We absolutely love this gym! I have worked and coached at several gyms and my children have attended several different gyms throughout their lives as we move a lot due to our jobs in the military and I can say with confidence that this is one of the best around! They truly care about the children who are trusted in their care to become better athletes and have fun! From my experience, the entire staff is professional and helps where the can but also does the extremely difficult task sometimes of being honest with parents with grace. I have seen first hand coaches/staff members/volunteers go out of their way when they are not obligated to do so just out of the kindness of the hearts and their passion for gymnastics and the gym their represent and love. I’m grateful for their support and honesty always! I would pick this gym time and time again!

My daughter really seems to enjoy her coaches and they are wonderful w giving her praise for her achievements. I don’t mind the extra pay compared to rec center assuming these coaches are getting paid well. However, the parent waiting area is congested and stifling and just feels unsanitary. There are few seating options and many parents take it amongst themselves to block seats with inanimate objects even though they aren’t present most of the time (public place insinuates seats are for anyone so I just moved stuff out of the way bc I don’t care that’s inconsiderate).

The skills taught to my daughter over six years at PGR are incredible. Our family experienced eight coaches and assistant coaches through five levels of advancement. Each coach proved dedicated, patient, and caring. Each was honest about assessments and mindful not to advance a student unless it would be safe. The curriculum is focused and well designed to introduce the next skill set. The end result is that no step was too scary and she can now perform truly impressive skills with confidence and precision. Even though our daughter decided to end her gymnastics career recently, she left with loving friends and coaches for life. Gymnastics is tough, and it can be humbling and painful. PGR shephards its athletes through it and helps them cope. Our daughter has spent more than half her life as a PGR gym kid. We are grateful to every coach who made that experience special. The "little team that could" stands toe to toe with the big programs of Colorado. But their community remains small and friendly from front desk to owner. I recommend PGR without reservation.

We moved to Premier about 6 months ago, and my two girls are truly enjoying our time - from the amazing front desk staff, to the coaches and owners.... it is evident they truly care about our kids.

Came to see my nephew. My sister asked the girl at the entrance if she still pays the entrance fee if her son is competing. She said yes. However, there was a misunderstanding between my sister and her ex regarding the entrance fees. Gabriel’s (student of Premiere) father told my sister she should not have paid. The misunderstanding is that the parking is what was paid and we DID have to pay entrance fees. Not a big deal. However, the girl at the entrance desk was HORRIBLY RUDE! The owner of Premiere was HORRIBLY RUDE! He stood over my sister talking down to her. He was not kind or helpful. If I lived here in Loveland I would not even allow my dog to attend Premiere. Do better! I am allergic to ink on my skin and before I had a chance to tell her she marked my hand. I asked her if that was necessary. She rolled her eyes and said yes! My sister and Gabriel’s dad pays several hundred a month and I just think that as a business this could have been handled significantly better!

We left the gym after 10 years due to an injury. The lack of communication and follow-through by the front desk staff and owners has been absolutely appalling. It's been made very clear that their bottom line is the priority over making things right.
For example, I was told that I would not be billed another month, and if it did happen, to let them know so they could fix it. I was billed again, and let them know right away. I wasn't given a full refund. $12 is more important to them than keeping their word and making things right for a loyal customer. I was also told that I would receive a refund on the amount I had paid for the upcoming competition season. I paid over $700 and was refunded $17.50. I asked several times to have one of the owners contact me and explain the situation. I eventually had to go into the gym and have one of the owners pulled out of a class to speak to me because they would not call me. The entire situation has been nothing short of frustrating.

We have been so happy with our experience at Premier. We've been going for a few months and my daughter loves her teachers Savannah and Katie!! She comes home after every class feeling so happy and every single time she tells us a new thing she learned at class that evening. She's progressed so much in just a few months there and I can't believe how strong she is compared to when she started! Such a great balance of a fun and friendly atmosphere while effectively teaching new skills.

