Your new app is terrible (location request totally unacceptable), the locker room is always stuffy, and other customers mess around with your private rented lockers on a regular basis--something needs to be done about that. Lockers should be secure. They are not.

Besides those issues it's a pretty good gym (especially for how cheap it is). Equipment is maintained well; stuff is clean; no bugs inside (except for the occasional fly)...overall reasonably satisfied customer.

I will say a huge thanks to the staff at Raintree--nearly all of them are super friendly and happy to help! You've done a good job training them, which is a rare thing nowadays.

I love this gym! The classes are great, the team is very helpful, and there are lots of good amenities. I love the pool, the yoga classes, the barre classes, and the indoor track. The track is perfect if you have asthma, since the humid air from the pool makes it easier to breath. I don’t live the new app (I think it lost functionality from the old one), but I’m sure that will improve with time.

I love the yin yoga and pilates. The gym is very clean including equipment, showers and lockers. There is a small track for walking and a swimming pool and sauna. I think it's very convenient that a lot of the classes are included in the membership. Thank you, RAC!

This gym is decent but I really do wish they would update the basketball courts. There is virtually no air circulation in the court, alot of random soft spots in the flooring, and you better bring your own basketball because the ones they have are lop sided and essentially junk. For as nice as the whole facility is the basketball court is lacking at keeping up with rest of the gym and it's technologies.

I've been affiliated with Raintree for quite some time and have benefited from many of their group classes over the years. By far my most positive expereince has been within the last 6 months, working with Kelly Hancock on a personal basis. I am in my mid 60s, and have a goal of maintaining and gaining bone strength and greater overall flexibility and coordination. The level of maturity and guidance Kelly brings to our sessions is helping me achieve my goals. I am grateful to have been paired with her!!

We love the gym and the treehouse services. The group training classes are enjoyable. Kind staff, great instructors and a supportive culture. A fantastic atmosphere to build new friendships with conscientious people. There is plenty of car parking and a motorcycle parking space is available too. The steam room is my jam. I use their lounge area to work remotely as well. Do remember to use a noise call cancellation headphones to numb the loud background music that plays in the lounge area.

I have been at Raintree on and off again for 13 years. I love this gym! They have all the machines and weights you could possibly need. There are so many great options for a good workout. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. I'm there most days, even at different times, and everything is kept clean and tidy. There are some fantastic guests, and if you come long enough, you'll probably make some friends. I love using the steam room post workouts. Sometimes people ask me what I like to do for fun. I usually tell them, "I really like going to Raintree to work out!" That might sound cheesy, but it's true, I really love this gym!

Have been with this gym for years... I definitely do not use it as I should for what I am paying but after injuries and a baby I was excited to start coming back to the gym. I find the gym itself really nice and pool area pretty decent. I am thoroughly disappointed that the swim team takes up the pool during prime hours- some ampunt of time between 4:30-7pm Monday- Friday. Looking at other gyms the swim teams seem to occupy alot of their pool time but these gyms only allow their teams in a couple nights a week, not every day. I have a 10 month old who loves the pool and we want to start making it a routine but we are unable to do so due to work. It's pretty disappointing to pay $120/month and not be able to use the pool when attempting to start making it to the gym again.

First, way too many rich spoiled brat teenagers at this gym. They steal from the lockers. They leave a mess in the locker room. Every. Single. Day. I thought paying through the nose for a bougie gym would bring me joy. A year of misery here. If you sit in your car on your phone, someone will call the police on you. I have had 2 neighbor restaurants call the police on me and report me as suspicious because I was in my car in the parking lot at the club. While parked on the street, I was harassed by the cops for the same thing. People calling the cops on me for no reason. Code4 security patrols the property for show. It is just to make you feel safe. They harass me for being in my car as if that is a crime. All that and then July 10, I am robbed at gun point and they attempted to steal my car. Where are all the nosy neighbors?? Where is Code4 security? Where are all the security cameras?? None. Cops got nothing. Cops didn't even bother trying to look for 2 armed black men. Instead, they accused me of lying. Then they said the law says I only have 20 minutes to get my own tow or their contacted tow company gets your car and can charge $250/hour in 15 minute increments... Look, all of this is a reflection of Raintree Athletic Club, the businesses next to them, the patrons, and the community. Homelessness has exploded and a lot of us are here but we are no longer welcome in community. I can say this because no one has stopped any of this. I suffered a life changing traumatic event at Raintree Athletic Club and all I have to show for is are club tshirts that came discolored like they were pulled from a trash bin. If you like wealthy white snobs, this place is for you. If you are in any class other than wealthy white and straight, well then this place is not going to being you any joy. The towels are sandpaper. The shower heads are basically worthless. .... So disappointed with this business and the property management.

