If you are even considering this program then just jump in! i am so very grateful for this program. It is the real deal. I finally found something that is sustainable and honest. Going with Tasha one on one! I have struggled with accountability, showing up when I need too and just simply tracking what I’m suppose to be eating to maintain a healthy lifestyle with my disease. This has helped so much. I also have learned so much about what proteins are good for you along with what supplements you should be taking for your individual needs! They have worked so hard to bring their own supplement line and it taste so good, as well as working with 1st phorm who also has great options! You don’t just get a cookie cutter trainer/coach and nutritionist with their program you get it all as well
As the deep dive knowledge that most coaches don’t offer and they actually care about your well being! Love this team so much! If you’re considering them just do it! It’s so worth it!

I love the support of the people in this group! This has been an amazing experience and opportunity to be apart of. I started the NOEXCUSES Challenge and when they tell you it is a FREE opportunity to meet your weight loss goals WITH HELP, they mean it. Roy is amazing. I really felt like he was here for us. To help us and give us the honest information we need for our health. Never did I feel like he was just trying to grow a business or bring people in for a secret agenda. I 1000/10 recommend at least trying the challenge for yourself. It is not a trick or something to pull you in. It really is free. I also want to add... this is not meant to be a quick fix-lose weight quick scheme. You need to put in the work if being healthy is what you want. When I saw this free challenge I was like what do I have to lose? I also thought it was too good to be true, lol. I went for it and in the last 6 weeks I was able to nourish my body with the right food. I was also able to stay motivated through the RUF app and accountable with the mighty community. 6 weeks later and I went from 34% body fat at 126 to 30 % body fat at 128. My goal was to hit 130 while shedding fat and gaining muscle and I’m definitely closer to that goal today because of this challenge!! #strongnotskinny💪🏼 #noexcuses #earnyourcookie🍪

Let me start by saying I thought I was getting scam when they told me it was free. However I gave it a try and I don’t regret it. I lost 10 pounds and my fat % when from 50% to 34% . I learned so much about what food to eat. I would 100% recommend you try there challenge.

I started doing the Ruf challenge 6 weeks ago and I have gained so much from my experience! So far, in six weeks, I have lost 6 pounds, definitely loss inches (I can see and feel it) and I've gotten stronger. I think one of my favorite aspects is that I have learned SO much. In so many "challenges" you are just told what to do but not necessarily the WHY you should do it. At RUF, they explain why you should work out, eat good nutrition, drink water, etc! Too bad there isnt a 10 star!! This program and Community are 10 star level! I just started their challenge this April 2025 and its been life changing! I used to be athletic and fit in high school and collage but after that i let go and and could get back to being the Old me! I thought it wasnt possible!!!! But with Ruf Fitness i have been able to slowly work my way there. The challenge is free! Great coaches! Amazing workout sessions! Amazing Community! Amazing recipes as well!! When I first saw the ad for the free summer shred challenge, I was almost 6 weeks postpartum and at the heaviest weight I have ever been. My pregnancy was affected by my weight and I had health issues even after having my baby early. When I joined the pre week call, I was VERY skeptical. I had seen other workout challenges that said they were free but they were not actually free. I was pleasantly surprised when this one actually was. Listening to coach Roy going over everything and laying it all out I kept thinking oh this will be super easy and since I’m competitive it will keep me motivated. He kept talking about commitment and after going through the challenge it definitely does take the commitment to change. It was not easy making these changes but they know how to keep you motivated and held accountable for reaching the goals set. Having others in the challenge talk about their struggles and seeing Im not alone was the biggest help for me too. It really is a very caring and helpful community they have built. The weekly lives going over the lessons were so helpful and I learned so much about just protein alone that I started questioning everything I knew before. I think the Thursday check ins were the biggest help for me too. Usually I just step on the scale and I don’t see it move so I quit. Actually taking the progress photos and SEEING the changes each week gave me such a confidence boost. Watching my measurements each week go down was so great to see too. Watching my points add up and reaching the bases and top of the challenge mountain really kept my competitive side engaged and pushed me to keep tracking everything and doing the workouts to stay on top. They really did a great job making the challenge fun. The RUF app has been my favorite tracking app ever. I love the ease of tracking everything I eat, the meal recipes if you don’t know what to make, the videos showing how to do the exercises, and just the overall community aspect of it. Since going through this challenge I am more confident in my looks, my blood pressure is back to normal, I have more energy and I am able to play more and longer with my children. I can’t say enough good things about RUF fitness and their team. Thank you guys so much and I look forward to the next challenge!

