I dropped in at Sup Town CrossFit for two classes when I was in Denver for work. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The classes are very well run.

I LOVE THIS GYM! 🤍💙🖤 As someone who had a uniquely incredible experience with my CrossFit gym back in Tallahassee, I can tell pretty quickly whether a gym culture is worth sticking around for… And SupTown definitely is! If you’re vetting which gyms you want to join, don’t sleep on SupTown - it’s the best gym in the area!

I’ve joined a few functional fitness/crossfit gyms in the past and I haven’t experienced a gym quite like this one before. The coaches know what they’re doing and correct your form ensuring you don’t injury yourself and get the most out of the workout. The people are welcoming and friendly and it’s all around a fun time!

When I moved to Colorado a few years ago, one of the first things I did was join SupTown Crossfit as a way to get to know more people in the area. You cannot find a more welcoming community than the members and staff at SupTown. Nick and the other coaches are top notch and focus on ensuring you have proper form when completing the workouts and always have different ways to scale the workouts. The gym has members of all ages and fitness levels so everyone will feel welcome. I joined two year ago and have gotten incrementally stronger each time I workout! And the group classes only help to you to achieve more! There is no better gym in Colorado.

I’ve always wanted to join CrossFit but I was nervous about the learning curve. I have felt so supported by Nick, the coach. He’s very dedicated to good technique and careful coaching. I have learned SO much from him. The community is amazing. I originally planned to go 3x/wk but I find myself scheduling as many classes as possible now because they’re so much fun.

I was in town for work and looking to get a pump in so I dropped in for Nick's 5:45am class and had such a great time I had to get a Sup Town CrossFit shirt! Nick is a knowledgeable and motivating coach who's also a great guy. I will definitely drop in next time I'm in town. Thanks Nick!

Nick and Lisa are amazing coaches who encourage good form, steady growth, and having fun. The WODs are well-planned and target different areas for whole body training throughout the week. The members are supportive and friendly, and events help build the community.

I dropped in here one week while visiting the area. They have a really cool, fun group of folks to train alongside -- all around good vibes and I felt like a regular after just one day. The coaches were good at what they do, and warm-ups were thorough. I loved Coach Lisa's energy. The WODs gave a good challenge, and they make use of the entire hour. They make the most of their space and have all the essential equipment. I'd gladly go out of my way to drop in again next time I'm in town.

I have been a member at SupTown since the day it opened and still look forward to every workout. Nick is a great coach who focuses on each individual’s ability and improving their skills rather than a one size fits all approach. He always reviews every movement every time which does not happen at other CrossFit gyms. The community is wonderful too, I consider everyone there a friend! Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a gym that has an amazing community of members who are dedicated to helping and encouraging one another, SupTown CrossFit is for you!

From the moment you walk in the door at SupTown CrossFit, you can feel the positive energy and camaraderie among the members and coaches. Whether you're a seasoned CrossFitter or a newbie, you'll be welcomed with open arms. Members are always cheering each other on during workouts and offering words of encouragement.

Nick takes programming very seriously and puts a lot of time and effort into creating workouts that are both challenging and effective. Scaling and modifications are always an option to ensure everyone, regardless of their goals, abilities, or sheer mood that day, gets in a workout that meets their individual needs.

SupTown is perfect for anyone looking for a supportive community of members and coaches who are dedicated to helping each other achieve their fitness goals...and make a few new friends while they are at it :)

If you're looking for a place full of gym mirrors, big egos and self centered gains, this is NOT the place. ;)

If you're looking for solid coaches, community and a real chance at working towards your individual goals with the support of some amazing people, you've found it.

This gym has carried so much more for me than just my workouts. It has been a balance in my otherwise full and sometimes spilling over the edges life. It has been an anchor in my community through some really hard things like Covid and the Marshall Fire. It has become a joyful home to celebrate the wins in life and a buoy when things fall apart.

The coaches meet me where I am...on full power days or on the days when I just need to do less while still moving. There is patience and connection. Enthusiasm and cheers. Acknowledgement and real talk.

It's my absolute favorite place in Colorado because of the functionality and ease of use AND because of the people that make it somewhere I want to go to every day, even if I don't feel like gyming.

