Shred415 is an instructor-led, calorie-burning, high intensity interval training class designed to target all muscle groups, and it guarantees to shred your body. Alternating between cardio work on top quality Woodway treadmills and weight-training, you'll increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout tailored to your level and your goals.
Shred415 is for EVERYONE! You select your weights; you set your pace on the treadmill. Walkers, joggers and hardcore runners are all welcome in class. Our approach to exercise keeps your body burning calories long after your workout is over.

Honestly some of the most motivating and enthusiastic people are here. They provide such a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to try your best and feel fantastic every step of the way. I love the exercises and the format they have and every trainer is so knowledgeable they make it easy to learn and keep up. This is my second time going and I love the way I feel after each class. If you're someone who wants to feel your workouts but can only spend a little time dedicated to it this is definitely the place to put your effort into

Love, love, love Shred415! I get an amazing total body workout - both cardio and strength - in an hour. I’ve taken classes with most of the instructors and all of them are great. They each bring something slightly different to the class. They offer energy and encouragement in the best possible way. I highly recommend you give a class a try!

This studio has an awesome community and is a great place to work out. I joined without even trying a class, I thought the concept was great. I’ve been going to classes about 6 weeks and love it! I usually burn 500-600 calories per class. The staff is warm and welcoming. Each instructor is different and motivating and awesome in their own ways. I have 3 little kids, the gym is my favorite time because it’s for me and I love how these classes challenge me physically and reset me mentally. I love the childcare option, they are so kind and nice to my kids, they never complain about going. I love meeting up with my friends for a great workout and leave there feeling refreshed, motivated and super sweaty!

Shred415 highlands ranch provides dynamic, challenging workouts where every workout is different! I absolutely loving taking Kierney and Lauren’s classes! They are motivating while pushing me out of my comfort zone! They are also able to modify any workout to fit each persons individual needs. I highly recommend this studio! I was very hesitant to switch from my large gym but I am so happy I did!

I have been taking classes at Shred415 for the past month, and I am officially hooked. Their treadmills are top of the line, the entire facility is spotless, but the best part is the instructors. I have taken classes with Kierney, Tracey and Nikki, and I love their teaching styles, the way they check on your form, and most of all, the way they motivate you to do the best that you can. With these classes, you can set your own pace and several modifications are given so you can exercise at the level that is right for you and your body. They will help you meet your fitness goals! Also, the child care is great! I have a very clingy 1 ½ year old, and the girls give her lots of cuddles and make sure she is happy while I am getting my workout in. If you are looking for a fun workout that changes almost every minute and challenges you to be your best, Shred415 is the place for you.