I am in the process of finishing up my third challenge with Ruf Fitness. I love this gym because of the group workout environment and especially because Roy is very passionate about what he does. He answers any questions you may have and I can tell that he really cares about helping his clients reach their fitness goals. I will say it is a little expensive but I feel like it's worth it to get all the tools you need to reach your goals.

I started with RUF through a New Years challenge. I started thinking hey, why not try something new and I was sick and tired of trying all the “things” I needed to do and not going anywhere with it. So I joined the challenge. Boy was it worth it. Not only did I have an accountability group but I also gained so much knowledge! And Roy was awesome and teaching each week to build up to new challenges to push me farther. And as he taught and added new goals he’d warn us weight might go up a little don’t freak out it’ll come back down. And he was spot on. I had to stop going to this gym due to some major changes in my life (had to move out of apt, had to stay somewhere further away for a bit and then eventually finding a permanent home). But, I decided to join again last year (nov) for a challenge and decided continue beyond the challenge. Overall, the workouts are always great and challenging, the folks in the class are good people and Roy and Tasha are still pretty awesome coaches. I'm feeling pretty good and seeing a lot of progress. Roy does a great job of providing insightful videos on what you can do to be successful in your journey. I still highly recommend this gym!

RUF popped up for a good friend of mine and next thing you know we both signed up and have been more and more motivated. We eat better, we work out and the biggest thing we always said to each other was we NEED more water intake! The best thing is I have seen and felt 5 lbs lighter since I started and I am closer and closer to my weight goal for this challenge and it's only the end of February which is mind blowing. I had motivation in January but I lost it right away and was discouraged thinking another year is gonna go by and I will not loose weight and will have feel conscious as always when I look in the mirror. After three pregnancies I have a hard time loosing and toning my body and it's deff a great experience to see how well I am able to handle this challenge and I know if I pushed harder I could see even better results. I'm hoping to loose another 5 lbs in another 6 weeks after this challenge is over and repeat what I did again and reset.

The 6-week challenge that I joined through RUF Fitness was one of the most eye-opening experiences! It was hard at first learning all the right ways to eat and the realization that the way I was eating was not actually good for me. The accountability and encouragement from not only the fellow members in the group, but the coaches checking in on you regularly and always being there to help you, makes all the hard work worth it and gives you the feeling of not being alone in the journey. I personally feel different: more energy, healthier food, no more upset stomach, changes in the way my clothes fit (wearing jeans from pre-pregnancy in 2019), and the list goes on. My biggest obstacle was my eating habits and this program and tracking all my food helped me see what I was doing wrong and where I needed the most help. The program has helped me clean up my eating habits, made me realize the importance of meal prepping and also helped me convince my husband to change his habits too!! It has also helped me stick to my workout plans and gets me moving every day! I personally have not lost much weight but the difference in the way my clothes fit and the way I feel in them makes me know I'm heading in the right direction. I definitely would recommend this program to anyone who needs the help getting their routine in check and anyone that is looking for a community to help them along their personal health journey. The community surrounding RUF is unlike anything I’ve been a part of, everyone is so supportive and encouraging to your goals and pushes you to be your best self. I am still with ruf! 6 months later! The coaches truly care for you, and don't push any worthless stuff on you like 99% of companies. They are here to help you make your life better! If you are thinking of trying ruf. Please just do yourself a favor and try it! I struggle with my nutrition the most. But, even with my struggles along the way, I have still seen progress in the last 6 months of using their app and doing the challenges, which are so fun!! The community is also an amazing thing to have to help hold you accountable! Especially on those bad days!

I have not signed up and never went to a fitness class. I responded to an advertisement on FB that said I could get FREE membership etc. Absolutely deceptive advertising - it is actually *very* expensive. Don't believe anything that comes out of their mouths. Yes, working out is good for you. Yes, it helps to have support. But these folks lied to my face and kept on sending me emails after I unsubscribed. I am NOT impressed with their unethical business tactics.

I joined RUF Fitness' 6-week #noexcuses challenge for moms after seeing it on Instagram. I needed to lose weight and needed motivation because I'm a busy mom with no extra time. There have been a few programs I've joined after seeing them on my feed, but this one was different. The expectations of Roy's program were real since he knew it would be hard for some, but he encouraged me to push myself. In the program, Roy told me even if I didn't have time to complete the full workout he designed for me that I could easily do just 15 minutes of walking. Seeing my before and after photos, I realized the difference was real, and I appreciated the encouragement to keep going and finish out the program, because I felt like quitting a few times, but I didn't and I'm looking forward to my family having the best version of me in the future.

