I came in on early early Sunday morning and greeted to very cheerful smile and was helped by a very kind young lady. She took the time to teach me how to check my daily sign-in dates and even offered me double time on the deep tissue massage chair, which I really needed. She showed great patience, professionalism, and initiative — definitely team-lead material. This employer is lucky to have her.

I really love this gym! It has such an amazing vibe and it’s very clean and everyone is respectful to one another. I don’t get mean looks from other members or feel like someone is sizing me up like every other gym I have been too. It’s just something you need to experience for yourself to truly understand. I took 8 years off from working out and this place has really helped me get back on the road to fitness. I am so grateful.

Super surprised that they refused to honor a free trial. Just one trial or maybe a tour around the gym? Am I really asking for too much? Desk guy, probably trainer was so unhelpful I immediately went to Vasa fitness. Really bad customer service for someone who just wanted to try the gym. Super bummed.
Called the location and spoke with manager. Did not help. Still refusing to honor a one day trial that is posted on corporate website. After I asked if I could have a tour he said no problem …but had to ask 🤨

RUDE STAFF !! This is what makes me no longer want to be a part of this establishment anymore. I went in today to get in some quick cardio, I know I smelled a little as I just came from work, what I’m confused about is this is supposed to be an “ALL INCLUSIVE GYM” but this is the judgiest space I’ve ever been in. The manager (some blonde short guy in a black shirt) came by and sprayed some citrus chemicals around me ?! I obviously wasn’t able to breathe after that so I left immediately. Won’t be returning to this location EVER again!

The gym itself is very nice with both levels. It is clean for the most part except where the tanning facilities are. They were disgusting. You cannot leave it to the members to clean up the area back there as I can tell you most people are absolutely gross and unclean. I know I work in an industry where I deal with such things. Please clean all of you facility and please please get employees that know how to speak and put customer service first!!! They do not here. No person at the desk, not even one of them acknowledged me. How crappy is that, and their were 3 employees up there. As you can tell the work of business is lacking most all areas. So far its a 0 zero stars. When we walked in we were not greeted by Maddox who wasn't necessarily mean or rude but just didn't seem like he wanted to help us or be at work today. We then got a tour of the Black Card area and that made me interested in a membership.

As I registered for a free trial and entered my credit card, the registration also required my bank account information. I didn't feel comfortable giving that so I backed out altogether and just bought a day pass but I wanted to go online and do more research before I commit my bank account.

My daughter was with me and forgot her headphones so I suggested she buy a pair from them. She decided on the wired pack but had concerns about the connectors. She asked Maddox and he suggested that it had a c-type but said he wasn't sure. She bought them and after sustaining a paper cut trying to get into the packaging (not their fault at all, just adds to the frustration because the box had to be cut open), we finally got the box open. That's when we saw the 1990s audio connector that wouldn't work on any phone made in the last 5 yrs.

I was shocked. I told him unfortunately we would need a refund since she can't use it at all. Maddox said that I could only get a refund if I come back tomorrow after 5pm when the manager would be there. I couldn't believe their employees aren't allowed to process a $10 refund! I asked him to call the manager because this gym wasn't even near our house had to ask me to drive back there tomorrow evening was a bit much... especially for $10.

He called the manager who basically said tough and that they refused to refund the product at all. I told him that was BS and to notify the manager that I would be following up. Poor kid. He could definitely use more training an support. It wasn't his fault that the managers had him do their dirty work.

If that is the level of service and respect they give to potential customers, I would hate to stick around and find out how they treat you once they've got you. Im hoping its just this location because if this is the brand, I'm concerned. Or maybe it was just me that gets treated poorly. Perhaps im not the demographic they prioritize. I dont know but it was an unexpected terrible moment of our nice weekend that could have been easily avoided.

So far, we are happy here. Its never too busy and the equipment is clean. I would like to see a little more crackdown on people who don't put all their bags a things in lockers. They are free.
And people talking on their phones. I dont need half of anyones conversation. I guess it would be cool to see employees making rounds every so often and gently remind people of policy.

The Arapahoe Crossing location is amazing! Employees are friendly, helpful and hardworking. They aren’t always at the desk, but that is because they are always stocking paper towels + cleaner and keeping things looking good. The club is clean and quiet. I paid way more for 24 Hour and it was never clean and the equipment was always broken. Not here! Never found a machine that didn’t work, with the exception my favorite thing there…the aqua-massage table. Always equipment available to use. All my guests have been super impressed too!!

