I am 62 years old now and it is just so cool that I am lifting heavier and running faster in spite of my age. Casey is super sweet and supportive. I can tell she puts a lot of thought into our workouts and they are designed to help me meet my personal goals. I can’t say enough good things about Prolean Personal Training and Siera! From day one, she made me feel like more than just a client, she truly cares about my progress and pays attention to every little detail when it comes to both fitness and nutrition.
I started training with Siera to get in the best shape possible for my wedding, and she absolutely delivered!

She created a program tailored specifically to my body, goals, and timeline, making sure I felt strong, confident, and amazing in my dress. The workouts were challenging yet achievable, and she helped me dial in my nutrition in a way that was sustainable, not restrictive. Instead of just handing me a meal plan, she actually taught me how to fuel my body properly for the best results.

One of the biggest game changers was the 3D body scanner, which is unlike anything I’ve seen in Colorado! It gave me detailed insights into my body composition muscle, fat, measurements, and even posture analysis. Instead of just relying on the scale, I could actually see my  progress, which kept me motivated throughout my journey.

I am truly amazed in my search that I found an incredible place like Prolean. I first met with Siera and talked through what I was looking for. I decided to try it for 6 months and I am on my 4th month now. I will most definitely being doing more then 6 months with them. The app that is used is amazing and helps with workouts and nutrition when you are not having a session. MyFitFoods is my favorite go to now for good meals and protein. Siera recommended that and that has been a game changer. The best part is that I was lucky enough to get Casey as my trainer. She first and foremost is incredibly thoughtful in her approach to the one on one training. She pays attention to any issues or injuries with my body and adjusts to that while still creating an incredible and challenging workout for me. I like being pushed and having fun when I work out. I was only able to work with Casey L. for a few of months but the short time we trained together was great! Casey is extremely knowledgeable. She was able to provide accommodations to help me avoid injury (I have wonky knees) and was very creative with developing different workouts. I love how she thinks outside the box in regard to exercising.

This studio is well stocked with every kind of workout equipment you could imagine. I appreciated having the private space to workout without worrying about crowds of people staring at me.

Due to personal issues, I had to pause my membership, but if I ever have the opportunity to train with Casey again, I would definitely do so.

I’ve been working with Siera at ProLean Personal Training for over a year and absolutely love it!

The location:
It is in a convenient location in Lakewood and has many parking options. The gym itself is small but mighty, and personally I love that. It’s never crowded since it is specifically for personal training/small group sessions, and this makes the experience even more comfortable and personable. The layout is well thought out, and the wide variety of equipment is organized. The super cool body scanner is awesome, too—seeing your progress in 3D is a game-changer. Fresh water and hand sanitizer are always in supply.

The experience:
Siera is amazing. She has a fantastic personality and curates each session for me based on my goals and progress. The workouts consist of a mix of weightlifting with machines, kettlebells and dumbbells, TRX, a rower, a skier, resistance bands, core workouts, etc. She concocts a challenging mix of exercises each session, and we work together on increasing weights and testing the waters with a new machine or exercise. She also is very knowledgeable on nutrition and they have nutrition plans that are easy to follow with good recipes.

Some of my proudest moments in recent history have been achieved here! I highly recommend working with ProLean Personal Training to achieve your fitness goals.

A shoutout to Luis too, as I’ve trained with him a handful of times when Siera was out of town. 💪

PS: Before coming to ProLean, I had very little experience in the gym outside of Pilates, and as a larger person, I never felt judged or out of place. This was very important to me when starting my personal training, and it’s a large part of why I am still committed to these trainings. So, if you’re nervous about feeling out of place or have gym anxiety, I encourage you to give them a shot.

My time at AC Driven was a huge success!

From day one, the entire team did everything possible to meet my training goals. I initially met with Shane where I was able to discuss what was lacking in my current lifting regimen and where I needed help. Right away, he set me up to work out with Andrew as well as they were able to get me in at the 7:00AM time I needed to make it work with my schedule.

That said, I can’t say enough about how much Andrew helped throughout every aspect of my training. I’ve always had low back issues which meant squatting and deadlifts were pretty much non-existent in my current training. But, in just the two weeks, Andrew was able to methodically get me through every step of the movements to where my low back pain subsided and every muscle group on my back began to strengthen. Not only was Andrew able to surpass every training goal I had over the course of 7 months, but I walked away with a new understanding for when/why and how to train and it has forever changed the way I approach my workouts.