I absolutely loved the #NoExcuses Challenge! I joined because I was having trouble losing weight on my own, but Roy made it so easy for us! He posted videos weekly, there were easy recipes for us to follow, told us what to do to maintain a healthy lifestyle (not a lose weight quick scheme like a fad diet that you can’t stick with in the long run). Over the course of 6 weeks I lost 11 pounds…that’s just shy of 2 pounds a week and although that’s not a huge deal, that’s big to me when I was losing NOTHING on my own. The scale was literally sitting at the same weight for almost 2 years (since I had my son). I am very grateful for the ladies I met in the group and the support group. Thank you RUF family!

There's so much support from the trainers and within the group challenges. They motivate and educate. Every exercise has a video with clear instructions on how to properly perform it, and the app is easy to use. I have a fitness routine now and have had the best, restful sleep since incorporating the exercises. So grateful I found this gym! In full transparency, I was hesitant at first. I was worried it was going to be your cliche cross-fit gym, which is just not my preferred style, but this gym went above and beyond my expectations! They focus on movements that are healthier for your body, while also offering classes focused solely on strength training (my personal favorite). I was struggling to lose weight while I was breastfeeding last summer. I am so thankful for the RUFamily. I've lost 50lbs since I started following RUF Fitness 6 months ago. I completed their 6 week No Excuses for Charity Challenge right before the holidays and joined their Accelerator Program so I could continue crushing my goals through the holiday season with a Coach. I had so much information in that free 6 weeks that I felt prepared to tackle family gatherings while still enjoying key lime pie and all things festive. I love that I can eat the things I used to deem off limits and still see results! My experience with RUF fitness was incredible! It started by me seeing an instagram ad about a 6 week body transformation challenge and I saw it at a time where I was starting to lift myself but really wanted to dive into it. Roy got in touch with me and we set up a time to meet where he told me about the program, what it entails, what my goals were etc. he was super knowledgeable and kind the whole time and I didn’t feel like he was pressuring me to sign up. He wanted me to make the decision right for me, and I really appreciated that.

I started the program with Larissa as my coach and she was so knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. I learned SO much about nutrition tracking, proper form, how to maximize my effort in the gym etc. At the end of the 6 weeks I gained 6lbs of muscle mass and dropped my body fat percentage by 3%. I feel like this really laid the foundation for me to continue on my own for the rest of the year and it was worth the money to me. If you’re wanting to get into shape and need that structure and knowledge to get started, I highly recommend RUF! This is only the beginning for me and I owe a lot of where I’m at so fast to them.

Signed up for information regarding their 6 week challenge. They scheduled to call me Thursday and then again on Monday and proceeded to call me 5x in the last 3-4 days, sometimes just after 8 in the morning and other times after 7pm. When they called again today I told them it was inconsiderate and they tried to blame it on an automated system. No accountability. I do not recommend. What you do in one area of your life and business is what you do in other areas.

I joined RUF a little over a year ago. As a girl who had never “worked out”, or even really went to a gym, I was a little intimidated walking into my first class. The coaches are so helpful. They take the time to show you the movements & answer any questions you might have. 2 weeks in, my vertigo came on strong & really affected my ability to workout. The RUF coaches modified some of the movements for me, which kept me going. A few months later, Roy heard a Dr. speaking about vertigo patients he had helped. There's nothing wrong with offering a product to make money but luring people in to bait and switch, using false advertising is not cool and a sleazy business practice that I don't condone.

I can't speak to the actual training this business provides, it may very well be great for some people. However, their high pressure sales tactics and false advertisement made me want to make others aware. After seeing an ad saying they are seeking individuals to "test out their new program" and you'd get a "free 6 week program", I went in for a consultation.
The trainer went through the whole spiel and only little by little revealed that the "free" program will end up costing you over $1000. After indicating that I am not willing to pay that kind of money, they turned up the pressure. Telling me how they know that their program is right for me and that it will change my life and whatnot. Then they told me about financing options as if that would make it any cheaper... It felt like they were trying every trick in the book just to lock you in. If that puts you in financial distress seems to be the last thing on their mind.
So long story short: be careful and know what to expect when you walk in here. Stand your ground and don't let them pressure you into something you may not want. And especially don't fall for their false advertisement. Nothing is actually free here.

