Great gym, love the staff, nice people working out here - younger and older, their machines are new and easy to use. It’s a never ending battle to keep a gym clean and they do a pretty good job at it. For what they’re charging, membership here is a fantastic deal.

The building owner does need to fix the roof to stop the leaks when it rains and the bad ceiling tiles need to be replaced.

Tried using the message chair. I was given coins, then told I had to wait because there was a line. I informed the employees I checked and no one was using the chair. I like this location because it’s clean and half of the staff are friendly. I say half because most of the female staff more often than not, just don’t greet you or smile and make you feel welcome. The gym is clean and depending when you go, there is enough equipment available. I would agree with the previous review about the sign up process being not so convenient and help in the process is not so helpful.

Sign up process is complicated.
I visited in person trying to decide between this PF and 24hr down the street.
Customer service is good. Spanish speaking agents available as well for my boyfriend.
Signing up process is complicated. I was asked for 2 credit cards or 2 debit cards plus a separate bank account and a bank account number and routing number.
It seemed excessive to do all this. And it was taking me way too long to fill it all out as I was asked to fill it out myself. I just wanted a 25 dollar membership. I am not buying a new car... I decided to abort the transaction and go to 24 hr fitness down the road. Over there the membership specialist took my ID and my card . He entered my card details and personal info himself. Within 5 mins I paid $300 for me and $300 for my boyfriend using 1 single credit card and prepaying our 1 year of membership. Compared to $800 @ planet fitness for two people. Glad I didn't sign up.

Needs to be 24 hours. Had to start going to a different location because they dont open early enough. And so many people come to this location, you can NOT convince me they dont get enough people to justify more hours. Just had a member threaten me at this location and the manager Isaiah did nothing about the issue except tell me I should move machines, when I was there first, the entire time one large man and his wife were talking shit to each other about me and the wife threatened to beat me. This was after I asked nicely if they could their volume down. This location is not a safe space for women when Isaiah is working. I will be switching PF because of this.

PF is an asset to my wellbeing. When I feel stressed I have the gym to rely on to relieve stress through movement. I like the environment being "judgment free" in that fellow club members, like me, are just there to exercise and stay fit. Unlike other clubs, I don't feel like I am in a space where I need to put on a front.

I absolutely love this gym! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff greet you with such high vibes and positive energy—it instantly sets the tone for a great workout. This gym is my safe haven, semi reluctant to leave a review….don’t want the word to get out. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, constantly restocking and cleaning. Manager does a great job and you can see the love and care she has for this place all around the gym. I am so thankful for the staff at PF who have made my recent start here so streamlined. Coach Reed's training on each piece of equipment maximizes resistance training benefits and minimizes unnecessary strains. Easy access with Bob tail. I've gone in many times with tractor and trailer with no issue. Parking is kinda small so just be careful. Plaza closes at 10pm so you will have to leave or security will come knocking on your door.

I showed up to work out. Elliptical. 5 min. I see the chest fly is open whole time. I clean up and move over there. I see a water bottle. I look around. I see no person waiting on the machine. I'm waiting, looking. I don't want to take someone's machine. Nothing. I move the bottle and dumb bell from the side. Starting my workout. I get one set. Before a bald black man with a mask kicks me off the machine."You can't do another set" I tell staff. Nothing happens. I moved machines. I can here him cussing me out through my headphones. I take a phone off. He said. "Don't look at me." I said "are you going to keep cussing me out." He then said "WE CAN GO OUTSIDE AND HANDLE THIS LIKE MEN." I called him Violent then got up and left. If he knows it or not, I have brain trauma from an accident. If he hit me in the head I could DIE! I take that as a threat on my life. Staff did nothing but watch me get bullied. I took his picture before I left so I can remember his face and leave when he arrives.

Some random woman is the only one who stood up for me after I was being threatened and walking out.

Physical gym itself was fine. However, I went in person and cancelled my membership 2 separate times, months apart, and I am STILL being charged monthly 2 YEARS later. I had to contact my bank and report fraud, and was only able to get most of the months back refunded. I had checked the other day, and I am STILL being charged. Both times I cancelled in person, the reoccurring payments just got stopped and restarted as a new subscription that same day. Two years worth of money essentially stolen. I am beyond angry with this business...

The manager Jenny is rude with wide eyes and a huge fake smile as she tells you she’s “by the book”. Yet only apparently to certain people. Told by district manager that she would speak to her, but no apology and free to change locations that are several more miles away. Don’t join this particular club if you’d actually like to use your black card benefits. Only,a good gym if you have minimal interactions with front desk in case she is there.
