I have asked 3 times to cancel my subscription and being told it would be handled. Still nothing.

Started out fantastic and has went completely downhill. Prescriptions not being processed and app turning off unexpectedly.

You re messing with peoples health and wellness. Not cool to completely disregard your customers.

New You Crew is amazing and I am forever a loyal client. They have built my confidence, held me accountable while still being patient and understanding. When I joined I had no confidence about becoming healthy, how to work out , and managing my diet. Within a few months, I am now running 1/2 marathons and following the New You meal plan that customizes meal prep and recipes using their science based New You Crew nutrition metabolism testing. The New You Crew transformed my body in 5 months. Lydia Caballero is master personal trainer that incorporates sports science and gets results. I went from being a chubby out of shape non-flexible employee to some one with energy, drive, awesome health and very fit. Lydia is exceptional at pushing you hard but not letting you quit, fail, or second guess your commitment. I have worked with other trainers that seem to get a joy out of making you tap out or making you quit and Lydia is not like that. She focuses on getting you the best results possible by helping you acquire great form and maximizing your gains.

A small snap shot of my accomplishments from training with Lydia are the following:
1. Great flexibility- I have never been able to reach my toes and with her guidance and yoga training I have been able to touch my toes and stretch my body to places I never imagined. Simply amazing.
2. Strength- My strength gains have increased over 100% and in most areas. I started on the bench press with 135lbs for 6 reps and now I can do 250lbs for 5 reps. My legs have also increased incredibly in my ability to do squats and lunges to a point where I have to add significant weight and learned to love them.
3. Health and Body- When I started I had high cholesterol, a well rounded beer belly, overweight, and low energy. Now I have normal cholesterol, went from a pant size 36 waist to a 34, lost 12 pounds, sleep like a baby, have awesome energy and best of all VERY DEFINED MUSCLES in my arms, quads, chest and a couple of abs. I love my body.

Can’t express enough how amazing the New You Crew truly is! When I began my journey, I was lethargic, low stamina, somewhat strong but overall sluggish. Working with this team has taught me not only the amazing benefits of true nutrition but of physical fortitude. Even in my mid 50s I’m considering power lifting only because of the support of Michael and his team. Now I’m 20 lbs lighter, incredibly strong and extremely happy with my body and progress (never thought I would say that). Thank you New You Crew for everything you do everyday!!!

This team is amazing! I participate in Luke’s weekly strength training with cardio classes and the yoga classes. With Michael, we meet for personal training each week. Each has their own style but you can really feel their passion for fitness and health. Their goal is NOT to make you become the next bodybuilder champion (unless you want it), but instead to help you reach your own fitness goals and improve your life. They do a great job of explaining how the workouts help the body and muscle groups. Before taking the classes I had major low back pain with back spasms, limited hip movement, and low stamina. My goal was to become healthier to help live longer, raise stamina, and increase flexibility. It’s only been a few months of classes and training and I can already see a HUGE difference in my life. Both trainers have given great stretches and strengthening techniques to alleviate the issues I was having. Also, these classes have helped in other ways too. I am not as fatigued as before, my ADHD is under more control with less procrastination, and my daily mood has significantly improved. I now have more goals to push my body (handstands and Spartan races!) for the rest of my life. These two are great and really want to help people become healthy long-term. If anyone is thinking of joining a class, just do it! You won’t regret it.

I signed up with the New You Crew around 4 months ago. I’ve been working with Michael and he’s been absolutely amazing! He is very specific and scientific with his methods and they are great. I’m down 30lbs so far and the things I’ve learned have been amazing! Michael sets up a specific meal plan but I get to choose from a variety of foods which are all amazing. He also sets up a specific workout designed around how your body functions and the weight just falls off! Michael is very friendly and knowledgeable and I’ve always been extremely comfortable around him and the way he teaches/trains you. I 10/10 recommend trying this program!

When I started out I thought I knew it all. I thought all I have to do is eat less and I'll lose wieght. Boy was I wrong! With the help of the New You Crew I've learned that food is KEY! It all depends on my goals, age, activity levels ext. I have gotten so much help, I've gone from someone who was so overweight and eating wrong that I was on Chemo meds to slow my over active immune system and prescription pain meds for my Connective tissue disease/RA. Now I have so much support that I've learned to eat right, workout regularly, and I'm even training to run a half marathon, which never would have been possible without this amazing group of people who believed in me and showed me how to truly be healthy.
