We offer a full weights and cardio gym, and a specialized training center powered by the G-NAT™ Vertical Movement System. Our location also offers top of the line recovery services that include Cold/Hot Plunge, the first eCabin electric cryotherapy in Colorado, red light therapy, compression sleeves, infrared sauna, and mHBOT (Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) chambers.
We deliver exceptional results to any age, occupation or sport, from the beginner fitness enthusiast to the most extreme athlete.
Members have access to fitness 6am-10pm M-Sun.

Brandon and Scott are amazing! They are trained professionals that truly know their business. They know how to motivate and get results without unnecessary physical pain or mental soreness. I have to say, if you're not coming here for your health needs and improvements you're wasting time and money at other places. This gym is small but it is full of new clean state of the art equipment, including the G-Nat! Once you do it you'll be hooked!

I met Mark in March of last year while visiting his gym. I was thoroughly impressed with this concept of working out. I have 2 torn rotator cuffs, been though a back and neck surgery. I also have torn ligaments in my right wrist. He put me through a 30 minute demonstration and I experienced no pain or strain. It is completely a de-compressive workout. Due to time constraints and yes, I'm lazy, I put off joining until December 19th.
I am entering my 14th and absolutely love to workout. I actually look forward to each session. I usually dread dragging my butt to the gym. I have a much greater range of motion, less aches and pains in the morning and have experienced zero joint/muscle problems I typically have after starting a new fitness program.
Do yourself a HUGE favor and book a free demo to see what I mean. Until you see it first hand and go thru the exercises in person, words do it no justice.

Awesome place to work out, next level science !! I am a Marine Corps veteran and have been working out with the vertical movement system for over two years. At 47 years old I’m in the best shape of my life! There are tremendous benefits for my mental health as well, specifically anxiety depression and other symptoms of PTSD. If I missed two weeks I can certainly tell, this is an Intercal part of my whole health and wellness. I can’t recommend this modality any higher 10 stars...give it a try it, it works on so many levels and will make you a better person no matter what it is you do. Try it!! 💪

This is a workout like you have never seen. In only a half hour I couldn’t believe how intense it was…seems like it will be so easy! I had to take a nap later because I was so drained. If you are looking for a no impact, efficient, full body workout, this is it!!

Love the term Functional Aging! Mark is wonderful at explaining the process (& it’s great for all ages), I visited the gym 3 days a week for 24 min per visit)… and after a couple of weeks I couldn’t believe how this workout took away my low back/hip pain when laying down. So happy to have found this Functional Aging ( Mark’s studio/gym “Vertical Fitness”) Try it, you won’t be sorry.

I’ve really enjoyed working out at this facility. Mark and his trainers have been great at helping me overcome some challenges and getting me closer to my fitness goal. The facility and equipment is top notch and everyone there is friendly and encouraging! I would recommend anyone regardless of your fitness or health circumstances to come here before you go to ANY big box gym cause you’ll probably gain more here than you ever would at any of those places!

Endless good things to say about Team Vertical Fitness! To start, I have a medical condition that eliminates most of the ways I previously exercised, but Team Vertical Fitness is geared towards all people, including those who have pain, vertigo, MS, injuries and more. Because Team Vertical Fitness is so inclusive, I am able to go get a full body workout without triggering my condition. Mark, the owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and consistently checked in with me throughout my workout to make sure that I was feeling okay. Team vertical fitness is a completely unique way of working out that uses your whole body, without causing damage. Highly recommend!!

This is a great program! You can feel all aspects of this full body workout. The equipment and program are adaptable to people of all sizes and fitness levels. They fine tuned their program to meet my specific needs and goals. I have been attending for about 6 weeks and I am seeing gains in flexibility, strength and cardio fitness (all goals for me).
Mark, the coach and proprietor, is a welcome, welcoming and attentive presence. He is available, educational and encouraging without being overbearing. He strikes a great balance between expert coach, motivator and the guy cracking the whip over the rowers from the back of the Viking ship! I generally hate working out but I love Vertical Fitness.

