I have been doing hot yoga at SOUL19 for a few months now and it’s my favorite way to start out the week! Randy has been a wonderful, knowledgeable, and upbeat instructor! SOUL19 has been my first hot yoga experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better one! I’ll be relocating soon and unfortunatly too far from SOUL19, but I definitely recommend the studio for anyone in the area!

Soul 19 is my church and community! I cannot express how much this studio means to me. I’ve been a member for almost 6 years and the last year has been the most incredible with Molly taking over ownership. Although I am a yogi at my core, I now regularly incorporate Barre and Strength classes into my routine. Amazing to have a studio that offers it all!

Attended my first class at Sol 19 this morning, a post vinyasa with Meghan. Meghan’s class was excellent, powerful and inspiring, and I felt welcomed in the whole studio and enjoyed chatting with the owner Molly. I can’t wait to return. Definitely a studio and community that offers much more than simply an exercise class!

SOL 19 is the best yoga studio! The studio itself is beautiful and calming, but the best part is the teachers and community here. Everyone is kind and welcoming. I also appreciate the variety of class offerings. I have felt so strong and healthy since I started working out here.

I know 5 people personally who have had personal items stolen from this studio ranging from UGGs, Birks, Yoga Mats and Jackets. There are no cameras in a lot of the studio so the staff just suggests that maybe someone took your items on accident and that they will ‘do their best’ to track the stolen items down (never have successfully for any of the cases I am aware of). Would suggest adding more cameras or mandating everyone gets access to free lockers that lock.

Feels like an Orange Theory or CorePower but locally owned. All the teachers are very knowledgeable and attentive to students’ skill levels/needs and the classes cover a wide range of styles including bikram, vinyasa, barre, and more.
The facilities are also incredible with 3 studios and nice large changing rooms/bathrooms with showers.

Amazing yoga studio! Friendly staff, lots of class types & times, experienced instructors and well-equiped facility.

Sol 19 saved my life. Not an exaggeration.

In the summer of 2023, I was struggling with my mental health for more reasons than I care to detail. My therapist suggested that attending yoga classes—specifically hot yoga—might help with the crippling anxiety I was experiencing daily. I put it off again and again until I finally worked up the nerve to take one of Jesse Seymour’s hot yoga classes.

Let me tell you, I felt like a whole new person afterward—and more than anything, I felt a sense of hope. Since then, I’ve taken many classes, and every teacher has been nothing short of incredible (Stacey Sharp, Ingrid Muller, and Ali Grubbs, just to name a few of the instructors whose classes I enjoy). The community here is also kind and welcoming.

I’ve even started exploring other classes, including Barre with Molly and Yin, which have been wonderful additions to my practice. I highly recommend this place and am so grateful it’s a part of my life!

Jesse is a wonderful teacher! As a second language english speaker it is so important for me to be able to hear clearly and understand a teacher when they are speaking, in Jesse’s class I feel as though I can do just that. The music level in his class is wonderful, enough to enjoy but also leaving space to be able to hear his tips and instructions. He was very mindful and you can just tell he has a passion for helping others in their yoga journey. I was especially appreciative for him working with me on a pose I was struggling with, and taking the time to make sure I was able to get it right. Thank you, Jesse!

Beautiful studio with welcoming staff and lovely facilities. I came here for a rocket immersion training which spanned 2.5 days. This was my first visit to the studio and my first experience with an immersion like this.

Taylor and Jesse were outstanding teachers. They made rocket feel approachable to newbies like me, but also offered a variety of options for all levels throughout the immersion.

The studio itself is well appointed, with great facilities including multiple showers and toiletries in the bathroom. It also has a comfy lounge area that offers retail as well as drink and snack options.

If I lived closer, I would be going to the studio regularly. I hope to come back soon for another training.

