This is a by-appointment strength training studio - we are not a gym. No mirrors. No free weights. We measure your strength in real time for proof of performance and over time for proof of progress. You create your own baseline. Ability-based exercise is defined uniquely by your own effort, not an estimate. Join others who have found a cooperative and encouraging community here! Leo at The Exercise Coach has been great to work with on getting back my strength! All it takes is 20 minutes to get a personalized workout. Unlike traditional weightlifting my joints arenโt sore or stressed after. If you hate the gym culture and are looking to improve your all around strength this is a great fit for you!

I love having an appointment to work out - my day is scheduled pretty full and having an appointment ensures I will actually work out. I also love how great of a workout I can get in 20 minutes. Those are the reasons I selected The Exercise Coach. In terms of this specific location, Iโm not sure you could find better people to guide and challenge you and cheer you on during your workout. The trainers are amazing and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I say Iโm going to โthe gymโ but itโs not like most gyms. Itโs way better.

I love the Exercise Coach in Louisville. The workout is challenging and focuses on building strength. It only takes 20 minutes a session and I come out of there feeling stronger and better each time. A big shoutout to Sage. She is genuine and so supportive. I recommend this workout for everyone.
