This place is perfect if you are looking for a gym with no fuss. They have everything you want to exercise without all the extra amenities you pay for at large gyms that you never use. Inexpensive, clean, well maintained equipment , and friendly staff. Never gets too crowded. Best gym I've been part of in years

Best gym in Denver!! I have tried many gyms in the downtown area and nothing comes close to this. Adrian and the rest of the staff are amazing, they will give good pointers, great conversation, and make you feel welcome every time! Everything is always clean and you never have to wait for a machine! Highly recommend! Plus for sports fans there are TVs everywhere!

I've been going to Rock since it opened. I have nothing but good things to say about this gym. The staff is always friendly, the facility is clean, and all the equipment is NEW! It's a great location that I can walk to after work or during my lunch break. I would highly recommend trying out Rock Fitness!

Best gym in Denver! Top notch equipment and staff. Always clean. I've been training with Adrian post hip surgery for several months and am feeling great. He knows the body and is great at creating a workout to fit your needs. He also does great stretch and massage work when he sees you need it. Can't say enough about him and the gym.

Never have I felt as welcomed as I did in rock fitness. I had no idea what I wanted to work on but the staff (specifically Adrian) did amazing! From helping me with my form to figuring out a work out plan. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

This is a great gym with top of the line equipment, wonderful staff, and quality services. I love the variety that they offer in their personal trainers as they are all awesome! The facility also has clean bathrooms with a shower, lockers, and other amenities.

This has been the best gym experience I’ve had in Denver. The front desk is always so nice and helpful. The owners are amazing people and talk to you when you come in. Can’t ask for anything more in this gym, only gym in downtown with this equipment and for such a cheap price!

It’s a perfect gym. It has every piece of equipment that you could possibly want from a gym. I’ve never had to wait for a machine because there’s never too many people working out at the same time. The staff is super nice, too.