I was visiting Longmont and lo and behold, the hotel we were staying at was right across the street from our hotel! And what’s more perfect they have many many many classes starting early morning and into the evening. Perfect as I had little kids and wanted to take the early morning classes before visiting friends and family! I went to 3 classes during my stay here and loved them all! Really enjoyed this studios spin on hot yoga…it doesn’t follow exactly like Bikram but that’s what I loved about it! The 26 postures are there but the studio folds in other asanas like pigeon and even Downward facing dog! And there’s none of the Bikram shouting or demanding…it’s much more gentler and accepting. I loved it so much. I also took 2 power classes and enjoyed them too! The power classes build up to peak poses and they challenge you to get deeper. We did hurdlers pose in one class and then did king dancer in the other class. Really loved the vibe here and the instructors. I wish I could have taken more classes! This studio was a highlight of my trip to Longmont! Definitely recommend if you practice yoga!

I was back in town for two weeks and was searching for a yoga studio to practice and was recommended Sol19. They had a great intro offer! I was able to participate in numerous classes taught by amazing yogis (Tam, Shauna, Ingrid, Emily, Jesse, Jenny, and Alie) — I felt right at home. The studio is vibrant, clean, and very spacious! They have multiple class offerings which switch time depending on the day. I do wish Sol19 scheduled classes that you’d be able to double — i.e power ends 30 minutes before yin as I frequently double Hatha and Power at my home studio in WA State.
One of the yoga instructors, Emily, helped me find a Rocket class back in Seattle — I highly recommend Rocket 101 if you want to grow more comfortable with inversions like myself. If I am ever back in town, I know I will be spending my time at Sol19!

Finding the perfect yoga studio is like dating, you go through some duds before you realize that your SOL mate is right in front of you (sorry, I had to.)

After trying a few spots around town, I kept going back to Sol19 because they are locally independently owned (yay for keeping money in your community) and have classes I personally like to take at the times that are convenient for me.

I must say for those who are new to yoga - The vibes in the studio are body inclusive and genuinely welcoming. I am not a size 2 and have been out of practice for some time now. Every time I have come into that space, I feel respected by the staff and the other yogis.

Their classes are led by a variety of teachers (meaning each class is very different depending on who leads it) so YMMV depending on the teacher that day. I'm still kind of new so I haven't found specific teachers that I like better than others, but most of the teachers are very qualified and great at teaching. I have found that their Hot Yoga class is almost exactly the same for every teacher since it's based on the bikram poses.

Sol19 is not just a studio—but a community. As an independent studio, they can offer broad selections of classes as well as provide opportunities for greater depth in the physical practices and the spiritual traditions of yoga.

The teachers are excellent; the teacher training is top-notch. They continually offer new and diverse workshops on various aspects and yoga lineages, meditation, art, and more.

The facilities are welcoming, bright, immaculate, and you have everything here you need to shower after a hot yoga class, including generous toiletries and spacious locker rooms.

They support local artists and small businesses—while giving you experiences and opportunities that far surpass what a corporate chain can do. I’ve practiced yoga for over 20 years, all over the country in all sorts of studios. They’ve got the stuff here for everyone from a novice, to a secular athlete, to an avid meditation and spiritual practitioner, to an advanced yogi; they have something for everyone.

If you remember the show, “Cheers”: this is where everybody knows your name.Come on over to Sol. You’ll find all of this and the hottest buns in Longmont!

I found Sol back when I first moved out to Longmont, and this studio has provided a community of support, serenity, and inspiration towards living a life truer to myself. My life has forever changed since getting hooked on yoga through Sol (especially Yin and Rocket); I've learned that asana's are only a small fraction of what Yoga is about, and I absolutely wouldn't be here without the heart and support of the people here. I've learned and grown so much from the teacher trainings (200 Hour, Rocket, Yin, Rocket, and Reiki) and have made so so many friends I now call family. I joined barely knowing what a ragdoll pose was, and now, 1.5 years later, I'm a certified teacher! I wouldn't be here without the teachers who live and teach by example. The beauty of this place is that there is a container, a space created for you - to relax, breathe, decompress, learn, sweat, cry, or just be. The wide selection of classes and teachers allow you to "choose your own adventure." I can only hope and cross all my fingers that I find a community like Sol for when I move in the late summer. This place will always have a special place in my heart.

I'll give you a second chance, because sometimes things get miscommunicated. From 1 star to three stars for a good reply.

