Amanda is amazing. She really knows her stuff and was able to get me back into shape in just over 3 months. After 4 years of college and drinking I found myself unhappy with the way my body looked. I didn’t really know how to get back in shape and lot of the information online was quite contradictory. I Found Amanda on bark and she was quick to set me up with a free consultation. She customized a program just for me including a fitness regime and a nutrition piece. By sticking to the diet in a strict but healthy way and attending every session (4 days a week over 3 months) my body fat steadily decreased and I was progressing through the exercises and getting stronger. I would highly recommended Amanda’s services to anyone looking to get back into shape. I no longer feel dissatisfied with my figure and I can wake up and look in the mirror feeling happy with my body. Thank you Amanda!!!!

Amanda was so beneficial to help jumpstart my fitness journey. She walks you through everything with great explanation of what the exercise consists of and what part of the body it works out. Amanda is extremely professional and knows to work with your body very well. She is patient and truly talented and creative with workout sessions. Amanda's an excellent personal trainer and has helped me get into the best shape I've been in in 20 years. She created a custom exercise routine for me, and continually adjusts it to make sure I'm getting the most out of my sessions. She's very encouraging (and patient) and is always happy to explain the benefits of each exercise. And thanks to her nutritional suggestions, I've been eating a much healthier and balanced diet since we started training. I wasn't sure what to expect when I started looking for a personal trainer, and fortunately working with Amanda has been far better than I'd hoped for.
