found a yoga class that is geared towards my back issues. I found Erin several months ago when I was suffering from ruptured disks in my back. Her style of yoga has brought all movement back to my body. I recommend Erinβs Group Meditation on wednesdays also.

Erin is SO good at her field of expertise. I'm working with her on an 12 week course, we're three weeks in and I've learned SO much.
If I remember to practice the techniques and mindsets she helps me discover in session, (remembering I have these tools is a learning curve, just like the tools!) I'm already able to bring myself some calm in both mind and body. Sometimes in just 30 seconds.
I'm learning to be kind, patient and love myself. Thank you Erin!

I love all the group classes that New Leaf has to offer! Erin is an amazing and thoughtful teacher who provides insightful life lessons in each class. During all the yoga sessions I've attended I leave with a new perspective and focus for that day. Erin has helped me realize that I can manage my thoughts better than I "thought" possible. She is very succinct in explanation of mindfulness, knowledge of the mind, how it works scientifically, and with applying it to our lives. Learning to be present at home and with my business has radically changed how I interact with my family and my clients. I highly recommend doing her "Intro to Mindfulness" sessions so you can see for yourself how managing your thoughts influences the rest of your life for the betterment of yourself and others!

I started as a student of Erin's mindfulness Coaching about a year ago. It was the best decision I've ever made. Investing in my personal growth and learning mindfulness put me on a journey of healing that I have searched for all of my life. I would highly recommend this for everyone as it can fit into any spiritual practice.