Honestly, the rude front desk that I just encountered before I even thought about stepping foot in the store literally needs to be reprimanded. I've never felt more un-welcomed on Veterans Day as a veteran having a door locked on me even though I wasn't going inside. But the art piece on the wall which I saw as I was walking by beautiful! That sun, I love it.

This is such a special place. I was floating to different yoga studios, never feeling ready for a membership. Sol 19 cured that. This is the coolest community of people. When I started at Sol I thought I was just stopping through Longmont, but this studio makes me feel that I belong here. The teachers are so talented. The staff is constantly throwing fun, fresh programming and events. I can't say enough glowing things. I'm now in their teacher training and boy howdy my practice has already stepped up in the first month. I'm loving every step and not mad about my new six pack. Get on over here.

What an experience! I’ve done yoga before and honestly thought, “Well, this isn’t for me.” Training Marital Arts and doing lots of snowboarding and mountain biking I felt it was just too slow. With SOL19 although not as fast paced as other activities, I find myself feeling like I can’t get enough of this after just two classes here! If you think you’re tough, strong, or flexible, and don’t currently practice here, I challenge you to try a Yoga Sculpt class and get through it without taking a break! Really excited to supplement my BJJ with Yoga here and encourage others to practice in this amazing space with amazing people!

My daughter is a yoga instructor at SOL 19 Yoga so even though it is in Longmont, I have been to their breathwork class. I did not know what to expect, but I'm so glad I did it (I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks). The yoga studio itself was visually lovely and welcoming, as was everyone I met there. I felt very relaxed just entering the studio. Then, after the session I felt even more relaxed, if that is even possible. Just a very good experience overall. If I lived in Longmont instead of central Denver, I would definitely go more often and go to many of the other classes. They seem to have it all - along with teacher training classes. I especially like that SOL 19 is a locally owned business. I like to support all Colorado locals if I am able to do that without sacrificing quality - and SOL 19 provides extremely high quality experiences - head and shoulders above the chain yoga studios.

I had a dream of an experience here for their Conscious Cannabis workshop. From the 10 American Indian Commandments poster in the restroom, to the lighting in the studio, to the DJ maestro Buddha Bomb, the scene was set. The workshop began with a blessing to the earth and cannabis. We learned about the history of cannabis in India and it’s influence on yoga. Jesse masterfully taught a challenging sequence in the vibrations of moon energy. The entire class listened and supported every point in our reflections after class. Such a friendly crew at Sol!

All of this while I was completing my first 200 hours of training. 5 star experience 💯

Sol 19 is a magical place. When I walk into the studio any stress from life melts away. Sol 19 is where I slow down and recenter. Whether you need to slow down and restore, go upside down, or build strength and sweat, you can find it at Sol. The classes at Sol 19 are top-quality, the teachers are amazing and the space is beautiful - but what makes Sol 19 extra special are the people! The instructors I have worked with are kind, personable and very knowledgeable. They offer a wide variety of different class types and days/times. I have been fortunate to practice in various settings across the U.S. from the more swankier studios to the city Y and everything in between. Sol 19 has done a wonderful job of blending expert instructors and a gorgeous space that feels very accessible and approachable wherever you’re at in your life practice on and off the mat. Sol 19 is a unique gem of the Front Range, it is worth trying and experiencing all they have to offer.

When I look for a yoga studio, I look at five aspects: Community, Instructors, Schedule, Space, and Price. Sol 19 excels in all areas. The community is welcoming and friendly. It is a community of people you want to practice with. The instructors are the best I have had, and I have been doing yoga over 20 years. The schedule allows for you to find a variety of classes at a wide range of times. The space is clean and welcoming. The price is reasonable, especially if you consider you can meet all your exercise needs, including some weight, aerobics, hot, different levels of flow, and lots of breath work. Try it out! I am sure you will enjoy your experience.

I really wanted to love this studio as I’d heard nothing but great things and I’ve been sorely missing hot practice since the onset of the pandemic. While the location, amenities, staff, and vibes are all wonderful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the one class I did attend, I cannot support a studio that leaves matters of public health (read: county-mandated mask adherence) up to “personal choice” during an ongoing pandemic. I found it hypocritical given that yoga is born from a religion that views human life as a blessing to be cherished. Hence, 3 stars.

