I'm so glad I found Workout With Reba! I've been going to her classes for a few months now and have really enjoyed the experience. As someone newer to this type of class, I've found Reba to be encouraging, patient, kind, and just really fun. She has created a warm and welcoming environment for all fitness levels, which has made me feel at home in her studio. Reba challenges you *and* is always ready to help with a modification or encouraging word when you need it. Her teaching style is a big reason why I keep coming back, as I never feel judged for perhaps moving more slowly or needing to modify my movements. The classes are definitely tough but pretty fun! The people and music make for a fun time even when you're out of breath :-)
I really can't recommend WWR enough, whether you're very experienced or a newbie like me!

Love, love, love Reba’s classes. I’m not an athlete by any means but Reba makes me want to workout with her and the crew. She is positive and makes you feel good about yourself. If your form is off she will gently correct you, never making you feel bad. She always is playing good music and it’s never the same workout twice. I highly recommend her classes!

Before I found Reba’s class, I never thought that a 45 minute workout could yield such impactful results! My strength and endurance have grown immensely since going to her class. I travel for work and sometimes can’t go at all some weeks, and I’ve still seen a big change. I was so excited when I crushed the moguls on my snowboard the first day of the ski season last year, which is something I’ve never done in the past, and going to Reba’s class was the only thing I was doing differently. The vibe is positive and encouraging with lots of variety in the workouts. I actually look forward to working out now!

WWR is an extremely high quality workout! Reba has an excellent understanding of physiology and functional movement, and does a great job of pushing you to your limit while also meeting you where you are. The smaller class sizes and neighborly atmosphere make this an Applewood MUST!

I’m a runner-not into lifting. Multiple friends have encouraged me to try HIT over the years, I wish I had listened to them sooner. I’ve built lean muscle that is functional and I am so much stronger. The classes are different each day so I never get bored, Reba is full of energy and encouragement (even for beginners like me), and has created a special community I’m thrilled to be part of - first class is free-you’ve got nothing to lose, so come join us!!!
