I love going to this gym for various reasons! First off the workout is always different and keeps you engaging. The trainers are phenomenal. They are approachable, helps with form, and makes the entire workout fun. I love the childcare that they offer throughout the week! This is so helpful when I want to work out with my spouse. I 100% recommend this place! Shoutout to the owner Zoe for being amazing and making my workout experience fun!

The Yard has become my favorite place to workout. The program really gives you everything you need in terms of a full body routine. The trainers are also amazing! I’ve been coming to the yard since January,2026! I absolutely love the community here. Everyone is so welcoming. I have also made so much progress in my fitness journey. I have PR’d on every traditional lift and my body just feels better. The coaches are informative and educational while also being very encouraging. I appreciate that the coaches give feedback on technique to help protect your body. You definitely won’t regret trying out this gym!

Great gym that actually focuses on a dedicated goal. You sign up for cardio, you are actually cranking out 40-50 minutes of a full body. You sign up for rig and you get a dedicated strength workout. It avoids that huge injury risk of CrossFit where gyms push you to lift heavy weight fast. Definitely recommend.

The Yard Arvada is the best gym!
I leave the gym feeling challenged, stronger, and better than I came in. I typically stay on the strength side but love that you have the option for more hybrid. Weekend workouts are the best because it always the most challenging and you get to work in teams! Everyone is so welcoming from other members to the coaches. The coaches keep me motivated and I always have fun! So grateful to have found this place!

The yard gym is an amazing place. Table stakes - it’s a great workout. Most gyms tend to be a one note, good with strength, or cardio, or yoga/pilates, etc…This gym offers it all. On weekdays, you can choose between strength and cardio, weekends are hybrid and there are other scattered options to take yoga/pilates throughout the week and there is also a run club. It’s an amazing balance of being challenging but also adaptable to all fitness levels. I joined this gym on day 1 when I was (unknowingly) 4 weeks pregnant, I exercised throughout my entire pregnancy, and returned at 6 week postpartum. All of the amazing trainers were helpful throughout my term with all the adaptations and adjustments I needed and the best part is that I can bring my son here for childcare. Needless to say… it’s an amazing gym for parents. It’s also an incredible community. The owner - Zoe is an incredible business owner and that staff she hires are second to none. The team that runs the gym attracts equally amazing members. In addition to being pregnant, I was also new to Colorado at the time that I joined. Coming to the yard allowed me to make quick friends and to be surrounded by an encouraging community that keeps me coming to the gym everyday. I credit the yard for enabling such a fast recovery following pregnancy and for putting me on track to getting back to my preterm weight - just three-four months after giving birth. They are amazing and worth every penny.

I recommend this gym to anyone who asks! The strength (rig) classes are challenging and the conditioning (turf) classes push me to do my best. Additionally, the coaches provide plenty of specific movement adjustments, workout modifications, or tips on form to ensure I am able workout within my capability and still make the workout very challenging.
However, the cherry on top is truly the community and culture of this gym. I have never felt intimidated, or out of place, in any of the classes that I have attended. Truly a 12/10 experience that can’t be replicated!

Did a Rig workout with Rob yesterday. Probably the nicest group training facility I have even been do. Very clean, comfortable and polished. The workout was terrific. I can tell they know what they are doing when it comes to programming. Rob was very professional, nice and motivating. I highly recommend to anyone in the Westminster/Arvada area.

Best gym in Arvada! First off, the community is awesome. This isn’t one of those gyms where you feel intimidated and out of place. It’s so nice to workout along side so many hard-working and supportive people. The coaching staff does a great job with instructions and guiding the workout. I love that I can choose either a strength workout or more of a conditioning workout, and get a mix of everything throughout the week. Even though it is group fitness the program progresses week by week, so I feel like I am making legitimate strength gains over time. Highly recommend The Yard Gym Arvada!

I started my strength training journey early last year and was going to a different gym. When my partner and I heard this first opened, we tried some trial classes and went to their open weeks. We dragged my feet switching gyms for awhile and now we’re not sure why we waited. The gym is very aesthetic and has a great vibe including music. The coaches are amazing and friendly and would remember us from the trial classes.
The main factor that led to us finally switching was the owner Zoe. Our old gym had a billing cycle cancellation notice and she was more than accommodating helping us with this. She was able to work with us so we wouldn’t have an overlap with billing. This speaks immensely with her character.
I just do the rig classes. It comes off intimidating at first because of the pace but you get used to it fast. We now think no other workout we’ve done is as good as The Yard’s. You can always modify and use what weight is comfortable for you. The coaches will help perfect your form and will help motivate and push you. I also used to have an additional Pilates membership and TYG offers mat Pilates so I don’t need that extra membership anymore. They also offer yoga classes as well.

I've been going to The Yard for 7 months now and absolutely love it. I did CrossFit for over 10 years and decided it was time for a break. After working out on my own for a couple years I found the Yard and it was exactly what I needed. It had the best parts of CrossFit with the community and heavy lifting without being so taxing on my body.
The coaches are all super friendly and helpful and they are great with modifications when needed.
I've seen noticable changes in my strength and body composition since coming to The Yard even with a long history of lifitng.
If you are looking for a new gym to call home I highly recommend checking out The Yard!