On a whim, I responded recently to an add for a “free” 6 week training program. Within 5 minutes of responding, they had called me and we made a consultation appointment.

When I went in for the appt, a trainer ushered me through a dingy, sparse workout room into a cluttered office. We chatted about my fitness goals and current routine.

Then we discussed the success stories of some recent participants. Very little about the training was discussed, like what types and styles of workouts they run. We did discuss a very intense, regimented program - not so much that the workouts sounded overkill, but the level of lifestyle control from the trainers throughout the course.

Trainers would call you if you missed a workout or logged a “poor” eating choice (a red flag to me, conducive to promoting eating disorders, and the trainer used outdated language on healthy, balanced eating).

As the conversation continued, I realized the trainer was using clever tactics to get me to agree to things in small increments. Could I make 3 workouts per week? Yes. Can I make healthy nutrition choices and log them? Yes.

He then pressured me to agree to sign up, withheld information until the last minute regarding the $1,000 deposit, and made the decision feel very urgent - another red flag for a scam. I was not allowed to make any phone calls to get a second opinion or gut check from my family.

Overall, while I’m sure their training program gives people great results, this interaction gave me the ick and felt cult-y, and like a scam. The limited, insubstantial information you receive prior to the meeting is intentional. Their tactics are practiced and curated. Be advised before discussing a contractual agreement with this business, and don’t give in to the heavy pressure they place in 1:1 meetings. Be well on your own terms!

I started with Ruf as a challenge from a friend. I was interested in losing inches on my belly and gaining muscle tone. I was skeptical about how effective it would because I don't belong to a gym and everything would be over internet since they are in Colorado and I'm in Louisiana. Thank goodness they were adamant about taking before and after photos. I knew I felt better and stronger, my pants weren't quite as tight, but I didn't think it was a big difference. Until I saw the comparison photos! After only 6 weeks, I had lost 12 lbs of fat, lost 2 inches in my belly while gaining 2 inches in my shoulders, chest and biceps! I would LOVE to be able to hit his gym but he has such an amazing line up of workouts in his app it makes up for it! His support, along with his team’s is top notch. The whole RUF community, Roy & Tasha, greens/protein, app - just everything is 100% worth every penny. This is most definitely a welcomed life change, not just a diet.

Joining the Ruf Fitness family has been one of the best decisions I made almost 8 weeks ago. I watched my God-Daughter transform which motivated me to jump into gear to lose the 10 pounds I gained during the COVID-19 Stay At Home Order. I highly recommend anyone that wants to change their health, physical looks, strength, mindset, or life in general – TRY RUF! The coaches are very knowledgeable and EVERYBODY (owner/CEO, coaches, staff AND all the clients/people) are so welcoming AND encouraging. It is truly one of a kind type of experience.

They have an 8 week challenge they do for members and it is worth every penny. You have access to the coach you are set up through the app along with talking to anyone and everyone in different chat forums (people who are members, people are doing a challenge, people who are doing a different program such as Build A Butt etc). All your macro details and the work outs are right there in the app. You can simply look up different exercises to do – there is a LOT to pick from. If you have an injury or health issue where you cannot do one of the exercises the coaches are there for you to help you substitute and modify anything needed. All you need to do is ask for help! There are videos and explanations on how to do each exercise and there is a home version to do or a gym version to do. If you do not have the equipment they are using, you can be creative and use something else. Or use the app/Facebook group with EVERYONE doing the same things as you to ask for their help. Everyone in the challenge or simply in the RUFamily are always there to help with suggestions that they have tried or know about through other’s journeys. There are even videos walking you through how to use the app itself for anyone who is not techy savvy or comfortable with apps! The app is so user friendly though. The app can be synced up to your FitBit, a MyFitnessPal account, even Facebook if you wanted it to. It is a HUGE time saver and super cool to keep track of anything and everything. This way they can see exactly what you are doing and what is or is not working with YOU personally to adjust accordingly. It is very evident that a lot of time and thought went into this app.

If you have ever been intimidated to go to a gym or work with a coach or personal trainer… TRY THIS PLACE. I promise you that you will not regret it. One of the best decisions I have made for myself is to join up with them. You become apart of a supportive, welcoming, encouraging, friendly community! Go earn that cookie!!!!
