I was very disappointed with this place! After being there for a couple of years, these last seven months or so have been terrible. they are inconsistent with their staff. There is no communication or a heads up about any changes. Yet they want a 47 day notice before canceling your contract. at the beginning, my daughter loved it until it got to the point where she no longer it got to attend. We never knew who was going to be teaching her that week and she would ask if her assigned coach was going to be there. I did not feel like they emphasized a positive atmosphere and were not focused on building up the students confidence. for these reasons, I will not be recommending TADA to anyone that would ask. If there was a choice of zero ⭐️ that would be my choice. And yes, at the beginning they are nice until thier not. Very unprofessional. From the reviews that I’ve seen, they take no accountability. I do have video on 5 different coaches that she had between September through February when I changed days. If you were there, you would have known. By not taking accountability, you sound pretty petty. there is no consideration due to an emergency that you have to pull the child out of school. I understand there’s a contract, but it’s not like I told you on the first of the month. Hopefully you learn by these bad reviews and experiences that you’ve had and fix the problem for future reference.

We truly enjoyed coming here at first but eventually with the constant change in teachers and lack of communication things just went down hill. I have a son who is autistic and told every staff member at the start- there was an incident where a staff member (not even his teacher at the time) handled my son aggressively. They said they didn’t have it on file that he was autistic even though he was funded through RMHS whose primary community is kids on the spectrum. I understand safety is importance but also understanding each individual child. My son was scared. The manager called me with no apology other than this may not the best facility for my son. In the beginning I was told they are inclusive, they slowly stopped being kind. If you have a kiddo on the spectrum I would think twice about joining this gymnastics.

Can't believe we've been with Tada three years now. My oldest started with Coach Tim in Parent/Tot at just 16 months and is thriving in the 3 year old class with Coach Kristen. The coaches and staffed were incredibly patiently with the transition to the class and meet the kids where they are.

Meanwhile, my youngest is now in Parent/Tot with Coach Tim and absolutely obsessed.

My daughter has been at TaDa for about 6 months in both the parent/child class and 3 yr old class- it’s been an amazing confidence builder for my shy girl. Love this gym for my kiddo. They greet you every time you walk in, regardless of if you’re new or a usual parent and kiddo who walks through the doors. The coaches really do engage with their students and help them learn and adjust their positioning to get the gymnastics movement correct. They actually name the movements that they’re called in gymnastics, which our old gym didn’t do. You can make up a class if you miss one (which our old gym didn’t accommodate). Love this gym! They’re know how to communicate with kiddos like they’re kiddos and treat them with respect, which is important when teaching I believe. Only reason I didn’t give five stars is because of the parking situation. :)

Do not go here. This business has a policy of allowing children with severe continuous cough to attend classes that endanger the health, safety and well-being of other participating children. When we notified the owner of the risks, instead of taking corrective measures, the owner terminated our child's membership. The inappropriate behavior was not by our family, we just asked why 15 kids have to be exposed to 1 kid with a severe continuous cough. The owner referred to this as a 'residual' cough. That in fact was inappropriate, to qualify a kid's cough without being a doctor. (Moreover, she laughed at us for asking if she was a doctor to be able to determine the type of a very severe cough). Her error is judgement put our child at risk. We are not upset for being unenrolled (we would not go back there anyway) we just want to let the public know of health, safety and welfare practices of this place. Colorado Dept. of Public Health has a very clear basic guideline stating that children with severe cough are required to stay at home. This business does not follow the basic health and safety guidelines.

I've taken both my daughters here since they were old enough for parent tot. Their coaches and the rest of the team have always been great role models and made my girls feel special at every class. Both my girls look forward to their gymnastics day with Daddy each week, and they look up to the "big kids" doing the fun stuff like flips and cartwheels. A safe and fun place for all kids.

The classes were fun for my little ones, but we had to cancel because the time we had wasn’t a good fit for us. They couldn’t get us into anything else so we just canceled. I had to cancel classes more often than I wanted to and I really am upset we cannot use our makeup tokens because we aren’t active clients anymore. I think that policy is a little ridiculous since we took the time to cancel and let them know we weren’t coming. Overall, we liked the size of the gym.. It’s good for tiny tots. It was always so dirty though and I’m not a fan of the parking situation. Good price per month, but we’ll be find another place that’s more accommodating. My little ones did not care for our coach either so I was basically doing everything with them. They were the youngest in the class and she was a little too aggressive and abrasive for them — I don’t know — I could just tell they weren’t comfortable with her, even after several sessions.

This is an amazing establishment! I worked her for 6 months until my career was able to take off. Erin is professional and cares about her staff and students. Timothy is such a light and kind hearted individual who strives to provide the best gymnastics instruction to the kiddos. Don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere that you are valued and treated as such. After being a loyal customer for several years, I started here in a parent/tot class with my daughter. I was first told to move up to the next class and stay “first” on the waitlist, I had to continue to be enrolled. So I stupidly paid for several months of tuition and did not attend as my daughter was too old for the parent/tot class. It took from September to March to be told a spot opened up and I would only be able to use 1 month of the many payments towards the new class. As a result of telling them that I am frustrated and disappointed as a customer, I was told we can no longer come back. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

They lie about their waitlists and tell different customers different excuses. I got in to class many weeks before my friends did who were on the waitlist way before me. I am sick to my stomach that I express my concerns about having paid so much money and am told not come back. Don’t waste your time trying to communicate with them and expect a response.

Update: There was no mutual solution they tried to come up with except claiming to give me only 1 month “free” after I paid several months and didn’t go to stay on their waitlist. I have friends who recently started going and weren’t even on a waitlist for the class I was trying to get into since August. They just lie!

I have probably only reviewed a purchase or establishment once or twice in my life but I feel compelled to review Ta Da because of the amazing customer service and family atmosphere they provide. My daughter has been going to the parent/tot class at the Highlands location for a while and we love it! She has a blast and they always try to mix it up and make it a fun, super safe and inviting environment. But the true amazing colors of Ta Da really showed through when we had a bit of an emergency. Our close friends who don't have family in town were having baby #2 and we had offered to watch their 2 year old while they were at the hospital. At the very last minute I called Ta Da to ask if the 2 year old could come with us to our class. I figured there was NO WAY they would say yes. Low and behold- Emily was incredible. Not only was she so understanding and said yes to the last minute request, but the girls working at the class helped me out tremendously to manage two little girls running around. They were all so kind and showed so much grace in being flexible, I will be forever grateful and I am excited we live close by so I can keep sending my daughter to Ta Da!

I’m giving 2 stars because my at the time my 6 year old took it as a play place at McDonald’s. She had a good time but to be honest I feel they dedicate more time to younger and older children techniques. My kid didn’t learn any new from she had already knew from YouTube. It’s a good time killer for kids but if you want you kids to be champs at this for liking the sport there are places for that. They were never rude or anything but I just spend money in vein for her to have space to show what she knew already. My two children have been enrolled at Ta Da for a few months and it's been a great experience for our entire family. The space is clean, carefully maintained and the staff is attentive and fun, yet stern when it comes to safety. My oldest was at another gym nearby and this environment is far superior for her needs. Both kids sleep like champs after a late evening class and my husband and I get a quick date night within the building. We adore the owner and all the other families that frequent Ta Da. There are regular parent nights out and the owner generously gives back to our community via various fundraisers. We recently had a birthday party with 20 kids and 20 adults and all our guests raved about the space and staff. We're so happy to have Ta Da in our community, keep up the good work!
