My name is Oliver, I'm a personal trainer with nearly 20 years of experience training clients of all ages and fitness levels. I train my clients at Clubten24 here in Fort Collins. It's a world class facility with the best equipment available. I also do online training/coaching and complete program design. If you have the desire I have many ways to help, no matter how busy your schedule is! Don't let time or budget get in the way of your health. Oliver is an amazing trainer! I’ve been working with him for 1.5 years - when I started I didn’t have a lot of experience in the gym and now I feel totally confident with strength training and have seen serious gains while working with him! He’s great at planning around other cross-training activities- bike races, ski season- and makes training plans that fit your goals. I enjoy my training sessions and leave feeling tired but great. After lifting weights for years, I fell into a rut with my workouts and was feeling bored. I also wanted to get the most ‘bang for my buck’ with my gym time, which became more limited due to my crazy schedule. After seeing Oliver work with other clients at my gym, I went to him for advice. He was super nice and sat down with me to get a sense for what I was looking for and then designed a series of custom workouts for me to try. The workouts have been just what I needed- full body, balanced, thoughtful, and tough! I told him I like a challenge, and he did not disappoint! I've worked with other trainers over the years, but Oliver seems to know just how to combine exercises and structure workouts so they’re most effective. I haven’t been this sore in a long time, and it feels awesome. I’m actually gaining muscle and getting stronger too, rather than just maintaining like I was. I'm excited to work with Oliver more in the future and highly recommend him to anyone interested in training- whether you're just starting out or looking to change up your routine, he'll help you reach your goals!

Before I started training with Oliver, my body fat was in the mid-teens, and my workouts were not where they needed to me. I was putting plenty of time in at the gym, sweating a ton, felt like I was working as hard a I possible could, but I just wasn't seeing the results I thought I should be seeing. I would see a few gains here and there, but I clearly did not have the mind muscle connection that I thought I did. Once I started working with Oliver, everything changed dramatically. My body fat dropped down into the single digits, my arms stopped overcompensating for all upper body workouts, and I started to feel the mind and muscle connection. After that, my entire body started to get so much stronger. I started using machines and free weights that I never thought I could, and I am absolutely crushing it now and showing significant muscle gains and a huge reduction in body fat. My workouts are night and day compared to what they used to be, and if you are serious about working out, you should absolutely to spend some time with Oliver. I see so many people working out the way I used to, and I guarantee you I will see a massive difference in your body and workouts if you start working out with OC.

I admit that I was intimidated about starting to lift weights. Oliver took time to show me how to use all of the machines with the correct form and helped me come up with a routine that works for me. He answers all of my questions (even the occasional one I ask when I just see him around the gym). I was ready to quit at one time and he explained why I was having trouble in a way that made sense and made me want to keep going. I am seeing results and actually enjoying my time at the gym. He’s always encouraging and cheerful; a super nice guy. I highly recommend Oliver!

Oliver is a great listener which makes him a great trainer! I am currently about 1.5 years into working with Oliver on a weekly basis and have genuinely enjoyed it. He has consistently adjusted my workouts around different goals and various injuries (outside of the gym) and has kept me accountable throughout the whole process.