The Yard is genuinely something special—hands down the best gym I’ve found in the Denver metro area over the past ten years (and trust me, I’ve tried a lot of them). The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly encouraging, the culture is welcoming, the facility is top-notch, and the workout approach really works. And the fact that they offer childcare? Game changer, especially since I’m expecting my first child. I even convinced my husband to join (and all our friends) and now he looks forward to class and has gained so much confidence. We truly feel like we’ve found our home at The Yard. If you are thinking about trying it out, do it!

Best gym in Denver.
After leaving my Austin gym 3 years ago, I've moved around a lot and because of that, I've trained at over 10 gyms trying to replicate what I left behind. By far the best group fitness gym I have been to in Denver. Very well rounded with the ability to reach strength and functional training goals which I think is very hard to find in a group fitness space. The community that they are building is what it’s really about though - working out is just so much better with like minded individuals that you know on a personal level and really fantastic trainers that care and want you to succeed!

Best gym in the Denver area. The programming is phenomenal. I actually am seeing results in my body and not feeling burnt out from overdoing it. The coaches are well trained and the community is friendly. The facility is brand new and every time I'm working out I feel like I'm at Equinox in LA. The Yard is exactly what I have been looking for in a gym. I joined for the strength (Rig) classes but they also offer cardio classes. The coaches know what they are doing and can help you reach your fitness goals. The programming is very well thought out and I have already seen significant gains in the few months of being a member after feeling like I plateaued over the past few years in my fitness journey. Give it a shot, the vibes are high and you will walk out knowing you just had a great workout.

After 12yrs of doing functional fitness at high intensity, I was looking for something that I could balance better between my ego and my beat up joints. The Yard Gym has been a good challenge for me, longer workouts than I'm used to leave me more sore but in less pain. More sore because I'm working smaller muscles and movements long neglected, but without the joint stress my body has been managing for years. I already feel and see the benefits of this new practice and I'm looking forward to going through a full 12wk cycle! Zoe and the staff are super friendly and the brand new facility is a welcome change with quality equipment, plus the amazing option of CHILDCARE!!!!

You've probably seen them on IG, this is the sign you've been looking for - to challenge yourself, make new friends, and reward yourself with feeling better than you've felt in a long time - and have fun doing it!
I scooped up one of the first memberships and never looked back. This gym, the trainers, the people and energy are everything I've been looking for since moving here 4 years ago from the East Coast.
I think it's been about 9 weeks since starting here & I've already noticed a substantial change physically and even mentally. HUGE WIN! Needless to say, I'll be a forever member 💃🏻✨️

Sometimes it's nerve wracking to dive into a new gym, not sure if people will be welcoming or stuck up, if you can muster the courage, you'll find that everyone here are the down to earth, wholesome kind that probably had the same fear when they started.

I was slightly skeptical about joining a new gym thinking I would be out of my element as a menopausal woman in need of strength and fitness training. After just a few weeks, I can say clearly and honestly that I feel right at home in the gym, even though I am on the high end of the age range. The coaching staff is skilled and kind, taking extra time to make sure that the movements are correctly done by each of the class participants. The community is supportive and friendly, sometimes with a smile and sometimes with words of encouragement when the going is especially tough. The workouts are just the right kind of hard, and go by so fast I am always amazed when the class is over. This gym truly is a great place to be, and I finally feel like I have an ally in my midlife fitness journey.

The Yard Arvada is a great gym. Excellent coaches all around. I love that everyday is a strength or hybrid day because you choose between both offerings. Weekend workouts are a lot of fun as well because you focus on a team goal to achieve with typically teams 3 or 4. I’m only about 2 months into coming here and I’m already seeing physical changes. That alone demonstrates to me how well this gym operates. It’s such a great atmosphere and the workouts are amazing because they’re not only just designed well but you ultimately get to decide how challenging you want to make it for yourself. It’s the type of experience where you can zone out and just have a great workout with others around or you can hoot and holler and be a social little butterfly while you workout and everyone fits right in. I’m a stay at home mom of two young toddlers and worked in the fitness industry prior to becoming a parent. Although I’m capable of working out on my own and designing my own programming, I really wanted to be around other adults and do something good for myself outside of the house without having to put much thought into anything. With their free childcare available, I’m able to actually be consistent and can trust that I’m always guaranteed a good workout. Bonus points because my kids just love coming in to play and socialize too. Hurry up, go do something good for yourself and sign up.

TYGA is the best gym I have attended here in Colorado. The staff in phenomenal and very engaging, each workout class is different on a weekly basis, you won’t get stuck doing the same thing over and over. Coming into a new gym and a new form of working out, I was nervous. The Arvada Yard Gym immediately took those nerves away! They are so welcoming, accommodating, and give you a hard accompanied workout. I feel my best every day after spending an hour with the yard! The team treats you like family from Day 1.
Fresh towels for us every day along with a fruit bowl and some wonderful muscle guns to work your sore body before the workout starts. The bathrooms are stocked with your needs and a shower room. I’m a mom, and am so grateful for the child care that is provided! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

From the minute you enter the space you can feel the sense of community and support. Some of the toughest workouts I’ve done and yet I really think that the programming and trainers make the workouts accessible for anyone at any fitness level. Every one of the trainers are knowledgeable, supportive and so encouraging bringing great energy. Leave after every workout feeling such a sense of accomplishment and looking forward to the next one and already feeling stronger in the time I’ve been there since opening day. The Yard Gym Arvada offers everything I need to cover all fundamental movements as well as conditioning … yoga, Pilates, Run club in a super fun and aesthetically beautiful gym.
