Love this gym, it’s open 24/7, and everyone is super welcoming. Lots of great trainers and good equipment, and the atmosphere is laid back. The cost is great too.

Amazing little community gym. The staff is super friendly and I love that they allow guests. When I have family or friends in town and they want to go to the gym we aren't turned away like most of the big guys will.

Spoke to the owner, he was extremely rude when I called asking when staff would be there so I could sign up for a membership. Asked about covid19 rules, regulations and stipulations, he then became belligerent with me. When I ended the phone call, he called me back yelling and cussing at me. As an avid fitness enthusiast with well over 15 years of consistent training, I have never been treated like that by a gym owner, or employee. You couldn't pay me to work out here

Very small gym, but the owners try hard. It has what you need, but it really does seem to cater to the more casual crowd, which is fine. I believe the pec dec stops at 140lb, thereabouts? It can become crowded, but usually doesn't. It has freeweights, two benches, squat rack, smith machine, leg press, treadmills and the necessary machines. There's a positive, non-judgmental environment here, and the machines get repaired very quickly when needed. It's a nice small gym in a small town, with 24 hour access and a few personal trainers always available.

Been a member for a few years now and really am thankful for this place. I love the simplicity of a gym like this that is available 24/7 but at a reasonable price AND is so close considering we live in a more rural community. You can tell the owners care about the facility and the people who use it. I regularly see Paul fixing machines and cleaning things and they seem to really care when there's a consistent problem. I also enjoy most of the classes I've attended. As a whole, I love that there's everything I need and it's convenient.

Things I don't love: they need just a smidge more space especially when the group training sessions are going on in the general workout space. I also don't usually love the music defaults they have going, but that's what earbuds are for. :)

This place is fantastic! I've been working out here for about 9 months now and have nothing but praise. You cannot beat the price and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Great "no-pressure" staff. Paul is a good guy and respectful of his members. Perfect variety of cardio and strength equipment...I've never had to wait around in the middle of my routine.

I love stayin fit and lovin it. I was so intimidated to walk into a gym a year ago but from the minute I walked in the trainers have been such a huge support to me! They care not only about my physical health but also my mental health. They push me when I feel like I can't take one more step and I am blessed to have all of them in my life. They are a 2nd family to me :)

I am addicted to Stayin Fit and Lovin it!! The classes are challenging and fun, all the instructors and trainers are amazing! They really do care! The price is right and I don't have to drive into the city to get a good workout in. I have never experienced anyone trying to "sell" anything at the gym, especially not the owners! If selling a healthy lifestyle by encouraging working out is wrong....we don't want to be right!
Boooo to the haters out there. Would highly recommend this gym for sure!

I became more familiar with Stayin Fit and Lovin It from free classes that they offered during the month of May 2014 with some outdoor classes in support of Colorado Fit. Because of the classes that they offered and finding I enjoyed the sessions, I decided to become a member. In addition to the classes that they have and the wonderful instructors, I am also using more of the gym for the exercise equipment that they have available. The atmosphere in the gym is pleasant and feel support, not just from the staff, but others that go there to work out. I highly recommend Stayin Fit and Lovin It!

Staying Fit has been in incredible partner and huge supporter of the Elbert County Community for years. Paul and Linda selflessly give of their time, talents and treasures; they contribute to Christmas Crusade, providing toys for underprivileged kids, they sponsor the Sheriff's Office charity golf tournament that provided a security system for a local school this year, they participate in the annual safety fair and are truly some of the most generous people I know. In regards to their gym its awesome, the trainers (Linda, Meg, Kelly, Trina, Kari, Julie, Mindy) you girls are rock stars. If you can't tell - I'm a big fan! Thank you all for what you do. Outstanding to have you as such a huge part of our community.