My school was welcomed here to give complimentary 10 min chair massages to the guests/members at the gym 🏋️‍♀️ 💪 I got good reviews & found a sweater I LOVE!! I did have to order it through their site, since the ones on display were for display only. But I still got the sweater I wanted! I just HOPE I got the right size! If not I'll find out if they'll allow me to ship it back for the right size or not, I hope they do! Cuz I LOVE THE SWEATER I FOUND!!! What makes the experience here legendary is the people. Best gym I've been a member of. Best work experience of my life so far. Managers and workers who believe in what they're doing and genuinely care about the member experience. A full free weight area, group classes, personal training, upstairs track, treadmills, ellipticals, machine weights, racquetball court, full court basketball, pickleball, complete towel service, sauna, steam room, hot tub, 25 meter length pool, and quiet workout area (and more, I'm sure I haven't listed everything). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment. After being a loyal member previously and having to cancel because of a move for work, I asked about a short term month to month membership for two months. Originally I was told yes by the staff and that my enrollment fee was waived as a previous member, then once the “membership manager” was involved, this was revoked. This made the membership over double the actual monthly fees. Greed is a terrible thing and lack of loyalty to your customers, current and previous, will cost you business.

My experience at Raintree has been lovely so far. The locker room is clean. The pool is clean and at a great temperature. The pool has rarely been busy. At most, I’ve had to share a lane with one other person. Lots of open swim hours. They also have Peloton bikes and spin classes led by a wonderful instructor (Sandy!) who is kind and always remembers people’s names! And the indoor track is a nice place to get a run or walk in.

I absolutely love RAC! So much so that I decided to work there after being a long time member! What you see is what you get - really! Friendly staff, supportive and knowledgeable instructors, like-minded gym members who are there to focus on their health and wellness. The gym is very CLEAN. Staff can be seen wiping down machines, tending to the floors, re-racking weights, and tidying up between group fitness classes. Group fitness is wonderful and the main reason I joined this gym. If it's your first time or 109th time in class you're guaranteed great music, awesome instructors, and welcoming class members. I also love the wellness events - free for members and the community and some feature a post workout snack and beverage bar.

Versatile athletic club in west central FC. Lots of good things to talk about. This is a large facility that has more than enough elliptical, bike and other exercise equipment. They also have a ton of weight machines and an even larger area for free weights. The gym is decent sized for BBall and VBall and there are several yoga and similarly purposed rooms. Just added, there is now a recovery room with muscle massage guns and hydro massage beds. Finally, the facility includes a pool, sauna, and whirlpool! Now the not so good….the facility is drab and dated. The locker rooms and showers are not a place where you would want to spend much time in. These areas are somewhat unattractive and in need of improved ventilation and several upgrades and updates. The monthly member fee is reasonable enough. They have a large membership base and very friendly and professional employees. Overall, a good health club experience that could be improved with facility upgrades.

Took a trial Cycle class today, and Sandy was a great instructor! She introduced herself personally and helped me set up my bike. Her class had the perfect balance of variety and challenge in my opinion. If you like to stretch before you ride, be sure to do that before class starts, because the stretching portion in Sandy’s class is great but was only at the end of the class.

The only reason I’m leaving four stars is facility-related. I’ve been spoiled with some nicer spin class rooms in the past and this one falls short for me for a few reasons:

• The audio quality isn’t great in the room, which is really what motivates me personally

• Lighting is very basic. Sandy did the best she could to create a “mood” by dimming the white lights (which helps!), but in the end it just feels like you are riding in someone’s dimly lit garage

• And this may not matter to most, but there were no mirrors in the room. For me, it helps to see myself so I can check my form while riding, and that isn’t possible here.

Final comments: each staff member I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful, and the club as a whole felt very open and well lit.

Absolutely love Raintree! They are very conscientious about caring for not only their members but reaching out in the community as well. Very clean, super friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a place where even if you aren’t used to going to a gym you could walk in and feel right at home.

Been there 3 years almost. Prices are like your rent, it’s goes up every year. It gets more expensive for the same outdated equipment, lack of cleanliness, and all around poor management. Many other gyms in the area, yes without basketball and a pool but they are half the price. Why pay for a pool that is consistently dirty or a gym that has lopsided basketballs? Spend your money somewhere else.