I had my membership for quite some time with PF but had to recently cancel due to medical reasons. PF the business isn't bad, I enjoy going to the gym. BUT the front desk staff at this location was VERY rude. I wasn't able to catch her name as she didn't have a name tag on but she was blonde with an ugly septum piercing.
I was having trouble with my bill and she was very rude in explaining things to me when I already knew the answer. Wouldn't give me a chance to speak and was accusing me that it was my fault. She had ZERO customer service!
When I am able to return to the gym after this medical surgery is healed, I may or may not decide to go back. IF I do decide to get a membership again at this PF. I DO NOT want to speak with her ever again, I will always ask to speak to someone else. Which honestly is a shame because I have never had trouble with anyone at the front desk before. Every else is so genuinely nice.

Tried the gym once with a trial period for a month. Never paid the annual fee and now I’m they’re coming at me for almost 6 months of membership that I haven’t paid. The agreement stated that I’d have to pay my annual fee before my membership could actually begin. Now they won’t cancel the membership and will continue to charge until the overdue balance is paid for a membership I never finalized.

24 hour fitness is better. Everything is done in one session. Right up the street, more amenities and after the you pay for the year it ends up being $25 a month. Don’t settle for less.

This location is by far the worst and racist location I have ever been to. I believe they discriminate and create unethical policies on the spot because they choose to abuse their authority and cast people out. I had a privacy concern, and they always let me in and honored my privacy request. However, one night there was a representative who didn't honor my privacy request and took it way overboard. Her colleagues always understood, but it was this one woman at the front desk. It's a gym, it's not that serious. I would not go to this gym because of how I was treated. To top it off when talking to the franchise, corporate office AND manager of the facility they do not do anything about it, and felt no need to issue a refund for not finishing out the month for a gym that didn't want me there. I do feel injustice and the experience was due to racism, and agree with the comments that say the same. The slogan about this place being a "JudgementFreeZone", is complete and utter lies.

The response from the owner below is to make it seem like they're concerned about reaching out to me and want to fix the issue. However, they didn't do anything to resolve it at all.

Our house gym is in Kansas. We are visitors here in Colorado. At this gym we experienced a total lack of customer service. The young lady manning the counter was too involved in a computer task to greet us, see that we were visiting black card members, and show us how this gyms tanning and full body red light equipment functioned. When I asked a question she was curt and testy. Super disappointed ☹️ Since there are a couple more gyms in the area we are not going back to this one.

I’ve always gone here but ever since I’ve gotten injured I haven’t been active for months and I haven’t been able to pay my monthly fees just because of the hours I put in at work due to injuries.

I just spoke to a manager there, I totally forgot to ask for her name, but she was very kind to me and was able to assort all my concerns and request with no issues at all.

(Upset War veteran) The girl at the front was very nice her name is ( Keiondra ) She says hello and is very kind and was helpful, the guy with dreads ( don't know his name ) is cold… you say hello he ignores you, you say have a good day and he gives dirty look... very rude with angry face he stares but in an aggressive manner... he needs to do better and be nice especially to a older guy like myself, otherwise he should go get another job or hang out on the streets with his homeboys who also act the same way... I have been a member at this location for 1 month and since day one 2 men's showers are broke not to mention the handicap which makes them noncompliant. I used planet fitness back home before I moved here and love it, coming to this location I would say that it’s definitely a massive step down. I haven’t had any issues with staff or anyone there everyone seems nice, my only complaint is the set up of the gym itself as it is done extremely poorly. I understand planet fitness model isn’t really weight lifting and they always have a lot of cardio machines to actually lifting machines but this location is extremely expensive, it’s just cardio machines forever here and a very very tiny section for lifting. I’d say great for a beginner or someone looking for cardio as this place is usually empty(guessing because the design also) so there a 100 free cardio machines.

