I have loved attending yoga classes at Sweet Side Yoga in Evergreen. I found the studio when I was searching for a local prenatal yoga class in Evergreen and I am so grateful to have found Amy's pre & postnatal class. It helped me out before and after my baby came and also came with an added gift of finding a community of fellow moms & new friendships. Amy is so good at leading classes that help you feel better and I love ending each class with tea & a treat :)

It’s a yoga studio built around the concept of community. It’s important to the instructors that you’re not just a face in the class....They want to know your name and get to know you and your specific needs. It’s incredibly welcoming, and I’m so glad I found it! I’ve been doing my pre natal yoga here since week 14, and I’ve appreciated being able to meet other soon to be mommas through this class as well:) highly recommend!

This is such a down to earth, friendly, and inclusive yoga studio. The owner Amy brings such love and expertise to her teaching and is accepting of everyone and where they are on their individual journey. I highly recommend all the classes at Sweet Side Yoga as well as the special workshops and retreats!

I love this sweet little yoga studio! With oversized floor to ceiling windows and a clear view of the mountains you feel as though you’re practicing right alongside Mother Nature: attaining a deeper connection to Ma as you plug in deeper with yourself. Studio owner Amy is passionate about building community, incorporating tea-time after classes allowing students to get to know one another. She offers the classes her students are seeking; from more intensive Vinyasa flow, to pre/post natal classes and even Nidra!!! Yes Nidra! So grateful for the DEEP relaxation attained through Nidra.

I have never taken a Yoga class before my wife made me go to Sweet Side Yoga. At first I was hesitant but it turned out to be a really fun and enlightening experience. I would definitely go again!

Amy is a knowledgeable practitioner with calm and open energy. Her class was well structured and included thoughtful modifications to help participants avoid injury. If I lived in Colorado I would take her classes regularly. Thanks Amy for a lovely class and cup of tea.

I had my first real yoga class with Amy on vacation and loved it! We had a variety of experience in our group and were all able to enjoy the time together. I’m a convert and am looking for classes now that I’m home.

This is such a warm, inviting and approachable studio to start or grow your yoga practice. The smaller class sizes allow the teachers to customize each class based on the participants. They are awesome at being aware of any physical constraints and providing modifications for injuries, chronic pain, as well as pre and post natal members. There are several classes available that encourage you to bring your children along to participate with the group eliminating the need for childcare. Amy, the owner, truly cares about her clients' wellbeing and has gone through extensive yoga training in many different disciplines. Classes almost feel like a private lesson with the company of several other clients. Each class ends with optional warm tea and sometimes even a sweet treat. And to top it off, the pricing at the studio is extremely reasonable!

I love the pre- and post-natal yoga! It has been so restorative for me and I love that I can bring my baby to class. I have also been able to participate in a blessingway ceremony that was even better and more beautiful than expected! I highly recommend Sweet Side Yoga!

Sweet Side Yoga is the most welcoming place to improve your yoga practice. Classes are generally smaller, and I have found it to be a studio where I can grow and practice without feeling intimidated. My absolute favorite classes are the family classes-teaching my toddler all about wellness, self care, and yoga is such a blessing. Family yoga is an awesome combination of movement, play, and music! Prenatal yoga at Sweet side has made my pregnancy a joy! I can't say enough good things about this studio.

I always LOVE the Yoga Nidra portion of the class - it’s quite relaxing...!! And I greatly appreciated the couple’s workshop during Valentine’s Day week. Wonderful.