I have been going to Suptown CrossFit for a couple years now. Initially I wasn’t super excited about CrossFit because it felt very intimidating. From the minute I walked through that door the intimidation factor just melted away due to the clientele and the coaches. Nick is an amazing coach. I am not the youngest or the strongest person at the gym but every time I am there I get the encouragement I need to keep coming back. Nick takes so much time explaining and demonstrating all the exercises prior to having us attempt them. He scales the workouts to fit your fitness level, and when Nick can’t be there to coach Lisa does an exceptional job in his place. I live quite a ways from the gym (about an hour)and there are closer gyms I could go to but still choose to workout at sup town because of the amazing people and coaches.

I've gone to four different CrossFit gyms, including one bigger name gym (CF Back Bay, now called Invictus Boston). Sup Town has by far the most friendly (and least cliquey) community of any of them. Nick's programming is well-balanced; I'm able to attend four days in a row without feeling like I'm overly beat up by the workouts but also that I gave everything I could. Nick is among the best coaches/trainers I've had - very good about ensuring proper form and helping me level up some of the more technical lifts.

I've been to 6 different CrossFit gyms around the country and Sup Town is by far the best. The biggest difference are the people and the coaching. Nick is an incredible coach. He demands the best out of you but in a positive and respectful way. The camaraderie with the members is better than any other experience I've had in a gym setting. Strongly recommend Sup Town to anyone looking to better themselves in any aspect.

I tried out a few CrossFit gyms in the area before deciding Sup Town was the right fit for me. This gym is the perfect place to challenge yourself in a very safe environment. Nick is an amazing coach. He takes the time to explain every movement in detail prior to the workout, scales everything to ability, and keeps a close eye on your form throughout. The community is also super supportive and fun. Overall, a great place to get a solid workout in and share some laughs.

Some of the things I love about this place:
-If you're CrossFit curious...this is the spot. Nick, the head coach, and Lisa, his awesome partner in crime, are the kindest, most gentle badasses I know.
-There's no ego. There are teachers, nurses, stay at home parents, entrepreneurs, chiropractors, coaches, freelancers, retirees and more that range in age from high school kids to grandparents. Just regular people coming together to share their time, have some laughs and try to do more each day, whatever that is for each person.
-We laugh a lot. Like...a lot. It's really fun. Sure, some things are hard, but it's one of the most supportive gym environments I've ever been in.
-The coaches AND other members pay attention to what I need and listen when I say "that's enough" or "this isn't feeling great today, how can I adjust?" or "I don't know how to do that." And they cheer me on when that's what I need as well.
- There are a lot of options on when I can go to class. AND, I can come in between classes to use the gym in a more traditional way as well. So, goodbye home gym options, hello garage space.
-It's a local business. REAL local...right next to Safeway. I literally workout...and then get groceries. Let me tell you how accomplished I feel on THOSE days.
-Results...yes, this is why people usually go to the gym but it falls on the bottom of my list because it feels pretty effortless. 20 lbs down in 8 months, more endurance, less tired, stronger in general, eating way more food (yes, eating way more food) etc. Absolutely doable without much thinking on my part.
Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Running was my main form of exercise for the past 10-15 years but wasn't working for me anymore. I signed up with Nick at Suptown about 6 months ago to try something new. I had no experience with CrossFit prior. The results have been great, I enjoy the classes, I feel strong and I don't struggle with the back pain that had become normal. The community is great and Nick is an awesome coach. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This place is amazing! You never have trouble staying motivated with Nicks help. He can modify any workout so all skill levels will be engaged, all while demonstrating and answering any questions you have. The class sizes are small and verge on the feeling of having a personal trainer. With such and intimate atmosphere there is a bond between the clients and coach as well as between the other clients. Its a great place and couldn't recommend it more.

I was on a trip and Nick let me drop in for a week, using their free week trial. Awesome gym! I've been doing Olympic lifts and crossfit for years (I still have technique and skills to work on though) and Nick was able to help immediately. He programs all of the workouts well in advance, to ensure safety and growth over weeks of development, never just thrown together on a day to day basis, like some gyms do. He's a great coach, and everyone in the gym supports each other through the workouts. The community here is warm, friendly, and supportive to everyone. I highly recommend this gym to anyone, from someone just starting their fitness journey, to someone looking to improve their skill set as a crossfit athlete. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in town!

Head trainer/owner Nick is a fantastic trainer and *really* knows his stuff. If you're a complete crossfit novice or an experienced athlete, he will safely challenge you. Crossfit boxes in this area are like Starbucks, and you have to trust the people running your box know what they're doing -- Nick absolutely does. Check this place out! Couldn't be more conveniently located for ALL of Superior and lots of NE Broomfield. Such a fun, supportive atmosphere.