Went to this planet fitness while on vacation from NY. Had a problem, pulling up the Planet Fitness app to scan it.. I asked the the young lady behind the counter to help me. She was extremely rude never once made eye contact with me, I asked her if she could look me up by my phone number she claimed I was not in the system. I have been a black card member for 10+ years. I told her that her attitude was nasty and this point she told me that it is not her fault that I did not understand how to use the app and walked away. I am a black female and really can’t help but to believe that the manager Kylie would have been more helpful if I looked more like her. This place definitely struggles. Cranky staff, many no shows, every once in a while a good positive staff member gives a good experience. Hardly anybody at the front counter when you need them. None of them ever know how to ring up a drink. You can never get the 2 for specials because they dont know how to use system. They close early. I've been going to this gym since November and I go here about 3-4 days a week, and I love it! The cleanest and nicest Planet Fitness I've ever been to. Not very welcoming. I should have kept with my home gym. I brought a guest and was told that they couldnt use the hydro bed though I'm a black card member.... Doesn't happen at my home gym. People acting like children leaving personal items on several machines so no one can use them... doesn't happen at my gym. Planet Fitness is an impressive and friendly welcome for beginners like myself who want to indulge themselves in the fitness journey. Kendal and Cameron at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and accommodating to me and always made me feel like I belonged in the gym, especially with the anxiety I feel working out with other strangers. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I was a member with the gym for less than a month. Last weekend someone broke the lock off of my locker and took my purse, my gym, including the only key I had to my car. They were already charging on my debit/credit card before I even left the gym. The manager was notified as to what happened and I was told he would provide video footage to the police when he would be back in the gym two days later. Didn't even get a phone call to apologize for what had happened to me. I had to pay over $400 to replace my key fob and the rest of my stuff I lost probably cost about $600. I went to the gym to cancel my membership and was told I would have to pay $58. I told them I'm not paying a dime. She got the manager and he barely looked at me and didn't even say one word to me.

They recently reduced their hours, but the fee remains the same. The closing time on M-T was 11:00PM and now 10PM. I like to go at 10PM or later so this has been very disappointing. They close even earlier on Fri/Sat/Sun. Often times at 10:00 there are quite a few people there and some are surprised when they realize it’s closing time. Imagine the uproar if they announced they were opening an hour later in the morning. The place should not close before midnight on any day of the week. The one in Parker is open 24 hrs 7 days, so despite it being farther away, I will probably cancel here and join there soon….before they hit me with the next hidden annual fee.

Shower curtains have mold, showers and bathroom in need of a good cleaning. Both tanning booth and body enhancement machine were very dirty, definitely recommend wearing shoes in all areas. Some staff are amazing where as others are only there for the pay check and not friendly or helpful. This gym has definitely gone down hill in the past months. Definitely need more adult supervision. Two stars given because of the equipment that is functioning works well. There are however various machines down.

These people are so amazing. The staff and management here were amazingly helpful and supportive to me at a time of need. In the middle of moving one house 30 miles north and one house 30 miles south to one house and having just come off a catastrophic injury they absolutely made my day. I thought my account was on auto pay and didn’t realize emails were going to spam folder for the 5 months since I got a new debit card. Needless to say I was strapped for cash and running late to a gig I had at 5pm in evergreen.

They knew I was legit and a loyal member on the up and up and happily obliged to letting me take a shower and get the moving / stress sweat off me.

Seems petty but means and meant a lot.

The little things… bravo. This was on 6/7 15:00 roughly.

Amazingly friendly staff. Beautiful, clean gym. So glad I signed up here and live nearby. Plus it's right next to my grocery store. Sneaking in workouts has never been easier.

I have been coming to this location for the last 6 months, I have never had a bad interaction with the staff or fellow gym members. Everything is clean and the equipment is taken care of. Jordyn at the front desk is always a friendly face and the service I have received has always been top notch.

This planet fitness is great! Always clean and inviting. Jordyn was easy to talk to and very helpful getting me set up on a hydro bed. All of the equipment was clean and the weight section was tidy. I will definitely keep going to this location!

The place is clean. However, they never open on time. I went today, and I wait 30 min after the schedule open time and nothing. This is a current problem for this location.

I've been a member here for about 9 months. In the last month or so (i haven't been here for a few months) I have noticed a shift in the employees. They are always cleaning... the bathrooms, the floor, and most importantly, the excersize equipment. All of them are very friendly. Especially Kenna... very upbeat. She makes me feel very welcome here. Keep up the good work!