I've been a member forr .. six years. Life's thrown some ups and downs my way during that time. Always though this place has been my sanctuary, and it feels like home. Before Raintree I was a member at Miramont and Fort Collins Club (back when it was called that). Raintree has the nicest and most comprehensive facility of the three. More than that though I love the atmosphere. The staff is friendly, everything is well kempt and clean. They have almost everything as far as equipment. I use the weight room five days a week. During other times I've gone just to use the sauna and pool, to have a place away from the world. I don't mean to be overly sentimental about a gym, but I do love this place. 5 stars for my favorite spot in Fort Collins.

I simply like this place! The larger part of the crowd was 40 and up while I was there, it was a relaxed atmosphere. Nice little touches here and there, too! Everything appeared to be very well maintained.

My all time favorite gym. The staff is so sweet and greets you nicely every morning. The gym is clean and well kept. My trainer, Danica, is so awesome! And the yoga classes are relaxing. 10/10

I had a massage with Taylor today and her work was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted to work on, checked in to make sure her techniques were right for me, and demonstrated a clear professional understanding of what makes a great massage. I highly recommend Taylor!

Been going here since high school, absolutely fantastic gym. Had an issue with the front desk not providing disposable masks and the staff was absolutely so accommodating after writing a review and now provide them. It's definitely my fault for forgetting my mask, but I really love that they understood my frustration and want to make sure everyone has a great customer experience. Would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone to join since it's such an accepting place

I have worked at many gyms and been a member at many gyms in Fort Collins and I can say that I love Raintree! I initially joined during covid and kuddos to all the staff (And members) for doing their part to keep each other safe. The aquatics employees are all amazing as well. My only concern is how dirty the fans are on the track- Just a few dust bunnies to take care of.

If Raintree thinks sending out 1 email in regards to a membership matter, with it possibly going to spam, is a good form of communication, you are sadly mistaken! Why wouldn't you follow through to make sure the individual received the information or had any questions about the matter. You lack of communication lost you and individual membership and probably a family membership. Maybe train your employees to follow through on matters and teach the front desk people to respect members that are paying for their salary.

I’ve been a member at RainTree for years and have had nothing but good things to say until today. I was on a family plan and when I checked in today. I got pulled away from the front desk and was told that I am not allowed to be on my family account anymore since I turned 23. (I turned 23 4 months previous from today) and was shocked to just be hearing about this as I workout everyday and had been during the 4 months I was 23. They had let me know I slipped under the radar and they didn’t catch it until today and refused to let me workout. I was not trying to argue the policy and completely understand that those are the rules... however I was shocked by the extremely unprofessional customer service and the fact they denied me access to workout.

I would’ve purchased my own membership and kept going to RainTree but instead I switched to Genesis health clubs where their customer service skills are much better.

The owner was kind enough to reach out and try to resolve the issue... I greatly appreciate that!

Raintree is my second home. I never fail to feel welcomed and am always surrounded by such an amazing staff and community when I’m there. Their Covid measures are above and beyond and I feel much safer there than at any grocery store! Not to mention, their classes, equipment and Pelotons are amazing!

Cleanest gym in town! Even before COVID I felt RAC was much cleaner with a better layout than other clubs in the area. They worked so hard during the initial COVID closure to make sure the club would be ready to open ASAP once gyms were allowed to reopen and did an amazing job at spacing out equipment and implementing sanitization protocols - they even fog the gym every night to kill airborne pathogens. The childcare here is great and it's a great place to work too. I like that RAC is locally owned and not a corporate franchise like some of the other large gyms in town. They also have great massage therapy and personal trainers :)

Just joined this gym! Arguably Fort Collins’ most complete althletic club. I was impressed with how they’ve adapted due to COVID-19. Felt super clean and safe....also they have a ‘chill’ secondary weight training section for folks who don’t need mirrors and loud music

The staff is down to earth and real friendly. Very creative settings from a quiet space, a heated room for hot yoga, and lots of other amenities. Their steam room is real spacious, gets unbelievably hot, and always has eucalyptus spray bottles equipped within it. It’s definitely a gym worth checking out! Give them a chance before reading the other reviews, people will find anything to complain about now a days.

This is the perfect spot. The equipment is everything you would need to get a good workout. Parking is super easy, staff and members are friendly, tons of workout and yoga class options with great instructors, consistent hours everyday of the week. Love it!
