The Lagree Method is a fitness method that strengthens, tones, and tightens the muscles without stressing the joints or spine. It uses eight principles of effective form, range of motion, tempo, duration, sequence, transition, resistance, and planes of motion to optimize muscle efficiency and integration. The workout is done on the patented Megaformer and gives you a full body burn and shake.

I have been coming here a little less than a year and I have had the best experience. Every instructor here is so amazing and super passionate! The classes are high intensity and they leave you feeling strong. This is by far my favorite place to go for lagree classes! I can not recommend this place enough!!!!

I have been going to PowerMixx for the past two and a half years after doing CrossFit for more than a decade. I am obsessed! It is Pilates, but actually Lagree, which is a harder version of Pilates. It has transformed my body so much. I love that I have gotten stronger and I am always sore without fear of getting injured. The instructors are excellent! They are all so attentive to your form and push you to get a good workout every single time. Also, there are so many wonderful women that go to this studio. It is a very supportive and encouraging community. The owner Melissa is so professional, energetic, and hardworking.

I’ve been coming to this Power Mixx Fitness for a couple of years now and absolutely love it! The workouts are always challenging and never the same, which keeps things exciting and effective. I can definitely feel it when I miss a few days, it’s that good of a workout! It’s one of my favorite ways to stay strong and I love having it as part of my routine. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to PMF for the last year and am obsessed! After three kids I never thought I’d be able to get strength back in my core but these workouts are amazing at allowing you to regain core strength while giving you a full body workout. PMF offers monthly packages or punch cards for workouts. Aletta, Ashley, Avree and Melissa are my go to instructors.

I’ve been going here twice a week for almost a year now. This is my favorite workout I’ve ever had and that I’ve seen real results. Every instructor is amazing and really push you to do your best. So thankful to have found Power Mixx Fitness in Parker, CO! Moved to the area recently and was exploring new fitness classes. As soon as I took the introductory class, I was hooked. Averee: Her classes are absolutely amazing! With a mix of moves and music, my mind is totally engaged—I never even notice the time passing! And her playlists? They're seriously one-of-a-kind and super fun! Plus, Averee is always there with a helping hand and words of encouragement.
Melissa: Melissa brings the motivation and encouragement like no other. In her Mega Mixx class, get ready for a wild ride with the bosu, the green balls, the magic circle, and hand weights. And she's not afraid to throw in some cardio kickboxing moves from Billy Blanks! She's a total rockstar!

I cannot say enough amazing things about PowerMixx and the workout and everyone who teaches! As someone who just had their third little one in three years, I never imagined feeling so strong and confident again; and I owe it to this class :) they’ve not only helped me feel sexy and confident, build muscle and lose fat, but the workouts have also helped strengthen my core muscles and have improved my pelvic floor greatly! I look forward to every single class and love that no matter how many times I go it is always challenging! Power Mixx fitness is amazing! Not only is lagree the hardest/most humbling workout I have ever done, but the staff is accommodating, inviting and very knowledgable! I just purchased the first time member package for $45 unlimited for a week, and will definitely be getting a monthly membership moving forward!

This boutique gym is a true gem! Trainers are highly skilled and really care about their clients. The work outs are very hard but deliver the fastest results I've ever seen in 10 years of trying every and any work out style out there. Trainers show you modifications to adapt to your level if needed. The work outs utilize machines similar to pilates reformer. I never thought I would enjoy working out on a machine, but I've been loving these work outs. They are slow and focus on form and endurance. This is not a work out where you jump from one move to the other fast and without good form. It's rather one that creates space for you to focus, be present and move slowly. It is very hard but you get better really fast. It's similar to pilates but much better. The space and restrooms are always very clean. Several classes are offered throughout the day. I've tried 6 of their trainers so far and they are all excellent. If you're looking for a work out that doesn't hurt your joints, that is challenging and delivers big and fast results, with trainers that motivate you and a true positive community, look no further!
