Nova Stella is quaint boutique yoga studio and yoga school, located in the heart of Pueblo, Colorado. We offer yoga for everyone of all levels and skill sets. We offer a number of different styles of yoga including Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga. We have found our hOMe on Union Avenue in Pueblo, Colorado at 313 Union Ave. Please join us everyday of the week for yoga.

I am so very grateful for Josh and the studio.I can't imagine not having my Tuesday's and Thursday at Rise and Flow. I have found my home in a very spiritual ritualistic practice. I feel more grounded and centered than EVER before. I feel a stronger connection to mother (earth) and father (sky) more than ever❣ Even my family sees a calmer more grounded Dee. Julie’s 9am Saturday class is just right for me. I’ve tried a lot of classes in both Pueblo & Springs and have left feeling like I wanted and needed more. After today’s class, I left feeling very fulfilled. I like that it wasn’t target towards beginners but was still welcoming to them. I’ll be back for certain.

Had the best, best, best kids yoga class with my son! Miss Tammy was so amazing! We purchased a six class deal and will be back! The class involved breathing, stretching, balance, song, dance, movement! Ahhhh the best! Love love love this place!