Furthermore, Alex’s attention to detail when implementing my nutrition plan was crucial to my training success. He was always actively involved in making sure my macros were steadily increasing to hit my goals as well as any time I had a nutrition specific question, he always took the time to provide the answer, as well as back up every answer with “and here’s why…"

Lastly, even though Andrew and Alex were the main drivers of my experience and training, it’s all of the trainers as AC Driven who made my training a success. I knew that every day I walked in to the gym, everyone was there to support each other and make it a positive experience day in and day out.

I am fairly new to the AC Driven studio, but I am already seeing the immense upside of working with a fitness professional. A bit about me for context — I have always been in fairly decent shape and have always been athletic. Staying in shape and staying mobile has always been a high priority for me, and because of that, I have done a fair bit of research on lifting (as well as a bunch of guess and test) over the years. Thus, I have always felt knowledgeable when it comes to working out. However, after a few sessions and discussions with Andrew (my coach), I realized how little I actually know. The guy knows more about how the body works and how to effectively incorporate workouts into a workout routine than anyone I have ever met. In half of a session, he completely fixed and revamped my deadlift — a lift that I have been doing for close to a decade at this point.

I was a bit nervous to work with a fitness coach, seeing that I have never done one-on-one sessions with anyone before. I was worried that I may be stuck with someone who does not really care about my progress or success. However, my fears have been entirely unfounded. Working with Andrew has been a ton of fun. He listens and reacts, rather than lectures — something I really appreciate in an educator and coach.

If you are someone who is looking to shred up while also looking to become more explosive on a field or court, I could not recommend Andrew more.

I finally decided to act on my new years resolution of being in better physical shape and lose weight. I have always struggled with my weight and motivation to go to the gym. I have now been working with Andrew for a little over two months and have lost 13 pounds, am more motivated to work out, and understand more on what is needed to get to my goals. When I first started I did struggle to get through the full session and the gym equipment and movements felt weird. I explained to him I would get knee pain whenever I tried squatting or similar exercises. 2 months later, the hour session goes by so quick and my forms are getting a lot better. I also no longer get knee pain when exercising. I have noticed I can lift more weights and push a lot harder from when i started. This is all thanks to Andrew who was always paying close attention to ensure i had the proper form to avoid injuries and explained in detail why the form had to be correct and which muscles each exercise was working. You can tell he is passionate and enjoys what he does and every time I have a question regarding different diets, pre-workout, and exercises he goes into great detail to explain everything and brings up research that has been done on each topic. After my plan ends, I am definitely coming back with Andrew for my next fitness goal.

If you're considering signing up for personal training at AC Driven, JUST DO IT. Signing up for 6 months of personal training here was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had never really done any exercising besides running before and certainly didn't know a single thing about weightlifting. I signed up initially to lose weight and make certain activities I like to do more feasible, and ended out totally falling in love with weight lifting.

I had two trainers throughout my time there, Clare and Viktoria, and both were great to work with. They each had different styles, which actually ended out teaching me a lot of different variations of exercises and ways to do things. They're both easy to chat with, pushed me to do things I would have told you I could never do, and created workouts that felt entirely tailored to me. Everyone else at the gym was always very friendly and the intimate atmosphere of the place makes you want to come back (even when you're sore).

I ended out losing over 20 pounds, gaining muscle I have NEVER had before, and feel totally confident now working out at home and at the gym. The last 6 months have seriously changed my life. Now that I've seen the things my own body can accomplish, I'm totally addicted.

I am SO glad I signed up for personal training with Michelle after a friend recommended this private gym to me. This was my first go at having a trainer after years of not seeing much improvement.

It started off well but quickly I noticed that nothing much was changing. The meal, chicken and rice never varied, I was asked what I wanted to work out on and never got much advice on fixing form or some issues I brought up.

Most of the time my trainer was on his phone and it felt just like another gym session.

What I really wanted, especially for the price, was continual evaluation on body fat and muscle along with workout and nutrition improvements. I felt none of this occurred. I was never tested after my initial session so there was no way to see improvements over time.

