Carbondale’s Community Reformer Studio. A modern approach to traditional pilates methods. Spring Pilates’ modern style is more athletic and faster paced than classical Pilates while staying true to traditional techniques.
The focus is on achieving results: gaining strength, relieving stress, increasing focus, improving balance all in an empowering, sweaty full body workout that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed.
OUR GOAL IS TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE. WE BELIEVE IN MOVEMENT THAT IS FUN AND ACHIEVABLE.

I started taking classes at Spring a little more than a year ago when my Lagree instructor went on maternity leave. I assumed I would just take classes until I could return to that. I was wrong, Kaitlin has created an amazing studio with well-trained and talented instructors. There are any different types of classes to choose from depending on what your body needs. Spring is great and it has become a part of my life.

I’ve been a member at Spring Pilates for a year and a half, and it’s truly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and well-being. This studio completely revived my interest in group fitness—the energy, community, and professionalism here are unmatched. The instructors are not only incredibly well trained but also know how to challenge and motivate in just the right way.
What I appreciate most is the diversity of class offerings. Whether I’m in the mood for a strength session, a cardio-based burn, or a more classical Pilates flow, there’s always something that fits. The variety of times and days makes it easy to work into my schedule, and I always leave feeling stronger and more aligned. It’s a full-body workout every time, and well worth the cost of membership. Highly recommend Spring to anyone looking to build strength, consistency, and confidence in their movement.

This place is incredible! They have a great variety of classes depending on the level of difficulty or specific goal/area of focus that you’re interested in. The teachers are all amazing. They really take the time and care to pay attention to each individual and make sure everyone is doing things correctly and safely. The only downside is all of my friends are probably sick of hearing me gush about how much I love Pilates.

I joined Spring Pilates about 3 weeks ago and I love it. I was having some back issues (bulging disc in lower back) and I thought Pilates would be good for strengthening my core and being gentle on my back at the same time. Spring Pilates have great instructors and the classes range in difficulty so you can pick the perfect class. I'm hoping they can add the cadillac reformer top eventually but as of now I'm getting all I need and then some from the current reformer equipment and classes.

These classes have been amazing, especially for skiers who are looking to build up the supportive muscles around their knees. It targets all sorts of leg and core muscles that I’ve never been able to consistently train before. Every instructor is knowledgeable, helpful/kind when your form is off, and does a great job of pushing you through the hardest parts of each workout.

What can I say, I'm hooked on Spring Pilates in Carbondale. The studio has amazing instructors who are all very knowledgeable and welcoming. They also offer a variety of classes, from Classical Pilates, to JUMP, or even HIIT! It's a great workout every time, and the community cannot be beat. I was new to pilates before some friends told me about Spring and their amazing introductory offer. I was instantly hooked, and I love the challenge it gives me. All of the teachers at Spring Pilates are fantastic! They are extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent instruction. The classes range from beginner to expert and offer so much variety. I love that the classes are never the same. Spring Pilates is a beautiful, bright and modern studio. If you have never tried a reformer class you are really missing out.

Wanted to get into Pilates to complement my gym routine and Spring has been an absolutely incredible experience! The memberships are super affordable and they have classes for all levels, so as a beginner it made it easy. All of the instructors are great and extremely helpful, but Shelby is awesome! Highly recommend trying Pilates for any golfers looking to improve their core strength and mobility and Spring is the best spot in town!

I’d never done pilates before starting classes last December at Spring. 10 months later, I can’t imagine ever stopping. The instructors are the best. I absolutely love this studio. I was pretty new to Pilates when I started and every single instructor takes time to help you understand the pose, how to get there, and how to modify to make it easier or harder.
I never realized until going to class that I usually sit with my head crooked. Simple alignment adjustments have changed my posture and I’m sure the health of my spine.

I was new to reformer Pilates when Spring Pilates opened up, and was intimidated by the strange-looking contraption and seemingly complex movements, but Katlynn and all the instructors at Spring are AMAZING, and I quickly realized there was nothing be be intimidated by. Spring Pilates is a great studio with new machines, equipment and it's hosted in a bright space on Main St. Carbondale. Katlynn is an incredible instructor and always pays attention to detail, modifies for people with injuries and is a joy to be around. She quickly memorizes people's ability and helps them to add weight, change small things, help strengthen around injuries and is thoughtful when it comes to teaching unique class styles. Katlynn is an incredible Pilates instructor and person. I started taking privates with her post-partum after baby number two. After 10 sessions, I feel close to my pre-baby self—strong, flexible, toned and confident. I’m also impressed by Katlynn’s personalized approach. She listened to my goals and customizes every session to achieve them. I have never experienced such personalization, skill, expertise and compassion. Furthermore, I like that Katlynn’s classes are rooted in the traditional Pilates method, but with added elements to get your heart pumping and body sculpted. It’s a unique approach that I enjoy and achieves results!
