Come for the workout, stay for the community.
Every coach offers something unique to their classes and if you go enough, you will easily find your favorite coach(es).
The energy is unlike any workout I’ve done at other gyms and always leaves me wanting more.
Best part is no experience is needed. It’s just you vs you and intros classes are offered several times during the week if you want to get an idea of what to do expect.
If you are looking for a new fitness place, come check it out, you won’t be disappointed. Carefully though, you might just find your new healthy addiction!

Rumble Central Park is hands down one of my favorite places to work out! The energy is unbeatable—from the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is motivating and positive. This is an incredibly fun way to workout! Al if the trainers are fantastic and every class is a little different so you really get to work your whole body not to mention take out your aggression on the bag. I’m so happy I found rumble and cannot recommend it enough!

I had actually checked out another Rumble Boxing location before deciding on Northfield. After the Free Intro Class I was concerned because I did not feel I was in good enough shape to do it but felt very welcomed and appreciated. I like this type of format and had gone to anOTher place that offered similar class styles, but I got bored. I am in my 2nd month at rumble and, can tell you I am challenged every class.
The Good and Bad (nothing in life is perfect)
I have had 2 classes I did not enjoy, but you are asked for feedback on the app after every class rating the class and trainer. I was honest and the owner followed up with me personally a few days later after a class. I appreciated his concern for my experience and the openness to ask and listen. Not that big of a deal, but reviews where everything is perfect seem like BS,
The Good
Class times and options. There are classes starting EARLY through the day into the evening. Plenty of options. There are also class variations 30, 45 (the norm), and 60 min. There are options for strength and boxing only a few times a week.
Variation - You will not be bored. I am challenged in one way or another every class
Staff - Saved the best for last. No matter who is at the front when you walk in, you are greeted and feel welcomed. The trainers are fantastic and the reason I keep coming back. Jordan is positive, directive and always upbeat. Lauren is always a fun and challenging class. Alanna is energetic and runs a fun focused class. I always feel pumped when I am done

I had such a great experience at Rumble Gym! The workout was seriously fun and challenging in the best way—totally pushed me but didn’t feel overwhelming. What really blew me away was the locker with my name on it. It was such a small thing, but it made me feel so seen and appreciated. You don’t get that kind of personal touch at most gyms. I left feeling strong, sweaty, and really taken care of. Can’t wait to go back!

'Simply the best' Rumble Boxing gym out there - no contest. I've visited other locations, but none come close to the sense of community, support, and positive energy this one brings. The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and welcoming to both first-timers and experienced boxers.
What really sets this gym apart is the people. The owner and team genuinely care about you as a person, not just a member. It's more than just a workout here, it's a community that lifts you up.

Rumble Northfield is a solid addition to Denver’s fitness scene!
The energy is high, the trainers are experienced and super engaging, and the class structure makes it easy to follow while still pushing you.
There’s a good mix of class times, so whether you’re an early riser or need an evening sweat, there’s always an option. The value is great for what you get—killer workouts, great vibes, and a community that hypes you up. PLUUUUSSS ⬇️

I had never done boxing before, but the intro class was really helpful and no one made me feel silly for not knowing what was going on. They took extra time making sure my hands were wrapped correctly and that everything was safe.