Overall I felt let down by the lack of personal training and am able to accomplish the same on my own. In the current situation I don’t see anything personal training provides that I’m not able to do on my own, which is upsetting.

I in fact followed the diet as was sent over to be and have been ever since. The suggestions have all been followed after the first week. The first week I said I have to go though the groceries I have first then I will jump on the diet which I have and have kept up. This shows that the company has not followed up with me since week one to check in on this matter. I haven’t had pizza rolls in years, I have no idea where this comment came from, it is simply false. Lowering this review to one star as it is clear now the owner of this company can not take criticism, blames the customer and provides incorrect information in an attempt to prove this point.

I do agree the new trainer is significantly better but there is too much money lost at this point.

The owner (Alex) is personally dedicated to hearing about your life and who you are before he throws any solutions at you, and ensures you meet your goals based on analysis. He also provides sound/reasonable nutritional plans. You can tell that Yahve and the other trainers live in the same fitness they preach, each with their own sort of specialties. I can't say enough good things about AC Driven and my trainer, Shane Pepper. I walked in there with a weight loss goal that was specifically tied to helping me hit a very specific cycling PR that I hadn't gotten close to in over 2 years. They took my goals seriously and paired me with the trainer that they felt was the best fit to meet them. And they were right. Shane is a great trainer, every exercise was explained in relation to how it was geared towards my goals, and while I thought I was pretty fit with the exception of the extra pounds, I'm now fitter than ever. If you are looking for a personal trainer and have questions like I did. I promise they will answer all your questions. From the personal trainer point of view they are all fantastic and friendly. But Nick has helped me with everything from weights to nutrition. I started at 121lbs and in just a month I've gone up 10lbs. I have doubled all my weights from bench to sqauts in 2 months. Nick makes you feel like family and inspires you to keep coming back and get more & more gains. He is very motivated to your goals you want or if you don't like me he will help you set goals that you can reach each session you come in for. I came to Alex a couple months back to get more in depth training in a professional private gym and was not disappointed! He matched me up to Nick Gabel for my personal trainer and I gotta say Nick knows what he’s doing! As someone who has been to a lot of different style gyms including crossfit I’m happy to say I’ve found the best place yet and have a personal trainer that listens to my goals and has taught me something new every time I go in for a session. Took a while to write a review because I wanted to see the long term results. I came here in Dec '20 because I needed help to kick start a physically better year. I was dealing with recently having knee surgery and I lost trust in myself. I came in and book a session with Alex and from that point on I started the road back to becoming my self again. In that first workout session, Alex pushed me physically, not to the point of exhaustion, but to the point of where should be (I hope that makes sense). Alex focused on my lifts to make sure I was performing them properly & safely and I felt improvement with each lift. He was aware of the knee surgery and made sure not to over exert it to further damage it and gave me alternate ways to perform certain activities so I'm not limited.

I booked 4 more sessions with Alex at AC Driven to continued to grow and keep me on track. The best thing about Alex and the AC Driven crew was not only did they help me physically, but mentally. The hardest part in starting over again is....starting over. In your mind you think of what you "used to do" and "how much I used to lift". But Alex and the AC Driven crew helped me get over that and focus on the now and tomorrow. Alex held me accountable for ME. After all my session, Alex would check on me to see where I'm at with my fitness and offer advise if I find my self hitting a wall both mentally and physically.

I had done a half marathon after a bikini competition and had become extremely dissatisfied with my appearance 🤷‍♀️. I felt as though I had disfigured myself through somewhat extreme fitness activities. Other people likely wouldn’t notice but to me I felt very self conscious. I felt as though these activities aged me significantly and I was extremely skinny. So skinny people who knew me from before fitness were concerned I might have an eating disorder or body dysmorphia. My problem was I was afraid to gain weight and I didn’t feel I had the knowledge or the experience to gain quality weight in the right places i.e. muscle 💪🏼. I’ve worked with Alex almost 2 years and am extremely satisfied with my results. We’ve been able to add quality weight in the right places with very little body fat and nearly all my emotional 😭 fitness issues have resolved. I no longer have the desire or interest in competing in fitness competitions or running half marathons.