However, thank you to Bri, the studio manager, for being understanding of my concerns!

If SOL19 were to revise this policy I would gladly follow through on my initial plan to become a member.

So much love for this studio and community. The entire space is welcoming, warm and encouraging. The teachers are so knowledgeable and informative. The studio is clean, bring and beautiful which, to me, is so important when practicing something that is going to allow me to become a better version of myself.
The staff takes the time to get to know you by name, asks if there are any injuries you have to offer variations in postures and even ask for requests on specific focus areas during practice. The playlists are curated and intention to the specific practice you signed up for. The art work Inside the studio rooms is inspiring and energetic and the studio supports local artists in their lobby area, selling a beautiful array of different types of art, many of which are created by the talented teachers from the studio.
I owe so much of my personal growth to this studio. If you really take time to listen to the wisdom that the teachers talk about during class, you will too. I quickly found myself obsessed with the practice of yoga and am even taking the next step to take the 200 YTT sol offers to further my practice and growth.
The studio offers great rates and always has new student specials, however, the way you feel after leaving this studio is priceless. I could not recommend this studio more and I am so thankful I got hooked.

Let me start by saying this- Yoga saved my life. June of 2019 was by far the worst month of my life (and any month of 2020). I suffered from an extreme flare of my autoimmune disease that rendered me temporarily handicapped at 27 years old. I spent days in and out of the hospital. I lost so much weight I looked like a skeleton and had a debilitating arthritis that made it impossible to open jars, walk across my house, and the inability to take care of myself. My husband oftentimes carried me through our house, helped me out of the bath, and was essentially my caretaker. I had been an athlete and heavy weight lifter for most of my life, so not being able to exercise was devastating. I feared I wouldn't be able to walk the rest of my life without a wheelchair or a walker. I became determined, I got healthier and stronger and my disease went into remission. I decided to try yoga as a way to build my strength and work on my stress. I tried Sol19 first because they were the first result on Google. Turns out, I feel more at home in this studio than any gym ever made me feel. I have mostly taken classes with Taylor, Tam, Chelsea, Jesse, and Kevin, all of whom have hearts of gold and it is apparent how much each of them care about their job. Yoga has become part of my life, has kept me healthy, and allows me to challenge myself both mentally and physically. I can move my body now in ways that I never knew was possible. I can control my anxiety better than before and have better sleep at night. I know this is a long review, but it's hard not to talk positively about people that helped save your life. I will always be grateful to everyone at Sol19 for their compassion, love, community support, and for helping me pull myself out of the darkest moment of my life. I highly recommend this studio- if you're new to yoga it's a great place to start with lots of classes and teachers that genuinely care, and is also a studio that helps you advance and enhance your current practice.

This studio is in a different league than the others. Upon entering you are greeted warmly by both the friendly staff, and the inviting interior layout and decor. There is melodic, softly energetic music playing. A diffuser gently releases aromatic essential oil in a soft white column. Art on display is both complementary and genuinely interesting. There is a lounge area off to the right, and a small selection of exactly the retail goods you might need in such a situation. The locker rooms are clean. The students are pleasant and convivial.

The studio offers many types of yoga classes other than hot, and I've enjoyed a few of the other flavors in my time here, but the hot class is what keeps me coming back. It's this crazy beautiful sweat-soaked jewel of a class, an elated relaxation, an ecstatic escape from the depravity and chaos of my daily life, a moment of heart-pounding bliss that I look forward to all day. Tam and her talented team instructors guide you through each session with a balanced blend of encouragement, compassion, and technical tips just when you need them the most. I leave each day feeling better than the day before, and I'm so grateful that this place came into my life.

The teachers are vey knowledgeable and welcoming - encouraging you to go beyond your comfort, but ensure you doing so safely. Another plus is every class truly adds a unique element. The studio itself is very clean, offers good products, and someone is always there to say Hello and fill you in on the class your about to step into. LOVE THIS PLACE! They have made Longmont feel like home even more for me.

If you haven't worked out in a while take something other than the podfit class first. I could barely walk for 2 days. It was an awesome class and I can hardly wait to go back.
