This gym quickly became my home gym, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! It was the first one I found when I moved to Colorado, and I can confidently say I won’t be going anywhere else. The classes are seriously amazing. They are challenging but so empowering, and they push you to be not just your best self, but your strongest and healthiest too. The community here is so great. It’s filled with so many supportive, driven women (and men) who truly lift each other up.

The coaches are top tier. They’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about you getting better. And the membership pricing? You seriously can’t beat it. This is the gym to go to in NOCO if you’re looking for a gym that will inspire, challenge, and support you every step of the way!

Awesome gym for crossfit and personal training! Classes are fun and engaging, and Ethan is a great personal trainer. I have been taking his personal training sessions for 3 months, and I am already lifting significantly more than what I was able to do alone. Also, getting membership fee discounts the more committed you are to your health is genius!

I have been a part of this gym for over 4 years now and I couldn't ask for more! I have grown in my Crossfit skills from the detailed instruction of the coaches and their love for what they do. Cricket Fuecker is a first rate instructor and coach for physical fitness and body-strengthening techniques. At 71, I just finished a 12-week exercise class with.her. There three others taking the class, ladies in their 60's or early 70's. Cricket and the ladies made no difference that I was the only man in the class, making the class comfortable for me. We met twice a week at the OFW gym, for an hour starting to 10:15. We usually left tired, but improved. Cricket obviously knows the field of exercise, therapy, and anatomy. She also cares about the members of the class. She also never pushed anyone too hard, obviously wanting everyone safe and well, though she did give us rigorous workouts. She was bot patient and seious to improve our strength and health; and so knowledgeable; and ver attentive, giving generous amount of one-on-one attention and advice. I once commented as I was really tired, "I'm too old for this," but then I promptly realized better and said, "this is making me younger." The exercise class with Cricket was excellent. She is VERY good at what she does, and she clearly desires the best result for each participant. I would recommend her and her instruction to anyone. An outstanding instructor. David Chalkley

Giving OFW a try is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve never felt more empowered and confident in my fitness.

My first shoutout is to Cricket, I train with her once a week (which is very affordable) and she helps me with any form issues or movements I’m having a hard time with. She creates custom programs designed to reach my goals and holds me accountable to those goals. I can’t recommend her enough!

My second shoutout goes to Ethan, he’s the owner and coaches most of the CrossFit classes. I was SO intimidated to try CrossFit, but Ethan makes it approachable and doable for anyone at any fitness level. He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about fitness. I don’t think you’ll find a more encouraging, motivating and genuine person than Ethan.

And lastly, my third shoutout goes to all the people at the 5, 5:30, and 6 am classes. Seriously, the community is amazing. Even when I don’t feel like getting up to workout, I know I want to make it to see my friends. We push each other, encourage each other, make fun of each other and have SO much fun working out together.

All in all, I think you should give OFW a try! You won’t regret it!

This gym is awesome. Great community, phenomenal trainers and regular classes. Classes range from cardio type to CrossFit type workouts. I started here 3 months post-partum and they tailored workouts to my needs until I no longer needed to adapt. Don’t hesitate to join!

I've been going to Official Fitness for almost 8 months now and I love it! I talked my husband into trying it, and now he's hooked too! Ethan and Clay are excellent coaches; I can't say enough about their skills, expertise, encouragement, and the friendly atmosphere they've created. I was new to crossfit when I joined, and newbies are welcomed! Ethan has done a tremendous job of teaching new skills and maintaining a high level of safety when executing the WODs. This gym is truly a gem in Windsor.

By far the best gym I've been to. Ethan and Clay are super knowledgeable and sincerely want to see people make progress. They have been so great at helping me modify the WOD's to fit my postpartum state. In just one month I've made gains and completed moves I had never done before and never thought I'd be able to do. Ethan, his wife Erin, and Clay have created a family friendly space where I feel completely comfortable and free to bring my toddler and baby with me. Crossfit is new to me and something I never thought I would do. I was afraid of high intensity workout injuries. Ethan is the reason I am doing Crossfit! In the beginning he recognized that I was using too much weight and backed me off. He doesn't try to make you do something you are not physically ready to do. He makes sure that EVERYONE knows what they are doing before he starts the WOD. He uses just the right amount of nudging to make you work harder than you think you can work. Also,
the members are great. There is a lot of encouragement amongst each other and no judgments!

Best gym I've gone to in a long time! Ethan really listens to what your goals are and strengths. I told him that I've had trouble with other trainers not pushing me to my full potential and not once have I left his training session (3 times a week) feeling like I could've done more. My results are AMAZING and everyone can see the changes! I've also popped in for a few WODS , each day is something new and challenging! Highly suggested!!

I have never enjoyed working out this much! I was completely new to crossfit when I started and very intimidated by the whole idea of it but Ethan has pushed and encouraged me to do things I thought were impossible. I have learned so much and I feel strong, confident and energized! The Boot Camp class is awesome and I love completing the daily workouts- especially the skills class on Saturday mornings. If you are beginning or a frequent user, it doesn't matter! This is the place for you! I have been active and attending a regular gym on a frequent basis, but have recently made the switch. My wife and I have never completed any crossfit classes until NOW! We are hooked and love it! Ethan and his staff are well trained to help guide/teach you and obtain your goals! No pressure here! Just the right size to have the personal feel rather than the intimidating large gyms! For me, I have been coming back from an injury and they have helped me significantly! Thanks guys!!!

My wife and I have been training at Official Fitness since shortly after it opened and we love it. I started going with my wife to the "Boot Camp" classes, and what a workout! Ethan, the owner and lead trainer, runs a fantastic class and he offers wealth of knowledge on nutrition and health. This has really helped us get on track to achieve our fitness goals!
