Woman at gym desk was rude possibly something worse. Poor attitude and apparently was "too busy" for the likes of me. Honestly just go somewhere else. Overpriced gym with normal equipment. Skip Avon altogether. No vengas a este lugar por favor.

I recently attended the Westin Athletic Club Pilates class at this gym. I was disappointed with the instructor, Cathy Voita, due to extreme unprofessionalism she had towards me.
In terms of improvement, I would suggest the management address the professionalism of their instructors, ensuring that all members receive a consistent and high-quality experience.
Otherwise, pool area and food is excellent.

I love it here (atmosphere and equipment) but the people are often rude and I canβt seem to get out without being bothered by at least one person :/

Nice equipment here. The gym is not as big as I'd imagine for the price. Only reason for 3 stars is the price is not right for monthly membership fee. $250 for 2 people is little much for this hotel gym.

This is a beautiful facility with workout equipment, classes and a great outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. My only issue is with the parking. The Westin parking garage is one of the craziest I have ever seen. The parking for the club is down two levels of a winding road that is as confusing as any garage I have ever seen. It states that the parking is free, but every time I go to leave the system tries to charge me, first $50 and then $60 for 90 minutes of parking. I had to hit the attendant button to get out of the "free" parking. They really need to get this straightened out.