This is an amazing place and way to exercise! I look forward to it every time and get a full body workout. It's safe, does not irritate my problem shoulder or knee, is challenging, and offers much room for growth. Team Vertical has truly been a life saver both physically and mentally. Im an occupational therapist that specializes in orthopedic upper extremity rehabilitation and I was first skeptical of global neuromuscular activation technology. I was a collegiate runner and over the years my joints have taken a beating so when Mark first introduced this concept of getting stronger and healthier by decompressing the joints I thought I would give it a try. After 2 months of working out with Mark at Team Vertical I can honestly say the 12 movement patterns are more effective than conventional techniques and I’m getting so much stronger, and gaining better balance without having pain in my joints. Mark is an effective listener and is familiar with targeting muscles and maximizing an excellent outcome by using proper technique. I would highly recommend this training for everyone of all ages as it will allow you to be healthier and stronger in every aspect of your life.

I started working out with Mark at Team Vertical 2 weeks ago. I am 66 and recently had my hip replaced. I am thrilled with the results I've seen already! You know you worked out when you feel muscles you did not feel in a while!!! That is exactly how I felt spending time with Mark, who is extremely knowledgeable and in tune with what you need and challenges you every time. My whole body and my mind felt completely renewed and fresh. Working with your own body weight, you can feel your muscles flexing and tightening all in the right places. My back and my knees were not put through the stress regular exercise normally does. This is a complete body and mind workout!!! Absolutely LOVE this place!!!

Started at Vertical Fitness a few months ago. I had double knee surgery last summer and was tentative about getting back in the gym as other workouts had put a lot of stress on my knees. Vertical Fitness was a great option for me as it provides a great workout without putting additional stress on joints etc.. Mark does a great job teaching you how to use the vertical system and showing additional band work you can do in addition to the basic workout. Very happy with my choices of joining this facility.

Had a workout today with Brandon and met with Doug and Mark and the workout was amazing. The amount of calories burned compared to the amount of time it took is unbelievable. As a healthcare provider, I highly recommend this state of the art gym. All the exercises done on the G-Nat are decompressive and help wake muscles up that aren't active due to atrophy, injury or the body-brain connection (neuro-muscular-skeletal). These are the best possible exercises to do for your body to get back in the best functional shape possible. After two sessions my low back feels great! I have an increased lordosis or curve in my low back that makes it unstable. I felt no low back pain for a full two weeks which means I was activating and strengthening the weak parts in my foundation.I would recommend this gym to anyone from athletes wanting to fix their dysfunctional motor patterns to older aged individuals trying to strengthen weak muscles, decrease pain, increase balance & flexibility, and keep bone density. Thank you Team Vertical Fitness for all your help during the classes and overall best shape I have felt in years! The progress and knowledge exceeded all expectations!

This place is awesome! The people are very knowledgeable and welcoming. The facility is very clean and organized. However, the most important thing is the equipment. I’ve never seen equipment like theirs nor have I had a workout quite like it. I felt lighter and yet stronger like I had been training with Goku. Mark had variations of workout routines for any sport it seemed as well as a protocol to help my parents keep from falling as they age. Such diversity in a condensed package. Stop by and try out a G-NAT. You will not be disappointed.

It’s a pleasure to share my experience with Mark and Team Vertical! An innovative way to exercise, improve performance - stability - strength - balance - overall fitness! The results I’m seeing in myself in the approx 6 wks I’ve been training are remarkable to say the least.
I’m recovering from a major shoulder injury and in trying to avoid shoulder surgery, g-nat is doing the trick. Truly this does everything the training states: fitness, balance, flexibility, endurance, pain relief, and more. Functional aging is my goal as I’m a senior and it’s amazing what I have accomplished.
A testimony of hiking four miles at 9100 feet and witnessing in myself the improvement in ability was nothing short of truly amazing. I haven’t hiked like that in 20 years! Honestly. The proof is in the pudding so the saying goes.

What an amazing place and facility. You must give this place a chance - it will blow you away. The classes are well structured and guided. Mark does an exceptional job to make sure you are keeping the right form and that you’re getting the most out of it. Talk about the most unique workout that becomes so very addictive, so very quickly. I like most, stumbled across vertical training with Mark and he said, can you spare 24 minutes every other day to get slim, build muscle and really tap into triggering every muscle during every workout, I live 25 minutes out but made the choice to sign up and truly haven't looked back since and loving every 24 minutes every other day! I feel the difference in strenght with my muscles and joints more so than any workout out thier and trust me I've tried a few too many.
