Brad Bertoch is an excellent personal trainer. This gym has lots of great equipment and a nice family atmosphere. I am 50 years old and have hit 8 new lifetime personal bests this year (more weight than college) with his help.

Great local gym. While it is smaller, it has all the necessary equipment you need for body building and weight training. Also, the vibes in this gym are the best that I've found, very good and welcoming community.

Walking into this gym the energy feels good.
There’s a wide range of equipment. They had everything I needed. It’s super clean. I also like that they have a ton of supplements to choose from. It’s convenient for me to grab supplements while I’m there. I also like the vending machines. They have a variety of healthy choices available so I can grab something when I’m on the go. The staff and trainers are so friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this place. This is an awesome Gym to workout at.
