OTG is amazing. My wife has been going there for years. I joined recently without having lifted regularly in a long time and am recovered from a back injury. Rob and the team have been great to work with and always adjust things for my various limitations, whether from “muscle fatigue” as Rob calls it (instead of outright weakness, always using positive motivation), or to protect my back. It’s been such a great experience, the lifting, agility, cardio, everything. I’d recommend it to anyone at any level of fitness.

5 Stars – The Best Whole-Body Workout I’ve Tried!
I can’t say enough good things about this personal workout routine. It’s one of the most effective, balanced programs I’ve ever done. What I love most is how it targets every major muscle group without feeling overwhelming or exhausting. It includes a great mix of strength training, and flexibility exercises, which keeps things interesting and really helps with overall fitness. Rob is great to work with!

I've been going to OTG for about 5 weeks and it's been an incredible experience. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for a great workout.
The owner, Rob and his staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, whether it's offering training tips or keeping the atmosphere welcoming and non-threatening. I say non-threatening, because I hadn’t worked out in a while and I am an older client. The range of equipment ensures I can switch up my routine whenever I want or need to.
I also would love to bring attention to, the fact that the Rob and his staff make sure to modify work-outs as needed. It makes working out here even more enjoyable!

Do it. This is the place, no need to over-think it. Have been through plenty of gyms, training groups and other fitness programs over the years, with most (all) ending in injury or burnout ... but not at OTG. Rob's programming and atmosphere are night and day different from the other places, adjustable to all ages, levels and abilities, it's great. I walked in 18 months ago and loved it from the beginning. You'll gain strength, lose weight, feel better during the day, and be surrounded by positive/awesome people while you're doing it. The goal for me is simply to be able to finish the day's workout and then come back the next day - Rob and Aaron help make that happen in a challenging and safe way. Could not possibly recommend OTG any higher. Give it a try, trust the process, show-up and begin to transform.

I recently joined Outlaw Training Gym and it has been a fantastic experience from day one. The trainers here are exceptionally knowledgeable, always taking the time to correct form, provide guidance, and workouts to meet individual needs. The small class sizes mean you get plenty of one-on-one attention, creating a supportive and motivating environment. Initially, I had signed up my middle school son for the small group classes (Aaron have been amazing working with him), then joined myself, and now my wife is also joining the gym. We have all been impressed.
Rob, the owner, is not just a skilled trainer but also an incredible wellness coach. He genuinely cares about each member's overall well-being and goes above and beyond to help you reach your fitness and health goals. In addition to physical training, he also provides valuable insights on nutrition, recovery, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
If you're looking for a gym that feels more like a community than just a place to work out, Outlaw Training Gym is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Perfect gym for my needs. Great atmosphere of like minded people in same age group with fitness programs to push us but not injure. Most of the classes are small and designed to change things up in 4 week blocks. It’s never the same and always challenging. And Rob and Aaron are professional motivators. My two sons ,ages 14 and 12, have had a phenomenal experience with Rob and Aaron at OTG. They are very different yet both their needs are met during each session they have together. Their confidence, strength, and agility improved dramatically within the first two weeks of training. They always walk away from their sessions with positive attitudes and are proud of what they accomplished. Could not have asked for a better training experience for my sons over the summer.

My boys have been going to OTG for a couple years now. I finally decided to take the plunge and invest in myself. I am about 12 weeks in, and I have lost both inches and pounds. While that is great, what I have gained is more important than what I have lost. I had the opportunity to work directly with Zach in my personal training goals. He was professional, knowledgeable and kept me motivated by modifying my training based on my personal goals and physical situation. Rob personally worked with my son in the past when he had a knee injury. It was better than his physical therapy and Rob got his normal gait and running back. Impressive. Would strongly recommend Zach and Rob!

This is the most accurate gym to college weight room in the state of Colorado. Rob, the owner, has trained me for 5 years and has helped me grow as an athlete and a person. If you want be good at your sport and play past high school this is the gym for you. They don’t create body builders or Olympic weight lifters, they create athletes. If you want to compete at your highest athletic potential and don’t come to this gym you are putting yourself at a disservice. The culture here is like no other, the more you come the more at home you feel and everyone is welcome. When I first started I was a freshman in high school and I worked out with 4 guys who were about to go play college ball and they welcomed me and helped me become a better athlete by mentoring me. You get great instruction but the stuff that isn’t marketed is the ability to be taught by older guys in the group that have been there and can help guide you through, and that’s the great thing about this gym is everyone is pulling for each other

I've been working out with Rob, the owner of Outlaw, for 2.5 years now as part of the adult program. He also trained my son several years ago with great success. I would highly recommend Outlaw SFR! Each day we are guided through a unique and demanding workout tailored to our abilities (or lack thereof). I've worked out with many trainers in the past and Rob is hands down the best.

My boys have worked with both Rob and Alex throughout high school and college athletic careers. Throughout club level sports, they have tried a multitude of strength and conditioning programs, and nothing has even come close to the level knowledge and growth they have achieved with both Rob and Alex. They have both gone above and beyond to maximize growth both in session and out. My youngest son is a wrestler, so has had to manage weight quite diligently. Rob and Alex have given both my boys the base they need to manage their nutrition and workouts to maximize results. Rob and Alex have also been there with immediate response when my boys (or myself) have had questions about nutrition, injury, or workouts. I also appreciate their impeccable standards during Covid- they have adhered to every protocol, including having to discontinue workouts for the allotted 14 day time period when a case was reported. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Rob Van Valkenburgh at Outlaw Speed and Strength represents the best of the best! He is highly skilled at developing and individually maximizing the strength, speed, and agility of high school athletes. His athletes are at the facility 4-7 times a week, they want to be there – a true measurement of success! Rob knows each student-athlete and knows when they need a day of stretching and recovery. Health and wellness are of paramount importance to Rob. When our high school football program couldn’t have a summer weight training program due to COVID, the high school coach recommended the entire team go to Rob for training.
Rob inspires his athletes to be the best they can be. I highly recommended Rob and the entire team at Outlaw Speed, Strength, and Agility.

Coach Rob is AMAZING! My two sons, one a CSU football player and one is a freshman in high school, and my daughter (a senior in high school) and myself have all and stil are being trained by Rob. His attention to the person coupled with his ability to get the most out of each, speaking on personal experience, is tremendous. Coach Rob was recommended to us by one of the players on my son's baseball team. We couldn't be any happier with the results of my son's training. My son is 14 and we wanted to help him get ready for rugby in the spring and possibly football in the fall.