I have had very horrible experience with this gym just like this review below mine. Very unorganized and unprofessional, the gym seem to be very dirty and unsanitary too.
My daughter has been there for more than 6 months and have not learn a thing new ! Then they keep changing teachers on her and have subs all the time! The very first teacher savanna got all offensive when I had a talk with her tried to figure out what my daughter can do to go to the next level class and she obviously couldn’t take criticisms because she’s a unprofessional teenager instructor and ever since that talk she treated my daughter so differently and purposely not helping her during practice was beyond Unprofessional and frustrated for me so I requested to change to a different teacher. They also have over 10 students in her class which made it very inefficient.
Then the new teacher seem to be even less trained and teach less difficult techniques and mixing younger kids in the class just doesn’t help. And as I mention they constantly have subs come in and teach kids nothing is just ridiculous. I spent so much money wasting my time and my daughters time at this gym is just a big mistake!
Please do your self a favor, If you actually want your kids to learn gymnastics then DO NOT waste your time with this gym. If you just want to spend Money for an hour of baby sitting then yea maybe, I mean even that they do a horrible job. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Unfortunately, our experience at this gym was not a great one. I found them to be very unorganized and there is a massive lack of communication between the gym and customers as well as employees of the gym. They cancelled a class and didn't inform us and then a month later changed the time of the class and again, didn't inform us. There is never anyone working the front desk who can answer questions or even seem to know what is going. I did try to reach out to the owner's and express my disappointment and frustration and the owner that I spoke with made a lot of excuses and just seemed very ingenuous in his apology. The one upside/positive note was that I did request a full refund to which they gave me, but even with that, I would NOT recommend this gym to anyone.

Changing my review as it’s been a significant time we have been here since the previous review posted. My daughter does cheer and tumbling here and it has been a great experience doing these two classes. I also wanted to add I have talked to I believe one of the owners since my last review and the issue was resolved. The coaches for cheer are very nice and listen to any concerns you have. The coaches have a good hold on how to handle younger kids like my daughter. If you’re wanting to do cheer or tumbling go for it! If you’re just starting out gymnastics it’s great! However, if you have a young kiddo going into gymnastics and they have learned all the skills through a few years, I suggest switching to a cheer class until they reach the age where they put gymnasts in skill based classes. My kiddo was in gymnastics for a long time and was in it for so long she wasn’t learning anything new her old coach (Tracy WHO WE ADORE) said to try cheer and we did and it’s been great! Once she ages up she will be going back to gymnastics or doing both cheer and gymnastics.

My daughter has been attending PGR for the last Five years, the coaching staff is amazing, the equipment is top notch and the facility keeps expanding. My daughter spends 20+ hours a week here. I could not ask for a better staff to teach, coach, mentor, care for and love my daughter.

The staff is super friendly, quick to answer questions and problem solve any issues. My step daughter started in the beginner's class and is currently in the intermediate group and *loving* it! After every lesson she comes home super jazzed to talk about what she's learned and accomplished. I would highly recommend Premier for anyone interested in gymnastics.

My son has been a member of the boys team for a few years now, and truly enjoys the many hours he spends their training each week. It's challenging and rewarding for him. I would suggest for anyone considering a gym for their child to give PGR a try.

I know how to do a lot of advanced tricks and I have done gymnastics sense in was 8 and they placed me with a bunch of 6 year Olds that don't know how to do begginer stuff and they don't ever post antrying about the kids in the lower class all they care about is the higer leveled girls I went there for 2 years and I was never leveled up but instead they leveld a girl up the second day they got there and it's expensive I was paying a lot of money and we didn't stop learning the same things and my coach wasn't even a gymnast she was a dancer and she wasent even out of highschooh my advice for you is to not take your kid there.

Unless you have an 18 month old just starting, I wouldn't recommend. My 4 year old who does back handsprings at other gymnastics has now spent the first 20 minutes throwing stuffed animals in an over crowded "warm up"

Just celebrated my daughter's third birthday there. The teachers organizing the party were amazing, every kid had a blast, and the facility was very organized and clean. The party room was perfect for cake and food. We received a lot of compliments from the other parents about how much fun it was. Definitely likely to repeat and highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun birthday activity.
